Fantastic experience: I've experienced fantastic chiropractic care with Dr. Campbell - her care during my prenatal visits truly helped me be more comfortable during the final weeks of pregnancy and to have a smooth and comfortable delivery. When I later experienced a issue with a strained shoulder and spasms in my mid-back she was able to see me right away and I experienced immediate relief. She and her team have be very pleasant to work with, prompt and helpful and willing to work with my needs and preferences. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Campbell Chiropractic Centre is such a warm and welcoming environment. Dr. Campbell is efficient and knowledgeable in her practice. I came with debilitating back pain from a traumatic labour and delivery and she was able to support my recovery. Furthermore, she adjusted my newborn son. From our first week together my knee pain has disappeared, I dont wake up with headaches and sore neck. I feel amazing and its only 5 min a week for her to check me over and make adjustments. Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for the past year and the difference in my mobility and back pains is incredible! I worked with both Dr. Steve and Dr.Michelle they’re always so kind and explained what they were doing and how it helped in a basic language so I’d still understand! Compared to the other chiropractors I’ve been to they are quick, kind, and very very helpful always offering new tools to help both my physical and mental wellness. The price is great for the level of attention and care they offer, it’s 110% worth every penny! Plus the people at the front desk are very kind and understanding if you need to reschedule if an emergency happens or in my case you sleep through the appointment (oops). 10/10 I’m recommending to all my friends

Fantastic experience: My son fell from a climber at school and immediately felt pain in his back. They were able to fit him in the same day and his adjustment gave him instant relief. Michelle took the time to explain to us where his pain was stemming from and recommended a follow-up treatment just to make sure. Beyond grateful for the professionalism and friendly atmosphere.

Negative experience: More time was spent doing basic diagnostics rather than chiropractic adjustments. I called earlier before coming in to make sure it would be adjustments for majority of the time and they told me it would be, that did not turn out to be the case. When I asked the doctor why it was so quick, she said that she couldn’t do too much in one session and needed multiple. Big waste of my time and money. $50 for this (discounted) and absolutely not worth it at all. I still felt stiff and my body was not properly adjusted. She barely touched my neck and back, and didn’t adjust the rest of my body. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michelle and the staff are very warm and welcoming , every time you walk through the door, they always greet you by name. She was very thorough and describing the care that I was receiving .The care I received from Dr. Michelle was right on point, she always suggested extra exercises that I could do to help me along the way. Our session was always followed through with an email of step-by-step of YouTube videos that you can watch on how to proceed with the exercises which I found were very helpful . My overall experience here was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a chiropractor before, and after having some lower back issues I was suggested to go see one. It has been just over a month since my first appointment, and all I can say is I feel incredible with all previous issues gone. On top of my back pain issues being resolved, Dr. Michelle is very caring, friendly and discusses everything with you openly and honestly. The front desk staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming, and treat you like you have been going there for years. Appointments are very flexible and available. Also when Dr. Michelle is off, Dr. Steve is there to take over so you never have to miss an appointment, who is also very kind! I highly recomend this clinic.

Positive experience: Disclaimer, I previously had an incredibly positive experience with a different chiropractor. Perhaps my expectations are not those of a normal patient. I recently went to Campbell Chiropractic based on a recommendation from a friend of a friend. I had an acute hip/back injury that had me on bed rest for 2-3 days and my first appointment was around day 5 (walking again but still lots of difficulty and pain). The office was a bit further away than I wanted but I was willing to travel for a positive experience. The first appointment involved significant testing with staff that wasn’t Dr Michelle. The goal of these tests is - based on my understanding - to establish a baseline. While I’m generally ok with testing, it feels a bit weird to establish a baseline when I’m struggling to even stand up properly… I know from experience that within a week or two I’ll be completely recovered anyway. So comparing this baseline to something 4 weeks from now feels odd. Anyway, after testing I met with Michelle and her lovely pup and we had a good talk. I mentioned my concerns with chiropractic adjustments (I have a connective tissue disorder that can make adjustments dangerous - my previous chiro was still able to provide tremendous support in a safe and comfortable way) and I felt heard and understood. Dr. Michelle did a brief adjustment that first day using a device that is kind of like a mini hammer (it pokes you, I assume to target pressure points). The treatment neither hurt nor relieved any pain. During treatment my back cracked (not from an adjustment just pressure), while this is fine, I’ve never had that happen before. Following the visit I was a bit disappointed but decided to give it another try (I would have done multiple). The following visit was around 5 minutes in total. 3-4 minutes of small talk during which I mentioned that my back was getting better but I had hurt my neck overnight and had a pretty severe kink. The doctor than used the same tool as previous and spent about 30-60 seconds actually “treating” me. My neck wasn’t touched or helped. it didn’t help at all to say the least. That aside, the more disconcerting thing to me is an appointment that takes 5 minutes or less. My precious chiropractic appointments were 10-15 minutes of discussion and coaching with 30-40 minutes of hands on care. Combine the extremely short visits with the predatory feeling - “you need 3 visits a week for 4 weeks and … oh look….. you can buy in packages that happen to be that size and pay with e-transfer so we can save money on credit card fees” - I decided I wasn’t going to go back. As I noted in the disclaimer, maybe I was ruined by my incredibly positive experience with my previous Chiropractor. And based on the number of extremely positive reviews I’m clearly in the minority. I will also say that everyone was incredibly kind, considerate and polite. The facilities are clean and comforting. Anyway, I thought it was worth sharing my experience. For me, it was a disappointing experience. Makes me miss my previous chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: My newborn was seen by Dr. Michelle in Jan 2024 and the results were awesome. I noticed my baby's eyes were wider after being adjusted and her demeanour was more contented. I also noticed my baby's latch improved while breastfeeding. I was very pleased with Dr. Michelle's calm and gentle approach with my child and I highly recommend her for chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a go-to chiropractor during visits to my hometown and I landed on Dr. Michelle. She runs a quick and efficient operation. She sends out relevant tips and tricks to maintain feeling good outside of your appointments. Her staff were always very happy and helpful - especially Evan who made a great first impression during my intake appointment. The location has lots of free parking. And sometimes there's even a cute office dog roaming about!

Fantastic experience: Before I started going to Campbell Chiropractic Centre, I was in a lot of pain. Mostly back pain and neck pain that would also cause migraines, and that would be the case 5x a week when I’m working at my desk job. After 2 months of seeing Dr. Michelle, I’ve seen major improvements on my mobility and balance, and most importantly my pain has decreased from 5x a week to once a week or sometimes even none at all!

Fantastic experience: Chiropractic care is essential for everyone. I wish I had known sooner how important it is to go so that I would not have endured feeling off balanced and stiff throughout my twenties. I am more health conscious now more than ever before, and this is one of the many steps I am making in order to maintain my overall vitality. I have a relative with scoliosis and if she had gone to the Chiropractors, I'm sure it would have lessened her need to reach for a pain medication. I've been dealing with random headaches and stiffness and some numbness. I am confident that I will feel so great after going here consistently for alignment and other technical and practical stuff to help make my musculoskeletal and neurological system to function at their very best.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Michelle with significant SI joint pain that had not improved after a year of therapy elsewhere. Her treatments are effective and my pain started to improve within the first month. At around the 6-8 month mark I was pain free and have continued to see her for maintenance treatments. Dr Michelle is very knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable trusting her with my health care. The custom orthotics she dispenses are fantastic and have also helped decrease my SI joint pain when standing.

This was my first time going to a chiropractor as i was always hesitant as some people say it doesnt do anything to your body, but never judge without actually trying it yourself. Fantastic experience: Dr. Laura has seen my family for a number of years now. Most recently my son tweaked something in his leg which was causing him discomfort during baseball playoffs. Dr. Laura was able to see us between games and help care for my son. He played a fantastic game afterwards and didn't have any discomfort. Fantastic experience: After a bad experience with a chiropractor a number of years ago I was so nervous trying it again. But after a bad fall off a ladder, I needed some help. Dr Campbell was fantastic. She listened to my concerns and was very gentle. After 3 weeks of at home exercises and visits with Dr Campbell I woke up yesterday and didn’t hurt for the first time in what seems like forever!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few different professionals over my years and Dr. Michelle is the only one who did a full assessment and figured out what was needed. I have gone for 3 weeks now and I haven't had any headaches, lower back pain and pin running down my legs! I drive an hour 1 way because she is worth the drive. Anyone who knows back pain knows when you find a great practitioner they are worth the drive! I would give her more stars if possible

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Michelle, I had such a great experience with her. I have been experiencing periodic back pains and have tried massage, acupuncture and chiropractic services before, with very limited results. I was desperate for help on a Friday morning and decided to try Dr Michelle. I am so thankful that I did, I felt immediate relief after a single session. Within minutes I was able to turn my head and lift my hands, which was not possible prior to our appointment.

And very important I never mind to drive once a week Brampton Ontario to London Ontario for my pain, I think almost one month done and I am feeling much better and my session is still going on with them. Fantastic experience: My experience with Dr. Laura was exceptional. Her experience combined with her kind nature deliver personal results and improve quality of life. I was impressed by the follow-up vs. being treated like another transaction. Making appointments is easy and your time is respected.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend. I was able to get in quickly and have a set appointment for my sessions. I started at the Home location but moved to this location as it was closer to my residence. I used to have constant headaches, sometimes that progressed into migraines multiple times a week. After just a few sessions with Dr. Campbell, I noticed that my headaches had become less frequent and intense to a point where I barely notice them. I have also noticed a difference in my posture as well and my lower back isn't as tense standing for long hours. I was terrified of having my neck adjusted but it is now my most favourite part of the visit and definitely helped.

Fantastic experience: My ongoing experience with Dr. Laura has been and I suggest will continue to be both therapeutic and enlightening. I appeared with a sore neck that wouldn't go away as well as poor posture issues I recognized were becoming progressively worse. Dr. Laura has dramatically lessened my neck pain, increased my mobility and also improved my posture. Personal feeling, remarks from friends and my latest assessment validate these gains. I am amazed that her hip adjustments have greatly eased my pelvic tightness. Adjustments and homework exercises/stretches truly enhance her strategy to retrain my back and brain to work together again for better body function all over. Fantastic experience: I had such a good appointment with Dr. Campbell last night. I was in a lot of pain from my upper back, to my shoulders and up to my neck. I was terrified for the neck adjustment and I made it known. Dr. Campbell was extremely patient about this and made the neck adjustment such a comfortable experience. She walked me through it and made it somehow enjoyable! Not nearly as scary as I made it out to be, and I couldn't appreciate the patience more. Looking forward to continuing to get my spine in better shape.

Fantastic experience: I will admit I was a little skeptical of seeing a chiropractor for the first time, but I was in so much pain I was willing to try anything. I have had nothing but an excellent experience at Campbell Chiropractic Centre since I started in May of this year. Dr. Michelle is friendly and laidback, and her adjustments are exactly what I need. I've also seen the other doctors when she's been away, and I enjoyed my experience with them too. They all adjust a little differently, but you get the same result. The staff there are always friendly, and have me in and out in no time. I am making huge progress, sleeping well again at night, and have little to no pain. I'm very happy with my experience.
