Within just two visits, I was able to walk again, get back to living my life, and finally see a path toward a fuller, healthier future. He truly listens, takes the time to understand your concerns, and works with you to create a personalized care plan. He never rushes through appointments or treats you like just another number. His compassion, professionalism, and genuine commitment to his patients make all the difference. Lisa, the Registered Massage Therapist, is equally outstanding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients' well-being. She takes the time to listen and tailors every treatment to your specific needs. Her treatments are both therapeutic and relaxing, and I always leave feeling noticeably better than when I arrived. She creates a welcoming, comfortable environment and is exceptional at identifying and treating problem areas. Together, Dr. Houghton and Lisa make an incredible team. Their expertise, compassion, and patient-centered approach have had a profound impact on my quality of life. Positive experience: I absolutely recommend this office!!!! I have seen a few chiropractors, and Dr.Richard is amazing, and I would recommend in a heartbeat!! I have visited his office in the past, and recently starting going back again, and I am pleased to be back, and he helped tremendously after my first visit! He is so attentive, and very patient-based/focused which I find in rare these days, most doctors want you in and out, and keep their schedule rolling. Dr. Richard is very thorough, he listens to your concerns/complaints, and finds a plan that’s best to help you in your healing. I know I am in such good and trustworthy hands. Thank you for your help thus far, I’m excited to continue on this healing journey with you! The office is a very clean, and modern environment. My only complaint is the wait time, as they can run behind in schedule, but at least he continues to give his patients the time and attention they require. Definitely would recommend 10/10

Fantastic experience: Dr.Richard is a great Cirporater. Any concerns he will talk you threw it and as he works on you he'll tell you what he doing as he goes so your always completely comfortable. Thank Dr.Richard for all your work threw the years.

Negative experience: They are not very punctual with appointment times. We were waiting for 30 minutes past our original time due to them seeing someone 2 minutes before our scheduled time and then taking in another person after our time had started.

Fantastic experience: I really like this clinic! Jillian is a really good naturopathic doctor. She's very kind and takes the time to get to know my issues and she's very knowledgeable. I also see Sarissa for talk therapy and she's also amazing and has helped me so much. The receptionists are also really really nice and always make my experience very pleasant. They're all really nice people, I highly recommend Function Health!

Fantastic experience: Richard is a fantastic chiropractor who has helped me with regular back pain for over 5 years now. My sciatica pain is almost non existent now, and I am able to do daily tasks again with no pain. Kind, compassionate, and patient with everyone he encounters. His staff is wonderful and welcoming when you walk through the door. You never feel like “a number” when you are there. Highly recommended.

I've only been a client of Dr. Daniel Pardo for a month but he has resolved some major back issues that I've had for years. He is extremely knowledgeable, he listens to your problems and helps you find the best solutions to tackle them. He is a fountain of knowledge and if he doesn't have the answers he will point you in the right direction. I've enjoyed the treatment so much that I've recommended his services to my family and friends. Both my daughter and my boyfriend are now receiving his treatments as well as a very good friend of mine.

Fantastic experience: Can't begin to thank Dr. Daniel Pardo - I went to see him after a crucial injury when I messed up my back at work. He listened to my problem, understood and gave me all the best tips that actually worked. In just 3 visits and treatment and doing regular exercises that he suggested... My back is finally fixed and I can say the services really worked! I paid $85 initially and 3 payments of $35 to get adjusted. I will continue to go! Highly recommended! Don't wait if you have pain, See a chiro before it is too late :)

Fantastic experience: Words cannot express my sincerest gratitude to Richard Houghton at Function Health. I’ve had both a herniated/bulging disc, and extreme rotator cuff issues. At 45 years old, I felt like I was 90. The pain was so bad I thought for sure I would need surgery. I don’t believe in surgery or pain pills (which only mask issues) so I was seeking alternative treatment. I could only sit for 10 mins in a car without crying out in pain, and lifting my arm with something in my hand was impossible. Since Richards’s treatments, I have healed so much that I was able to drive straight from Georgia to Canada, only stopping twice for gas. That’s a 16-hour drive! I had zero pain. And to this day, I keep up my stretches, do some planks, and plan on being this mobile and pain free for the rest of my life. Thank you so much Richard.
