Expérience fantastique: I absolutely love this place and cannot say enough wonderful things about Grandview Health Group and the entire team. First, I have to mention Olivia at the front desk. She is absolutely fantastic, always warm, welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to see you. I came to Dr. Taylor after going through cancer, treatment, and surgery. The surgery had left the fascia throughout my back and hips extremely tight, and I was struggling with mobility. Before seeing Dr. Taylor, it was difficult for me to walk, twist my body, or even do basic movements that I had always taken for granted. As someone who was a bodybuilder and worked in the health industry for many years, being unable to move the way I used to was incredibly difficult for me. I honestly felt like I was at the end of my road. I had been seeing a chiropractor, but I knew I wanted to focus more on my fascia, ligaments, and tendons. My dad, who had previously been treated for a bad knee, recommended that I see Dr. Taylor and I am so grateful he did. Dr. Taylor has been incredibly warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. The approach has been exactly what I was looking for, and the improvement I have experienced has been incredible. I have gone from struggling to walk and perform basic movements to being 75% back to my normal self. That is a HUGE improvement, and I honestly can’t thank Dr. Taylor enough. And as a bonus, they even let me bring my dog Roberto in! In fact, when I try to leave him outside, they actually tell me to bring him in, which I think is absolutely adorable. I am so grateful to Dr. Taylor and the entire team at Grandview Health Group—not just for the physical improvements, but for the encouragement, kindness, and positive environment they provide every time I walk through the door. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. If Google allowed it, I would absolutely give them six! ❤️

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been seeing Taylor Burkinshaw since at least 2014 — possibly longer — and it’s no exaggeration to say he changed my life. I was referred to him after seeing a chiropractor who believed in lifelong, frequent adjustments without ever addressing the root cause. At the time, I was in extreme pain. My SI joint was locked, my sacrum was out of place, and I was honestly a mess walking into Taylor’s office after months of ineffective care. Taylor immediately told me things no one else had. He explained that I am hypermobile and that I should never have been repeatedly adjusted. What I actually needed was rehabilitation, core strength, and a plan to support my body properly — not dependency on appointments. At first, I thought the magic was in the ART treatment he does with his team. It helped tremendously. I left that first visit feeling about 60% better, was close to 80% the next day, and within a week or two I was 100% — after months of no improvement elsewhere. But the real impact went far beyond pain relief. Taylor taught me why my body was doing what it was doing and what I needed to do to keep myself well. He has always been honest and straightforward — even when that meant fewer appointments for him. Years ago, I made him a promise: if he continued to truly fix people instead of offering temporary relief, I would never stop referring others to him. He kept his word, and I’ve kept mine. We joke that my referrals are in the triple digits — tracked purely for fun. I’ve never made a single dime referring anyone, and he has never once compromised his integrity. Over the years, our family has seen Taylor for everything from ligament tears, herniated discs, and nerve entrapment to growing pains, foot issues, tech hand, and old car accident–related neck and jaw pain. He has helped us through every single one — and more importantly, we’ve always walked away knowing how to stay strong and pain-free. I joke that he’s my Batman riding a magical rainbow-colored unicorn — because honestly, he’s nothing short of a miracle. But grounded in reality, what sets Taylor apart is this: if he can’t help you, he will tell you — and he will point you to someone who can. He is never desperate to take your money, and that level of integrity is rare. He is so much more than a chiropractor, and I genuinely don’t know what we would do without him. He’s the person I keep in my back pocket — the one you hope you never need, but are endlessly grateful for when you do.

Expérience fantastique: I can’t rave about Dr. Laura enough!! She is absolutely fantastic as a chiropractor but also just so kind, friendly and welcoming. I first took my 2 month old son to see Dr. Laura due some breast feeding issues. She noticed my son had a tongue tie and guided us through how to solve that, recommending a specialist dentist and helping all the way through to recovery. She has been monitoring my son’s development ever since then. I then decided to see her for my own postpartum recovery and she has been so great at listening to me and understanding what my body needs. On occasion I have booked my son’s appointments and mine back to back. Her team is amazing with my son and will watch him and play with him while I’m having my appointment. They are all so very considerate. She has also offered me a room to breast feed in after my appointment and made sure I had water and everything I needed. The whole team make you feel very comfortable and as a first time Mum who was navigating how to get out of the house and still have appointments with my son, Dr Laura really helped me to feel more confident about doing that! And my body feels so much better! She is also not pushy about coming back and booking serveral appointments. She is very honest about whether you need to come back or not. Highly highly recommend.

I've always thought chiropractors only crack backs, but she's very gentle and friendly. She made me feel at ease while helping my newborn with her tight jaw. Expérience positive: I did not get relief from the chiropractor. In fact they inflamed my area. But did not do any serious damage. However they have an excellent RMT Linda Dickout. She was old but very good... so I'm not sure if she's still working. If you want a hard massage. She's the one.

Expérience fantastique: I've admittedly always been hesitant with Chiropractic practices, but Dr Kevin Dieleman came highly recommended to me when I injured my low back. The only regret I have is not going to see him sooner! My back had been giving me grief for nearly six months, and I have only been seeing him for a couple weeks, but this is the first time I've been consistently pain free (during rest and activity) since before my injury. Him and his entire staff are fantastic and I can't thank them enough for their help

Took the time to not only adjust and problem solve my lower back pain, but also showed me some exercises to do at home and the gym. So far the stretches have helps a lot and tightness has subsided. The office itself is very relaxed and down to earth. The receptionist was very nice and polite. I've been back twice now and am scheduled to go in a month to see them again. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Expérience fantastique: Have been going to this clinic for a couple years, firstly seeing Jamie as an RMT and in the last six months seeing Dr Betts (Alex) as a chiropractor. Jamie's care and attention is second to none, such a great, caring and warm personality. Her massages always leave me feeling super relaxed and are always helpful if there are any trouble spots/ areas of discomfort. Always look forward to seeing her and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing RMT! Dr Betts (Alex) has totally blown me away. I was extremely skeptical of chiropractors thinking that more harm than good could be done. Alex has proven my old fashioned ideas/concepts wrong. He listens and is always very quick to think and tailor stretches to any specific ailments. I work as an automotive tech and was having problems with numbness in my hands and more recently a tweaked ankle. Alex has given me the treatments and stretches to help myself fix the problems, which is great because then you are not dependant on constantly returning. Truly a great professional and caring individual. Gets my full recommendation for anyone seeking a chiropractor!

Expérience fantastique: I had major lower back pain and in two treatments i was feeling great. I injured my shoulder in a mountain bike fall and the Active Release Therapy done on my shoulder has been making it feel better after every treatment.
