Expérience fantastique: There is a lot I would like to say about Dr Penny and his practice that this space won’t be enough. He gave me mobility back, a year ago I wasn’t able to pretty much do anything, my lower back was on such a bad shape and no only was affected my personal life, I wasn’t able to do my job. Driving was a painful experience, even sitting down was a challenge. Driving Penny changed all that, combining his weekly treatment and the adjustments he gave me back my life. I don’t say that he performs a miracle, but he knows what he’s doing and he knows how to help the people. I can’t thank him enough for this. Also I want to thank Mia and Jenelle because we’re there to help with my appointments. Now one year later I am feeling much better. Thank you Mlv

Expérience fantastique: What a great and transparent experience. I was recommended by my father. I needed someone who would go above and beyond the regular adjustments. Dr. Penny has all the modern equipment to get you on the right track. Came in to fix a spinal and neck issue, not knowing the severity of my situation. Dr. Penny took X-rays and Diagnosed the issues and set a plan in motion. Dr. Penny is friendly and approachable. The office is very welcoming and clean. I would give them a 6 star if I could. Expérience négative: I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. last Monday. That morning, I woke up with a sore throat and called the clinic to ask whether it would be possible to postpone my appointment. Due to their limited and unusual schedule (closed on Fridays, vacation the following week, and limited evening hours), I decided to keep my original appointment because I was eager to receive the chiropractor's assessment. I arrived approximately 15 minutes early. While waiting, I observed the chiropractor with another client until about 11:15 a.m. He then began treating another patient for approximately 15 minutes before informing me that he would see me at 11:30 a.m., which was 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I respectfully explained that this was not acceptable and that it felt disrespectful to keep a client waiting that long without prior communication. I also pointed out that if I had arrived 30 minutes late, I would likely have been asked to reschedule my appointment. To his credit, the chiropractor apologized but in a way saying "whatever" and refunded the cost of my appointment. My hope is simply that the clinic shows more importance towards their new clients and improves its scheduling practices so that other clients do not have a similar experience.

Expérience négative: Speaking on the treatment received a few years ago. I had found him through a facebok ad and the chiropractor had us in a group consultation and afterwards showed me my x rays and told me i had stage 2/3 degeneration in my spine. I'm a healthy 27 year old and after going through a few sessions with him at his exorbitant rate I opted for second opinions and saw other chiropractors and physio that told me there was nothing wrong. He used scare tactics to coerce me into his treatment and warned me that I could get permanent damage if not. He makes chiropractors look bad

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Penny provided a 3-month shockwave treatment protocol for my arthritic knees and having just completed it, I’m finding that the pains I had are gone and recovery after exercising is faster. Dr. Penney just used the new Hydrowave technology to my shoulder which was in a huge amount of pain.. a couple of short sessions with him the pain is almost gone. I started seeing him for chiropractic care almost a year ago, and I've been consistently impressed by his expertise and genuine care. Expérience fantastique: I have known Dr Penny for many years and have always been impressed by his passion to serve his patients to the best of his abilities. I recently learned that he was offering tissue regeneration with Softwave therapy. Having several sport (and age) related issues, I sought out Dr Penny’s expertise in this area. I received treatment for an old chronic calf injury that I would often re-injure with running or skipping. I also had an issue with numbness in my other foot which prevented me from running longer than a kilometre without discomfort and cramping. I am very pleased with my results. My calf injury has resolved and I am able to run farther than I have been able to for the past 10 years without cramping or numbness in my foot. Treatment for my foot is still ongoing but the results to date are very encouraging. I highly recommend Dr Penny to anyone with joint and soft tissue injuries. Expérience fantastique: Thank you Dr Penney for helping feel better by providing me with excellent care with the Soft Wave ReGen Therapy. I had a fractured foot and it was not healing I could bearly walk and couldn’t even put a shoe on. After about 4 treatments I was finally able to put full pressure on my foot and wear a shoe. I had a car accident and dislocated my hip and after surgery I was on all kinds of pains and unable to things. No Garden and riding my horse or 4 wheeler. Expérience fantastique: After many decades of back pain, I’m deeply impressed by the ReGen Softwave therapy I’ve received at the hands of Dr Rick Penny here at Evolation. The bombardment of scarred, inflamed and knotted areas of my back with high-intensity sound waves seems to be stimulating the regeneration of stem cells in otherwise unreachable areas, as well as bringing blood and thus oxygen to even the worst spots. In my case (now in my 70s with 30+ years of suffering), the repair hasn’t been quick, but it’s been steady, measurable and, tellingly, even visible to others. Outstanding technology, to be sure. My relief is immense, as is my gratitude.

Expérience fantastique: My kids and I love seeing Dr. Penney for Chiropractor services. My frequent migraines, neck pain and hip pain are gone. With a recent elbow injury tried the new Regen Service! It saved my baseball season, got a regen treatment on my broken fingers from said baseball... and next day constant pain was minimal and improved mobility. It no longer hurt to buddy tape.

Expérience fantastique: My first session I went in barely walking with cruches in extreme pain he had me walking without in the same day . They work around with my schedule sometimes I have appointments that are in conflict and they make room for me . They listen carefully my every concern and answer my questions I like people who tell me how it is and then do everything they can do to help me on my journey you will NOT FIND A DOCTOR WHO CARES AS MUCH AS HE DOES .

He withholds information and charges almost $300 for a session that includes a 20-minute sales pitch and only 10 minutes of shockwave treatment. After the sales pitch, he claims you have a serious issue that will cost around $4,000 to fix. However, when I consulted other professionals, they recommended just icing the area, assuring me it would be fine. I strongly advise against going to this place. He is dishonest and appears to be running a scam. I wish google has Zero stars because 1 star seems to high for him.

Expérience fantastique: I found Dr Penny through a Google Search and Facebook. I have never been to a Chiropractor ever in my life and was nervous to find out what has been happening with my back, knee, neck and migraines. I have suffered with migraines for years, had a full reconstruction of my ACL, and suffer from chronic back pains. From the moment I met Dr Penny I felt calm and confident in his plan of care for me. He has completed two sessions of Regen on my knee, and I can get out of bed in the morning and up from my working desk without any hesitation that my knee will give out on me. Today I woke up with no headache and no neck pain. I truly appreciate his kind and compassionate demeanor and I will continue to have him as my Chiropractor. His wife Miss Janelle is amazing as well and is always warm and welcoming when you come in for your session. Highly recommended Dr Penny!

Expérience négative: Don’t go here ever. When I told them I couldn’t afford to go anymore they want to charge over 200 to cancel when most of my appointments I did not even get full adjustment. I also went for surgery and they wouldn’t let me cancel appointments when I could hardly walk. Horrible place don’t go here

Expérience positive: I’m sure he’s a great doctor but I arrived 5 min before my initial appointment and left after waiting for 15 min. A whole family of clients who arrived after myself, were seen after “he will be a few min w this guy” guy since my initial arrival. Unfortunately I had to leave 15 min after my scheduled appointment that was confirmed numerous times by the clinic. Point of visiting health professionals as such is to make your life better, not to add stress due to timing. Dr. Penney has called to apologize and stated there was an emergency he had to tend to (which I assumed was going to be the response) and asked if he can do anything... that was rather even more annoying because what can he possibly do to give me back the precious time i lost?

They have a very aggressive sales approach.. try to upsell you un needed sessions.... does an X ray and then try to cinvince you that your posture is completely deteriorated... I also know people who were his clients they say he spends and average of 2-3 minutes in his "sessions"... 45$ for a 2 minute session is like wow...
