Expérience fantastique: No one is more skeptical than me. I talk myself out of seeing any medical professional. But every time I leave Duane Brousmiche table my hip range of motion increases. I don’t really understand how it works but it does. I’m grateful.

Expérience positive: Went to get a massage on Monday, massage was great but therapist was sick. The massage itself was wonderful, but the therapist was taking little micro breaks to cough and she sounded sick and sniffly. It is now Wednesday and surprise!, I'm also sick. Might be a coincidence, but it's literally the only place I've been between then. Would not have paid $130 for a massage if I knew the therapist was sick.

Expérience fantastique: Tammy is friendly and has a great technique as an masseuse. She makes my body feel better without hurting me as other masseuses have done. I would recommend her to anyone needing a massage.

I have now had three sessions and my issue is almost totally cleared up. Irene is extremely dedicated, ultra professional, extremely caring and certainly knows her craft. You leave your appointment feeling like Clark Kent coming out of the phone booth. He really knows his stuff and can answer any and all questions you may have. Highly recommend!!

Expérience fantastique: The physiotherapist Duane Brousmiche clearly knows his trade. He fixed my lower back pain that had bothered me for 7 years. then improved my right knee which was badly injured during a ski accident to a point that I can enjoy the sports again. this year, he is helping me with my tennis elbow, just two visits after, I already felt the difference. I am planning to book a visit for my son soon, who has been having issues with his neck lately. As far as the environment is considered, it is certainly not a spa in a 5 star hotel. It is functional, and it is clean.

Where Jockvale lost points is with the reception. I was not helped when I called to book an appointment. Was told that they were fully booked… but when I checked online there were availability. Feels like the lady at the front desk did not want to help me or work…

Expérience fantastique: I left a massage as needed to get in as could barely walk as my pain level a 12, someone had cancelled so was able to get in and got in with Duane whom I was praying to see as I had seen him in 2021. Duane explains absolutely everything in detail what happened to me and in a language I could understand and gave me exercises to do and suggested I come back later that week. I have seen a lot of PT in the past and ever since I saw Duane he is my go to. So now it’s time to leave and I find out that they can also do direct billing! Best clinic around!

Expérience fantastique: I felt absolutely better after leaving Jockvale massage. It’s my 2nd time there and they have the best massage therapists. I was nervous in the beginning because I’m pregnant but after the massage I felt so much better, slept better at night and more active. I feel good in general.

After an assessment and history, i was able to logically understand where my pain was coming from. Duane recommended a series of treatments (which he did himself), gave advice and some exercises to do at home. Expérience fantastique: I had really damaged my shoulder and was in a great deal of pain with severe mobility issues. I work in a very physical job. Norman Chow has been excellent and professional. My health improvement is substantial.

Expérience fantastique: Duane did a great job in fixing my back issue. This is the second time I hurt my back once in 2019 and again in 2023 and Duane fixed it both time with some dry needling and exercise. I was pain free within 3 days both times. I’ve also used Jockvale Physio for massages as well and they do a great job, nice and relaxing. I’ll definatly be back in the future as I need work done.

Expérience négative: The RMT is great but the policy is terrible. I have an appointment at 4pm tomorrow and I got a reminder at 4pm today. I tried to call and cancel at 4:25pm today for my appointment and they want to charge me. I just got the reminder in my inbox and also just got notified of an office relocation before my appointment. They wouldn't even consider not charging. Not a very flexible clinic to deal with.

I had been looking for an RMT after the one I used to go to left the practice that she was at and my experiences following her departure were unpleasant. I think I may have just found my new go-to RMT. Kelly was superb, I enjoyed my massage; the pressure was just right, Kelly checked-in to ensure that. Kelly was punctual and I was able to book a follow-up within the timeframe I was aiming for; both of which I really appreciate. Looking forward to going back.

Expérience fantastique: It was a wonderful massage session. I felt that all my muscles had enough attention within 45 minutes only. I like that separate rooms (not the curtains) are provided for massage sessions, the perfect music and the most important thing that you can easily book the slot with your therapist online.

Expérience négative: Not so satisfied with Physio. I was told to put shorts on for my first assessment and omg can't believe how dirty were they, literally shocked. At this point, I should have just walked away. Approximately 30mins, it was talking to him about my ongoing backpain (I understand this part and I've done so many things to reduce the pain for the last 4years, so I am very familiar with what to do and don't).. about 10mins(?) acupuncture which was very disappointing coz I didn't even feel the needles on my body (I've done this a lot in my past, I know what it is like). 1 needle cap mistakenly fell on my back and he didnt removed it. I asked him to pick it up and he said it is ok (No! I am not ok!). Then he was just talking to his coworkers next to me for the rest of the time. (Why dont you leave the room and talked privately?I do not need to hear your private talk). Then he showed me 2 things I gotta do which I don't even want to talk about. It was a joke! Very unprofessional!

My teeshirt smells so bad, when I left the building. > rooms are dirty, looks like it has never clean for a while( I did not had a chance to take a picture) > no relaxation music, I feel like I was in a hospital bed when I was there. > I can’t wait for the session to be done, and it feels like I was there for 3 hours. > I probably only had a massage therapy for 10-12mins out of my 60 minutes. The rest was talking, and sometimes left for a few minutes at the time,hot padding wrap in a looks like a dirty towel to me. I do not recommend this place. Physiotherapist: Anil Roa.

Expérience fantastique: My husband started feeling a dull pain in his shoulder. It got worst day after day during 3 weeks. He couldn't rise his hand. He tried to take anti-inflammatory and painkillers medicine - nothing helped. I Ukraine we used osteopathic services before, hence we decided to go to Sweta. After first session he started feeling relief. Sweta showed him a complex of exercises to do at home, showed how to relax musculus and reduce inflammation. He started doing all the recommendations and it gets better during several days. He was able to rise his hand and rotate it. There is still some inflammation, but it will disappear with several osteopathic sessions with Sweta and exercises. Thank you, Sweta! You helped my husband to get returned to normal life!

I called the place (as per the email instructions) to let them know I was outside. I was put on hold for 7 minutes. I called back and the receptionist “forgot about me”. I told her I was calling to check in and she said “okay”, and that was it. She went silent. I told her I was calling per the email which states to call prior to entering due to social distancing and she said “you can come in”. She doesn’t even know her own rules? I got in and she joked about how she didn’t know she was doing. Terrible service.
