Fantastic experience: From day one, Heather, Bella, and Tim made me feel genuinely welcomed & cared for. The entire team is kind, compassionate, and truly invested in helping their patients. When I started, I was dealing with significant foot pain. After eight weeks of treatment, I have little to no pain and feel so much better. The results have been amazing. Fantastic experience: Getting hurt sucks, but if you find yourself in a situation where you need physio look no further. I can’t say enough great things about my time here, or the people I encountered. Everyone was wonderful, but Zach and Jackie have worked with me these past few months and have helped me feel so much better. Fantastic experience: I can confidently say that Zach Coolen at Greater Niagara Physiotherapy is the best all-around physiotherapist I've ever been blessed with. I've been in physiotherapy since a freak-accident shoulder dislocation in 2016 (tripped over my beagle while jogging and slammed into the sidewalk... how's that for crap luck). Following surgery at Toronto Western, I was in hospital physio five days a week throughout 2017. Since then, it's been private clinics from Brampton to Niagara. Point is, I'm a self-appointed physiotherapy know-it-all. All kidding aside, physiotherapy is no joke, and, unfortunately, not all clinics and physiotherapists are created equal. Zach is a talented young physiotherapist at the beginning of a very promising career. I've been blown away by his knowledge, dedication, patience, trustworthiness, and genuine interest in helping me continue to see small, significant improvements at this late stage in my injury. The whole vibe at Greater Niagara Physiotherapy is so laidback and comforting. Zach has said that Tim is a mentor to him, and I can appreciate that because Tim sets a tone here that is equally friendly and professional. Heather is fantastic at the front desk (so is Melissa in Dr. Habib's office), and Dan, Jackie, and Bella round out a great team of PAs and reception backup. Two big thumbs up for free parking too! Thank you guys for everything. Keep on singing, Zach!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I was referred to Greater Niagara for physiotherapy after my knee replacement. All the staff are amazing from Heather at reception to Zach, Tim and Dan. Zach was my therapist. I arrived using a walker and have progressed very well. Returned to all the activities I couldn't do with my bad knee. Very pleased. Thanks Zach!

Fantastic experience: I will be always grateful for the amazing treatment I received from ALL of you. What you get at this place? Everything start when you enter with a nice welcome from Heather follow by a very professional treatment with Tim and Dan. The environment is very friendly and the follow ups are great cause Tim explain what the treatment will be from the beginning and how you are improving. I was refer to Dr. Habib and told I have a Haglund’s deformity, my surgery (Zadek Osteotomy) was booked in a blink of an eye by Melissa (she is awesome!), all was a success and I am back to work without pain!! Fantastic experience: Wow what a year spending time with the staff at greater Niagara physio. Lots of ups and downs and cry’s and laughs. I completely ruptured my Achilles playing tennis a year ago and had surgery. To be honest wasn’t sure I was going to make it mentally. Dr. Habib is the best orthopaedic surgeon, no scar tissue and barely any scarring, he always answered my questions when I was feeling low and doubtful and had lots of patience with me. Tim and Dan took amazing care of me, and helped me reach my goal of running again and getting back to racing and ultra running. Thanks Heather for always greeting me with a smile. Spending lots of time at greater Niagara the staff become friends. Today that relationship came to an end, I have been cleared and no longer require to come in for physio. Bitter sweet, and I can’t thank everyone enough. I ran my first race exactly one year post surgery and crushed it. I feel stronger every day.

Showed me how to manage it with exercise Tim was very helpful with the arthritis in my knee always felt like i could run after leaving there i didnt lol but it felt like i could. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Greater Niagara Physiotherapy. Tim VanDerWeide is a wonderful physiotherapist and worked with me on some issues with my feet. I need surgery on one foot and will come right back here for post-surgical treatment. Dan, Tim’s Assistant worked alongside Tim as they sought resolutions to my foot difficulties. Friendly, personable, fun and willing to answer my many questions and always professional, this team is wonderful. I have been to other physiotherapists over the years and while good, they could not match my experience at GNP. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Greater Niagara Physiotherapy was absolutely amazing. Whatever questions I had, and I had many, Tim was able to answer and be honest about it. He was extremely patient with all my repeated inquiries. I had various movement and yoga related poses that I wanted to restore, and Tim was able to offer me exercises and much encouragement for me to achieve all of them. It was definitely the best therapy I could have had following my ankle surgery. They helped me recover from surgery in a timely manner and I have now resumed all of the activities that I enjoyed prior to surgery in less than two months. Fantastic experience: Tim and his team have been a phenomenal group of people! They have helped me recover from my meniscus and ACL tear. Not only are they very positive and energetic, they are true professionals and know what they are talking about. In the span of 4 weeks I recovered nearly 100% range of motion in my knee.

Right across from the Niagara Falls Hospital, it's extremely handy as I work there. If you don't there is a parking lot at their building and parking is covered. They direct billed my insurance company. Thanks to Tim walking in Vegas was not too bad.

I suffered from severe sciatica nerve pain for almost three years, making it nearly impossible to walk or stand for more than a few minutes at a time. Sleep was disrupted, and I couldn't even move without help. But thanks to Tim at Greater Niagara Physiotherapy, everything changed. He was incredibly patient and understanding, working tirelessly to help me get back to normal. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Fantastic experience: Sept. 4th, 2023, broke ankle on both sides (plate/screws on one side, screws on other), broke 3 metatarsal bones and 2 cracks in heel. Surgery Sept. 25th. Started physio with Tim on Nov. 7th. By mid Dec. I was back on two feet with still lots of work ahead. Feb. 28th, last day of physio. My experience at Greater Niagara Physiotherapy, dealing with Kelsey and Tim, was a pleasure. Their professionalism and friendliness exceeded all of my expectations. Tim is very personable, positive and knows his stuff. Thank you for everything.
