Fantastic experience: I have trusted Ben with care for my family. As a Physiotherapist myself, I have seen Ben in his capacity as an Osteopath. I have referred patients to him. He is a valued peer with excellent clinical skills and empathy.

Fantastic experience: Ben quite literally changed my life. I’d been dealing with severe “shoulder” pain from a sports injury for years. I tried everything my medical doctor recommended — multiple physiotherapists, chiropractors, different treatment plans — and nothing made a real difference. I wasn’t sleeping, I was in constant pain, and I had honestly started to believe this was just how things were going to be. By chance, my office moved into 150 Water Street South, where Coronation Physiotherapy is located. I mentioned my shoulder issues to Ben in passing in the hallway, and he immediately offered to take a look during his lunch hour. From that very first meeting, he told me something no one else had: the problem wasn’t actually my shoulder, it was my neck. That insight changed everything. After just a few treatments with Ben, I started to feel real results for the first time. The pain eased, my range of motion improved, and I finally began sleeping again. Within a few weeks, I was on a genuine path to healing — after years of getting nowhere with other approaches. Ben is knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly cares about his patients. He took the time to explain what was going on, what he was doing, and what I could do on my own to support recovery. I can say without exaggeration: Ben saved me. Fantastic experience: About 5 years ago I started going to Dr. Ben for back pain. He was able to get me upright in a couple of weeks, and I haven't had back problems since then! I regularly visit for maintenance and have been pain free! I can't describe what he does with his magic hands, but whatever it is definitely helps. Bonus points for always being pleasant, regularly on time, and direct bill to my insurance company!

Fantastic experience: Ben just removed a typical issue menopausal women are afflicted with in one session! Frozen shoulder. He’s been a trusted professional in caring for my knee replacement after care as well over the months but this incredible pain relief on a shoulder that’s been aching for months is remarkable. Negative experience: Not a great customer service! Got physiotherapy service a while ago and gave them all of my insurance details. They failed to claim it at the same moment and now they are asking us to pay upfront. Which should be fine but this should have happened at the time of visit itself.

Fantastic experience: I had my first ever osteo visit today at Coronation Physiotherapy. Ben was very kind and informative and made sure I felt comfortable for my treatment. Treatment was very gentle and subtle but I could feel "shifts" in areas of my body throughout the process. Afterwards, I was able to turn my neck a lot better and my hips have more mobility. I also felt more circulation in my left foot/ankle that was previously injured. I was so calm and relaxed throughout the process I went into a bit of a meditative state. The facility is in a gorgeous building on the river in Galt. I recommend going for a walk along the river before or after your treatment! On the left side of the building are historic ruins and an area that you can walk down to the river. Parking was easy and located to the right of the building. The inside of their offices were very clean and professional. I am excited for my next visit in 3 weeks :) Thank you Coronation Physiotherapy!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience, I left my appointment feeling absolutely refreshed and peaceful. Ben offered a comfortable space for me to let go of all my thoughts and become more in-tune with my body. I left feeling lighter physically and have been feeling this way since. While my mother had a similar experience, she has severe back pain which was eased significantly after her first treatment and is gradually improving after each visit. Can’t thank Ben enough!

Fantastic experience: I completely felt at ease and comfortable with Ben, he explained everything to me before hand. It is 3pm in the afternoon and I feel as though I could lay down for a nap!
