Fantastic experience: The facility is bright and clean, and the staff is warm and welcoming. After few months of attending the sessions , my 20 months old is finally willing to walk on her own.

Fantastic experience: Cam has been a fantastic physiotherapist for my 4-month-old! He has given us excellent, practical exercises that have helped my son make steady and noticeable progress. Cam has such a calm, kind, and reassuring approach, and he is wonderful with babies. We’ve had a really positive experience and I would highly recommend him to any family looking for a knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist.

Negative experience: ⭐️ 1/5 Very disappointing and concerning experience. My baby was only one year old when we went to Kids Physio Group - Richmond for physiotherapy. During the session, my baby fell multiple times, including once from a standing position and once from a sitting position, and hit her head directly on the floor. What concerns me most is that these were not simply accidental movements from an active baby. The practitioner was conducting the physiotherapy session and should have been providing appropriate support and anticipating the risk of falls. I expected basic safety precautions, especially when working with a one-year-old. I was also surprised by how much of the physiotherapy was dependent on me, as the parent, to physically assist and perform the exercises. I am happy to participate and continue exercises at home, but I expect a trained pediatric physiotherapist to properly demonstrate, supervise, and safely support my child during the actual appointment. A baby falling and hitting her head on the floor more than once during a professional pediatric physiotherapy session is extremely concerning to me. Children’s safety should be the absolute priority in a pediatric physiotherapy clinic. I hope the management seriously reviews what happened and takes appropriate action to prevent this from happening to another child.

Fantastic experience: Cam has a lot of experience in the infant assessment and exercises . I am glad I got refered to him. My baby has difficulty in tummy time when she is 3 months. With Cam’a guidance and help ,she has a big improvement in head control and core strength . She is better in tummy time and other Limb exercises too . He is also very passionate and friendly!Highly recommend! I am sure he will help more family to achieve their goal.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at this kids’ physiotherapy clinic after my son’s long leg cast was removed following a spiral tibia fracture. Harveen was incredibly patient, kind and encouraging throughout his therapy. She made every session fun and engaging while still focusing on effective exercises to help him regain his confidence in walking and rebuild strength in his leg. My son really looked forward to seeing her and listened to her so well because of the positive and caring way she worked with him. We are so grateful for Harveen’s expertise, dedication and genuine care. I would highly recommend her and the clinic to any family looking for pediatric physiotherapy.

Positive experience: Update! I was able to book an appointment with Cam again, and as in the past, he made us feel listened to and supported. Thank you to all the staff. I have been there twice in the past and had a great experience, feeling like they answered all my questions. But unfortunately, I've been trying for two weeks to book an appointment for my son, and it's been canceled twice due to "family emergencies" with two different specialists. The first time, they tried to offer me an earlier appointment three days before, and I said no because my booked time was the only time I could do it with my job schedule. Then, on the day of the appointment, they called me four hours before to cancel. Now today, same story, but with two hours before the appointment. This is so unprofessional and frustrating.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first visit. Harveen made us feel welcome. Her approach to physiotherapy was client/ patient-centred, which we love. We are looking forward to more visits.

Fantastic experience: My child is working with PT Romita and we had a great experience. Romita is professional, kind and helpful. My child enjoys having sessions with her every week. The Richmond location is convenient with lots of parking spaces. The interior is bright, clean and large space. Highly recommend!

She worked with my twin boys and they gave her a hard time, but she handled the session and kept focusing on both of them. recommend The center is very clean organized and has lots of options in terms of toys and equipments to focus on every single detail related to our kids difficulties.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been working with Sijia at Kids Physio in Richmond weekly for the past 4 years. My daughter has moderate CP, and the improvements in her strength, balance and independence through her time working with Sijia have been profound to say the least. Working with children requires a lot of creativity and patience; Sijia has plenty of both. Every week, I'm so impressed by Sijia's ability to engage my daughter and incorporate play-based exercise even when she's not in the mood to exercise. The gym is always clean and bright with a variety of fun equipment.

The physio, Harveen, is great with our son. She is so knowledgeable and very helpful with home programs and during session she is always explaining why she is doing each exercise. We love it here.

Fantastic experience: We have been with Harveen Rai at Kids Physio for almost 8 years (on and off) and she is great with my son. She is patient and very friendly. I have also worked with Maria Toner for Concussion Awareness with our Ice Hockey association, and Kids Physio has a great program for awareness, providing baseline testing, and post-care after a concussion. I highly recommend Kids Physio for your young ones!

Fantastic experience: Very good place. My son thoroughly enjoyed every session, in fact looking forward to go every time. The physiotherapists were all very good with kids, very fun, very patient, and have great ideas on desigining sessions as games that would appeal to the kids. Children enjoy while all problem fixed!

Fantastic experience: This was our second visit to Kids physiotherapy, but our first meeting with Cam. He was exceptionally welcoming, actively soliciting my input and objectives, and offering readily implementable exercises to benefit my son. He is clearly a knowledgeable therapist.

Fantastic experience: Sijia is truly amazing! My son absolutely loves taking classes with her. Sijia always finds ways to capture his attention and complete the training. After just a few sessions, his left and right leg balance in daily life has improved significantly.

Fantastic experience: I’d like to give a huge shout out to Cam, who helped my son to develop his skills these past few months. My son was 3 months old when we first started physio sessions. We went in because we were concerned that our son was behind in his gross motor skills. Our son struggled to lift his head and so we started working on appropriate exercises to help engage specific muscles. After a few months, my son was no longer struggling with his development and he was actually developing above his age range. We are sad to say goodbye to Cam but we are very appreciative for his help and support over these last few months.

Fantastic experience: Thanks Harveen for the thorough assessment on our 3.5 month old son, Avery yesterday. We learned more about his plagiocephaly and torticollis. Communication was very clear and she checked in from time to time throughout the session to see if we had any questions. We really appreciate how attentive she was to our baby's needs, especially giving him breaks when he got fussy. Her calm approach and understanding made the whole process easier for him and for us. We also appreciate how Harveen thought of another way to make the stretch comfortable for our son and easy for us to do at home. It really showed how much she cares about our baby’s well-being, and we feel very supported in this process. I like that the focus is on baby's gross motor skills and helmet therapy isn't the first treatment option suggested and it's left for the parents to decide. The clinic was very clean, had different equipment and items available to use during the session. We hope we can incorporate the suggested stretches as much as we can and look forward to our follow up appointment.

Fantastic experience: We had an appointment with this clinic as we wanted to get an updated physio assessment for our child. It had been quite some time since we had a thorough assessment done for her. Liam, the Client Care Coordinator on duty at the time, welcomed us and provided a good level of service and helped us get settled. Not long after he mentioned the name of our PT, the therapist came out to greet us and brought us inside further into a different section of the clinic for assessment. Physically, the clinic was laid out very well as there was a large area set up for sessions and a couple of smaller rooms set up for assessment. Lighting was well provided through large windows that allowed for natural light to augment the indoor lighting to provide a brighter and more energetic environment. The choice of colors on the walls helped allayed any sense of apprehension on our part, which added to the positive experience. We were assigned to Mr. Cam Manson, RPT who was very professional in his dealing with us and had our child go through a number of activities and tasks. Upon completion of his assessment, he was very succinct in providing an explanation of his findings that provided us with a very good idea of what was needed to help strengthen the areas of concern. He also provided exercise recommendations in an at-home program that we can refer to in between visits to the clinic. With that, we made the decision to carry on with the Physical Therapy services offered by this business and look forward to working together in the continuing physical development of our child. Worth the five stars.

Fantastic experience: I sent my little guy to Kids Physio in Richmond at 3 months because of a symmetrical issue with his head. We saw Sijia and she was so wonderful and lovely. She gave me so many exercises to do with Logan, and it helped and improved so quickly! By 5 months, his head was great :) Love this program!

Fantastic experience: A place for fun and a place for learning. As parents, we learn a lot from Sijia about giving some trainings to my babies which helps both body and brain development. Strongly recommended! I get to know how well my babies grow and also something that needs to be trained and improvement in terms of their motor movement.

Fantastic experience: We've been taking our little boy to see Sijia at this location since Sept 2022 when he was 4 months old and we can't be happier with our decision. He was doing something we didn't see our older daughter doing when she was his age and we got a little anxious. Sijia helped us understand what he was going through, and planned activities for us to do at home to ensure he meets all his milestones. Sijia is knowledgeable, kind and very engaging with the boy, it was always a pleasure seeing her working with him. We highly recommend Sijia for her quality for care and great interpersonal skills!

Fantastic experience: Kids Physio Group is the best!! I’ve been with Sijia for years and she’s been my daughters’ physiotherapist since the beginning. We originally saw Sijia for my first daughter to ensure she was meeting all her developmental milestones. Sijia is warm, caring, and kids are definitely drawn to her energy as my daughter was instantly comfortable upon meeting her. She was able to have my daughter go through a thorough assessment and treatment while having fun doing it! I now visit Sijia before my second daughter’s milestones as she always has great tips on how to entice my kids to do their exercises through play and games. They both love visiting the clinic and look forward to their appointments because they know they’ll have fun during the time they spend with Sijia. I’ve recommended all my mama friends to Kids Physio and they’ve all had wonderful experiences with all the therapists there as well.
