4 months ago Negative experience: Took my son here for knee pain. The physio therapist didn't have him stretch and see his capabilities/limitations (I recommended that). Also the full 30min sessions were not fulfilled, usually only about 20mins was utilized and I however still had to pay full price. Wouldn't recommend.

We’re concerned by your comments, as they don’t align with our standard clinical process or appointment structure. Our physiotherapists assess each patient based on clinical judgment, and not all sessions require visible stretching if other assessments or treatments are indicated. We take concerns about session length very seriously.
We understand for privacy reasons your true identity is not visible. We would appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred during your son’s visit and review the session details, as we have no record of incomplete appointments. 6 months ago Fantastic experience: I have been going to different places to get a massage each time. Eventually I went here and I haven't gone anywhere else since. Maggie is exceptional, she understands patient needs really well. Every visit, she makes sure I get the best treatment even though my appointments are usually the last for the day but I have never felt rushed. Anjali, the lady at the front is also very polite and professional, she always makes me feel welcome. I would highly recommend this place!

For the past two years, I’ve walked into his office nearly every week—limping, in pain, sometimes on the verge of tears—and every single time, he works his magic. I leave feeling like a new person. He’s truly a gem in his field. The front desk staff deserve a special mention too—always warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating, even with my last-minute appointment requests. In a very short time, my shoulder pain was easing and I could finally sleep comfortably at night. The damaged muscle in my arm is reacting extremely well to her treatments. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: I came with a horrible backpain, I could barely walk and their physioterapisys are amazing! After the first session with Priya Chandra-Ali I was able to walk painless. This is actually not my first time coming here, I also had a problem with my hand and with the rehab they provided I went back to my regular activities in a week. Definitely worth to come and I would choose Priya again without any doubt.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Dr. White adjusted my neck, which had been extremely sore for over a week. I felt great relief almost immediately. I had been taking assorted pain killers, which provided only limited relief. So far, the pain has not returned. My neck feels great. I highly recommend Dr. White.

I was back to normal and even better after being basically lame when I was assessed in a very short time. Very professional who relates well to his clients. But as Andrew says “ you have to do the exercises at home”. That’s the truth.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: I recently lost both of my parents within 2 months of each other and was carrying so much stress in my neck and shoulders and Julie worked out every single knot with her healing hands. I was so grateful to be with her for an hour. I had Julie's healing hands on me again Nov 24 for 45 minutes and it will carry me through the next phase of maintaining my job, and getting a property ready for sale! Thank you Julie!

He endeavours to understand, empathizes, and even entertains (with sometimes hilarious stories), and he tries multiple ways to get into the body if something appears not to be working. Great guy!

2 years ago Fantastic experience: I can always get in for an adjustment and come out feeling properly aligned. Dr. Gulas helped me through several months of being off work due to an injury and I'm grateful for his care and treatment as my healing progressed. My 18 yr old son's shoulders had several inches in the difference and after two appointments, Dr. Gulas corrected the issues and now his shoulders, and hips are level. Thank you!

3 years ago Fantastic experience: Dr Adam was able to fit me in for an emergent appt. I told him of my problem with the spondelo in my back, and the extreme pain it was causing me. The morning after as I write this I'm pain free. Dr Adam is extremely knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his work. If you are looking for someone to help you with your back pain, ( and this is coming from someone who has had a long time with this problem), Dr Adam is the man you're looking for. At LiveWell both Dr Adam and Dr White both do excellent work.

3 years ago Fantastic experience: My experience from the front staff to my treatment with Dr. White was exceptional. I mentioned that I was visiting from out of town (province) and as such would be a new patient or one time patient. The front staff was very attentive and responsive. Even though they were aware I would be a possible one time patient, I was treated with the utmost care. Dr. White was so versed in his techniques and treatment and you could tell a fountain of knowledge in his field. Being the wife of a chiropractor, I felt right at home and was very well taken care of. I will most certainly be visiting this clinic whenever I'm in town and will be recommending to family and friends that live in the area as well.
