Positive experience: I've been a loyal client of TSL Physio for several years, appreciating their friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, I recently encountered a significant issue that has left me disappointed. Despite their previous reliability, the introduction of new staff seems to have led to a lack of respect for clients' time. On the same day, my appointment was canceled not once, but three times, mere hours before the scheduled time! While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, this level of disregard for punctuality is unacceptable. Especially if you have a busy schedule! It's disappointing that such a reputable establishment would allow such carelessness to affect their service quality and bring discomfort to their clients.
Dear Ms Mosayebi,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced during your attempts to schedule appointments with us. Ensuring a seamless and respectful experience for our clients is paramount to us, and we deeply regret any inconvenience caused by the cancellations. We understand the frustration that last-minute changes can cause, especially when managing a busy schedule. However, as owners of TSL Physio, we have no control over when our therapists are sick and injured themselves. They are hardworking and dedicated, and we know how upset they are to have to cancel any appointments with their clients. We, as a family owned small business always try our best to uphold the high standards of service we strive for, but unfortunately things like this happens. Your loyalty means a great deal to us, and we truly apologize we fell short of meeting your expectations on this occasion. Rest assured, will do our best to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.
If you have any further feedback or concerns in the future, please contact us directly, so we can do our best to resolve the matter.
We hope to have the opportunity to restore your trust and provide you with the exceptional service you deserve.
Best regards, Liv Martyn

Fantastic experience: I would recommend anyone to go to TSL. The staff are awesome and they are extremely knowledgeable. I was struggling for years 3 surgery and no one could help me. I went to TSL and I am getting my life back. She knew my pelvic bone was injured and hip out of place, which the doctors did not. I am on the road to recovery.. They are the best ..

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but great service from all of the staff that I have had the pleasure to deal with at TSL Physio. The clinic managers are very welcoming and helpful at both locations, and both the physios and massage therapists are fantastic at treating you as an individual and treating the symptoms. I would highly recommend the TSL team to anybody. 5*, A+, 10/10!
Thank you so much Glenn for your kind feedback!! We are lucky to have clients like yourself.
Negative experience: Cancelled my appointment after making me wait for 1.5 months and never even called me to let me know that my appointment has been cancelled. I had to go there to know that my appointment was cancelled.
We are so sad to see this review while we are in our 4 th week of provincial lockdown !!!Emails were sent and messages left on your voicemail to notify you that your appointment would be rescheduled as soon as we were allowed to re-open. We can only apologize for this inconvenience.
