Fantastic experience: I received an iron infusion at Medcaire Health in April 2026 after discovering that my ferritin levels were critically low. I contacted the clinic and spoke with Nurse Tia about the infusion and what my options were. Nurse Tia was fantastic and explained how important iron is and the various forms of infusions that were available. She made me feel comfortable and assured all the way from our initial conversation until I received the infusion. She also kept me company to make sure my stats were good and I wasn't experiencing any adverse reactions. I highly recommend this clinic and Nurse Tia! Thank you for everything!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had 2 iron infusions at Medcaire Health after finding out her levels were low and experiencing low energy. As a high level soccer player, it was crucial that she got her levels up to perform at her best. She started feeling better within a week of her first infusion. Nurse Tia was amazing at explaining everything to my daughter and making her feel comfortable. Thank you for everything!

Negative experience: I went for my appointment with Ivan at 5:30pm this evening, to find no one was there and doors were locked!!! I was sent reminders as well. I tried calling while I was there and no one answered either or responded to my email. At no time did I receive a note to notify me if any changes either, just reminders to show up.

Fantastic experience: Update: I have been receiving treatment from Fil for about 7 months now, and I am very happy with the rehabilitation process. I tore my ACL in 2015 and have been to numerous clinics receiving various types of treatment ranging from physio, massage and acupuncture. In comparison Fil's technique is unmatched. Through our sessions we have discussed the symptoms that I have experienced since the recovery of ACL reconstruction, and Fil has provided me with numerous stretches that have helped me gain back some of the range of motion that I lost. Highly recommend to anyone who is committed to staying healthy.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this clinic for over 3 years on and off now and have been successfully treated for a variety of issues including frozen shoulder with great success. Fil is extremely knowledgeable and professional in the delivery of treatments. Given the many years of sports injuries that I have had I find that if I don't go in for at least a booster treatment every month or so that I regret it! Keep up the great work Fil and team!

Fantastic experience: very clean very organized neat place, friendly staff, I have been coming here to see Phil for osteo treatment he is really good at what he does with a wealth of knowledge. really came in for my neck and back ... constantly cracking my joints due to improper posture or too much sitting he inspired me to get a stand up desk at work and it was a really good life changing choice to better my posture... he is also good at identifying what else is wrong when you describe symptoms and provides solutions like getting proper footwear...treatment can involve or needs various methods like acupuntre, machines or actual hands on and they are all available. The other great thing about CAiRE is that the staff works as a team, so if in a particular case it is identified that physio, or athletic therapy is needed a great team is available. Antonela is amazing, she helped me become stronger and gave me hope to overcome my injury and get back to my active lifestyle and back to sports. She is active herself and plays similar sports so it is extremely helpful and satisfying to see someone who understands your case, injury and goals and help you get there

Fantastic experience: I have been using this clinic for the past two years since a major knee injury! All the staff has been wonderful, attentive and care for my full recovery!

Negative experience: Have worked with several of the employees here. This place tends to run behind on schedule every time I have been there, at least 10 minutes. The person at the front desk is un-engaging, most of the days not even acknowledging me coming, much less letting me know things were running behind. The treatment and services I have gotten have really varied. Sometimes my concerns have been listened to and other times I have left feeling like I just poured money down the drain. The front desk also insists on calling and emailing me to come back in for another appointment due to me first spacing out my appointments as I can afford/am available or now that I haven't been in awhile. This really makes it seem like the clinic is more concerned about making money than anything else....especially I had already booked 3 appointments in clinic for when I returned from vacation and yet they insisted to both call and email to make an appointment earlier. They need to respect the time and budget of people. To this day they continue to contact me. EDIT: I do not wish to be contacted by the clinic nor do I wish to be "looked up" which is why I choose to post anonymously. The treatment I have received when coming to the clinic over several visits has been consistent; constantly late, mediocre care of patients and persistent "follow up" calls/emails. There is nothing to remedy, this is how this clinic chooses to operate.
