Fantastic experience: I have seen Erin S., on 2 separate occasions for different injuries . I've found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. From sports and work related injuries I've seen probably 6 physiotherapists over the last 10 years and Erin was probably the best. At first I was hesitant about the service as there was no high tech equipment being used like ultrasound massage. However, Erin may have the most sound knowledge of the human body and how it works as anyone I've ever worked with and she didn't need anything but her hands and of anatomy. She not only helped me relieve the pain I was experiencing but increased my range of motion and we were working on strengthening the previously injured areas before my benefits ran out. I never fully finished a treatment plan but that on me for being cheap and stopping after 6 sessions when my benefits ran out as I was pain free and back to normal. I've recommended Erin to friends and family members which is the highest priase I can give.

Fantastic experience: First off... top notch service here. I have had massages here , and now see Pierre on a regular basis for a wsib case. (Chiro). I never had done Chiro before and was very skeptical about it, however Pierre is top notch, it's not all about the bone cracker it's about every little muscle working as one. He really tells you from the start this messege. I would recommend all of their services. Everyone is very friendly there.

They truly listen to each individual case or injury. I also appreciate that they educate their clients and they give me a better understanding of muscle groups so I can keep up with certain activities and stretches long term which really makes the difference.

Fantastic experience: I have now used chiropractor, massage therapist and physiotherapist services here. I was impressed with the expertise and skill they each showed. I had never used a physiotherapist before but was very impressed with Erin being able to diagnose and provide complete treatment with minimal appointments.

Fantastic experience: Diane is a miracle worker! My husband and I recently started going to her when we moved out to Baden, but I honestly wish I knew her before. She really cares about what is giving you discomfort and works on it until you can tell that you feel better. My husband had a back injury years ago and I've never seen him stand so tall since. She's incredibly knowledgeable and explains why she does what she does so you understand how everything works. I recommend everyone to try her at least once!

Fantastic experience: I had the best massage ever with Patrick. I was having some major pain in my back and I felt like he truly cared to help me. Im also in shock that he was able to maintain the level of strength for an entire hour! Not only did he fix my back and give me so much tension relief, it was a pleasure speaking with him and I enjoyed the whole appointment. He is very knowledgeable and told me he really loves his job (how great is that?!). I can't wait to go back to see Patrick again.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Plante about once a month for several years now. It seems each year I have a new area of need - tension in my neck and shoulders, acute pain in my hip, groin injury - and without fail, the active release that Dr Plante uses on the affected area both improves mobility and alleviates my pain. Fantastic experience: I came to Baden integrative health for severe lower back pain, I saw Dr. Oscar Alba the Chiropractor and he was/continues to be amazing! He has taught me many stretches and exercises to help alleviate the pain in my lower back. I would highly recommend seeing him for your chiropractic needs!

Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive about seeing a Chiropractor but my low back had become so painful that I needed to do something. As an avid cyclist who spends between five and ten hours a week on a bicycle I wanted to see someone who understood the needs of an athlete. With Dr Plante’s background in sports medicine he understands my needs, and tailors my treatments to help me at both my desk job and athletic pursuits. I’ve now been seeing Dr. Plante for two years and as my back has responded well the treatments have changed significantly. Dr Plante spends a lot of time asking about and reviewing our last session, how my body reacted to the treatment, and the impact of any changes in my training routines. By focusing initially on chiropractic, and stretching Dr Plante helped me regain range of motion, as the range of motion returned Dr Plante switched primarily to acupuncture and added in strengthening exercises. As much as I was apprehensive about seeing a Chiropractor I cannot imagine life without Dr Plante now.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time to a chiropractic clinic. I met with Pierre Plante at Baden Integrative Health. I went in with some serious pain in my lower back and have felt much better since attending the sessions. Turns out some of the exercises and stretches I've been doing to alleviate the pain may have been ineffective. We went through a new routine that I've been sticking to and it's amazing what a few small changes can do! Thanks Pierre!
