Fantastic experience: Bri is my kinesiologist. She is amazing! I can be a very difficult personality at times especially when I’m injured and not at my best. She manages to alleviate my mental as well as my physical stressors. She always takes the time to listen to me even if what I’m complaining about wasn’t on her radar for that day. She adjusts exercises to meet my needs. She is a very calming presence. I feel Bri is doing a wonderful job of helping me along my healing journey.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff always ready to be a part of your recovery and willing to accommodate and work around any unforseen issues l started my recovery with extreme hardware tied to my spine as well as 10 other broken bones. They have done an amazing job on my behalf.

Fantastic experience: What can I say about CBI. I have been coming here for over 8 years and all of the staff are amazing. Yes I have had numerous therapist of the years and each one of them brought something to the table. I would like to thank Shikha Singh for taking of me the past few years. No matter what is going on with all my injuries, she will take the time to listen and try to relief some of the pain that is going on. I have known Cindy the longest since we first met on Bradley, she is a great workhorse for the team at CBI. I would highly recommend CBI to anyone requiring physio for any injury, they will take of you. Also what I love is seeing all the student doing their placement there, they are in good hands with well trained physio therapist.

Fantastic experience: I met with a motor vehicle accident a few months ago and was suffering from whiplash and neck pain. I saw Rahul for physiotherapy, and the treatment and exercises he provided helped me recover within a few sessions.

Fantastic experience: After my car accident I was sent to CBI Health wonderland for treatments. Truly couldn’t have been luckier. Lisa the front desk lady is super charismatic and always smiling, wonderful way to enter CBI. Than if your lucky as me you’ll have Cindy helping with physio, a super hard working lady who is only looking to do the best for her clients, sweet lady with a sense of humour. Finally i give my thanks to Rahul, not only a physiotherapist but a friend, he’d remember what I did the week before and always ask me if anything new has changed in my life. Fantastic experience: I came to this location as a result of multiple concussions. I had to learn basics all over again. With the best and most supportive help ever by Shikha Singh, I am back to work feeling great and good about myself. She not only helped me physically but emotionally and psychologically on my journey back to health and back to work. Fantastic experience: CBI is outstanding. Their level of care is wonderful. I come to this location for massage, my therapist is Coty. Her skill level is insane. Not only does she know what she is doing with her hands/my body, but she talks my through it, teaches me what I need to do. Today, I was overwhelmed with life paired with pain… I cried, quietly and she let me. In fact, she shared that when you’re overwhelmed it impacts your nervous system which can make your body feel most sensitive. She obviously could tell I was holding back, and instead of saying nothing, she told me I was safe and to let it out, that I needed to let it out. Coty if you see this, you made such an impact on my day, physically and mentally. Thank you for your kindness! Anyone considering massage at CBI, ask for Coty, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I came in for hip and shoulder pain. Gundeep has worked with me for the past 4 months and I have made a lot of progress. I still work on the exercises she has given me to keep up the treatment. Rod is very good at getting the heat and tens machine set up. Always looked forward to that. Negative experience: I just wanted to let you know that I will no longer be attending CBI and will be looking for a better option. I haven’t seen any improvement working with Gundeep. I asked her for the APP form three weeks ago, but she had no idea how to obtain it. I eventually got it myself, and every time I ask her about it, she offers excuses. And then , she told me I’m not eligible for it. I’ve been experiencing worsening back pain and neck issues from this accident, and it’s getting worse because I’m not working with the right person. I’ve had back surgery, which is making the situation even worse. The rest of the staff are good except for Gundeep!

Fantastic experience: Gundeep has been my physiotherapist for over a year. She is a very knowledgeable & professional physiotherapist. Gundeep has been the constant in helping me throughout my treatment for leg pain. She listens to me and shows compassion and understanding in her instructions and thoughts regarding treatment. I'm not sure what I could have done without her as she has been the only one of my health professionals that has suggested non-medicinal treatment options. Thank you Gundeep.

Rahul, Cindy, and Rodrigo, are wonderful physiotherapists, always explaining things to me and making me feel like I’m the only one here—even when the place is packed! Fantastic experience: I have nothing but great things to say about CBI! I've been going for a few weeks now for physio after a car accident, and everyone is super helpful and kind. They are very accommodating with getting you in for appointments and all of the staff are super friendly! The physiotherapists listen to your concerns and adjust treatment as necessary, which is really appreciated! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care!

Negative experience: I would not recommend this place at all , did minimal stretching on my neck and a little cupping , was pointless really, I had 6 appointments an cost 600 dollars and they did nothing for my pain. Also some of the clothes the staff wear can be unprofessional. Wasn’t a very good experience

Fantastic experience: My wife and I came here for physio and it was a very positive and welcoming experience. Lisa at the front desk has a great sense of humor and it is still a treat to drop in for a visit.. Especially during a winter storm!

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting CBI for the last 8 months for therapy on my shoulder (partial rotator cuff tear). It has taken a long time but the exercises and therapy Mr. Sam Jumbo have given me have really helped me. I highly recommend Mr. Jumbo specifically for treating shoulder pains. The staff at this location are very helpful too. Thanks!

Negative experience: I have been attending CBI for many years now and I follow my physio to whatever clinic she is at! She is amazing and is not the issue at hand. The last time I was there I got new insurance and I gave them all the information they needed to put it through. When I came up from my appointment they claimed they were unable to submit. That's fine, it happens. So I went home and submitted it myself, with the result of that it was already submitted and would be paid to the provider. When I contacted my insurance and told them the provider said they were unable to claim it they said no they did submit it and then tried multiple times after as well. So when I called and told CBI I got nothing but attitude vs trying to help and figure it out. I have worked in a medical office and I know how this should have been handled vs how it was handled. I will say the one admin, Winter, was the only helpful one but the others were nothing but horrible! They do not know what they are doing and just give you attitude if they get caught in a lie or mistake! So now I am short money and the front end staff won't admit to their mistake!

Fantastic experience: Felt very comfortable at this physio clinic. The location is spacious and the entry/exit protocols are strong so you feel safe visiting in person. The staff are very professional and friendly - especially Lisa at the front! Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I came here seeking treatment with company insurable benefits that cover $2500.00 for physiotherapy however needed per annual, but realized any clinic that would lock the front doors to the building their office is in; leaving an injured patient standing outside to suffer in the cold is not a place that will provide adequate care

Fantastic experience: I work at Western University as Laboratory Supervisor. My right thumb was locked suddenly on Nov 1, 2018. I got trigger thumb with sever pain and stiffness and I could not move my thumb at all. My thumb was stuck in one position with extreme pain. My family doctor referred me to a specialist, but they told me the waiting time could be up to eighteen months! Therefore, I was sent to CBI Health Centre - London Wonderland S clinic for physiotherapy. I was suffering from pain and inflammation into my right thumb joint, pain through the muscle in palm, decreased grip strength, and repetitive motions flare symptoms. After some sessions with Mr. Jamie Bailey, I had brief relief with therapy, and Jamie helped me get my pain under control while waiting for the surgery. I had an overall major improvement such as increased range of motion, decreased stiffness, and little straighter. Jamie worked on my thumb very well, and I cannot believe the difference. Jamie is very knowledgeable, and extremely well rounded, intelligent, and caring physiotherapist. Jamie took great care to understand my thumb’s problem. He took the time to explain everything to me. He helped me to recover from pain in my thumb and helped with straightening of my thumb. Jamie is the best physiotherapist I know. I cannot express how grateful I am to Jamie for his professionalism, his knowledge and the way he treats his patients with courtesy and respect. The advice and treatment I have received from Jamie have been exceptional. This clinic is super friendly and caring. Amazing care from this clinic, from reception to the treatment indeed.
