The initial visit was great. The series of treatments really solved my problem. I don't need wearing the support belt any more. After it, I got the treatment for my neck and back pain at Xpertphysio as well. All my experience are great. My pain reduce after every visit. My sleep at night is much better now. Expérience négative: Worsen existing symptoms and developed new symptoms after treatment. imagine how that scare me. she said pain is subjective. but my pain was excruciating and 100 percent real. how can that be subjective? instead of admitting mistreatment, she is victim blaming and gaslighting. This makes me extremely anxious and stress as well and that is really bad for me.

Expérience fantastique: I first tried them when I had an issue with my left foot. Apparently, I had some issues on my left foot. It was hurting quite a lot and sometimes hurt while driving. Issue was likely one present for a while but now it was starting to be noticeable. On a recommendation from a friend, I tried them. Professional diagnosis was provided and a clear explanation was provided with summary of symptoms. Simple stretching exercises were proscribed and 3 types of treatment were tried together : cold therapy, electric and acupuncture. After several treatments, I definitely noticed improvements. Overall, found staff easy to communicate with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend them.

I was so I did Jian and her assistance were very welcoming and took time to understand my pain and my goals. I have been to about 20 various Physiotherapist over the last 35 years and she was by far the best. The facility was clean well equipped. She is very knowledgeable with her work and because of that, I felt very confident in her assessment and plan for me. Her care plan allowed me after only 2 session to be able to travel and the pain went form 8of 10 to 2 in just days. Also zero pressure to come back, clearly more interested in doing the right thing than billings for no reason – like many others do.
