Fantastic experience: Since I had my last adjustment at this location, Dr. Ben has taken over with his practice. I'm very happy with the care at this clinic. I don't wait a long time; appointment times are kept on time, which is quite important. Everything is explained clearly about adjustments, follow-ups, and treament plans. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ben is absolutely amazing. I had slipped a disc in my back and could barely walk and when I did walk I was hunched over. Prior to finding Dr. Ben, I had been in physio for 2 months but I found that it wasn't helping but I was scared to go to a Chiropractor due to misinformation that I've read online. Dr. Ben was so patient and understanding about my fear and always made sure that I was comfortable making adjustments prior to. Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with back pain for a decade and was a little bit sceptical about seeing a Chiropractor. Dr. Ben really showed that he cared about me getting better and seeing improvements in my posture and decreasing my pain. He explained the why behind what was happening with my back and explained how he was going to fix it; which really reassured me that his plan to help me heal would work. He also gave me exercises at home to do so that getting adjustments weren't just going to be a bandaid and there would be long term recovery. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ben Tucker is the best chiropractor in all of Southwestern Ontario. Please do not underestimate what I am saying.❤️ I could not walk after I threw my back out (construction concrete work) could not bend over, I could not reach my shoulders above my head. I was in so much pain it hurt to go to the bathroom. I was in so much pain I could not even raise my foot to push my other shoe off. I was walking with a cane, a cane!!!! Dr. Ben Tucker and his staff were phenomenal, had the most exceptional bedside manner and held my hand like a small child the first day I was there. With their state-of-the-art technology they scanned my back, every specific area I knew hurt, showed red on their machines. The technology they use is that accurate. Dr. Ben went to work gently, a couple of positions, pushing, cracking, crunching and repositioning. I WALKED OUT ON TWO FEET!!! Seriously! I was still tender, but 90% healed after one session. Fantastic experience: Where to begin.. I came to Dr. Ben after suffering for over 6 months with shoulder pain and I was completely hopeless. He recommended I see him 2 times a week for 8 sessions and let me tell you that it was worth every single dime and time! So knowledgeable and caring that I came out feeling better every time. Fantastic experience: Dr Ben is a wonderful practitioner. However there is more to it - he uses technology, data and analysis to determine the right treatment plan while assessing the outcomes of treatment using the same data elements to truly understand the quantitative changes after treatment. This gives the ability to the patient to know outcomes are, in fact, being achieved and if not what treatment changes might be needed to get to the end goals. I think that approach to chiropractic care can only enhance the results.

Past chiropractors I’ve been to have either had no real plan or done the initial assessment and then never checked on progress - they seemed happy just to do never ending adjustments- so I never really knew how I was progressing. I’ve had my first progress exam and we’ve adjusted the program based on my progress. Love it.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Tucker a few months ago after one of the vertebrae in my neck slipped out of place. My spine was completely crooked and I was unable to turn my head. Riverside Chiropractic was able to get me in right away. I was nervous as I was in a lot of pain but Dr. Tucker was able to do an adjustment with very little discomfort. He was very informative through the entire process and my neck alignment was significantly better after even the initial appointment. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing extremely painful nerve pain in my right glute for months, and tried many other things with no relief and was worried I wouldn't be able to lift weights without pain anymore. Fantastic experience: This was the first time I ever went to a Chiropractor I was suffering from vertigo and it was the third time it happened in one month. The staff were great, I felt relaxed during the whole visit. Dr. Ben explained everything to me in great detail and clear so I understood what was happening. Fantastic experience: I've always been skeptical with chiropractors, however with a recent neck issue, my feelings have changed. Dr. Ben was able to assess my condition, recommend treatment and advise on outside exercises to reduce pain and gain more mobility. I can after 7 sessions, I have no pain, more mobility and feel a lot better!!! Also, the staff are very friendly and the short massage prior to the adjustments are awesome.

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing neck pain and headaches due to a concussion for over a year. I received treatment from many professionals, seeing improvement over time, but hit a plateau and did not see any improvement for months. Fantastic experience: (Highly recommended) Dr. Ben and his Team are great! I came in suffering from back pain due to the stress of constantly beating my body up through high impact sports and heavy weightlifting. My back was so sore that I could barely move out of bed and the agony of putting my socks on in the morning was rough. After undergoing a full body scan, a posture exam and everything else, I was told I needed an aggressive treatment due to the stress on my spine. Without further ado, Dr Ben had me on a plan to recovery. I can honestly say that after my treatment my back pain has almost completely left my body and my quality of life has improved so much, not to mention, I learned a ton about rehabilitation that I’m sure will serve me well as I continue to push my body physically. Fantastic experience: Great experience. The assessment tools are thorough. Dr. Ben immediately gave me confidence in his approach and assurance that I would see improvement which I have and in only a short number of weeks. The at home exercises which come via video provide step by step details and in addition to regular adjustments there has and continues to be massive improvements with imbalances, mobility and strength issues I had been experiencing. My day to day life and ability to exercise are transformed.

So accommodating, and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Everything about Dr. Tucker’s office is exceptional. The front desk staff exercises care and attention to detail. Dr. Tucker is never running late and always makes time for questions and the odd Dad joke. The online scheduling and calendar subscription are brilliant. Top to bottom, an excellent experience! (And I haven’t even mentioned the quality and effectiveness of the chiropractic treatments! It is individualized and never feels like you are being prescribed more than you need or being fit into a generic treatment schedule. Love that!)

Dr. Ben starts with the complete assessment and evaluation of the body followed by regular adjustments , massage which in my opinion are the best and also make you thoroughly understand everything going on with your body . I visited Dr. Ben for issues with my Spine stiffness and glutes mobility and i can say within just few visits i started seeing exceptional results and now both my Spine and Glute feels excellent resulting in much stronger Deadlifts and Squats . Riverside Chiropractic team’s patience, professional approach along with the welcoming gesture from the moment you walk in , is such a comfort and greatly appreciated.
