Expérience négative: 非常差的服务。 第一次去办理预约，就填表用了1个小时，还没填完。我表示如果这么麻烦就不预约了。前台服务员说可以。给我预约了周六中午12：30去治疗。但是到了周六早上接到电话让我11：40到，前台小姐帮我填写，我们也只能同意。当我到达后前台询问了很多问题，我一一回答了。接着要求我换了他们的衣服，但是我换了衣服后量了体重后，一直等待了20分钟，而且没有暖气，房间内非常的冷，外面温度只有6摄氏度，我只穿了很薄的治疗服，几次跟服务人员说了，我实在冷的很，而且流鼻涕了。但是医生迟迟没有来。我表示我已经冷的无法忍受了。最后服务人员把我领入里面一间房间，里面也很冷，等了一会儿，一个好像医生的来说还有等一会。我告诉她我们已经来了1个小时20分钟了，等待时间太长了，还没有做上治疗。但是她让我可以改时间。就这样的服务态度。太差了，太差了，太差了。

She genuinely wants to help you get better, but unfortunately, as one ages, aches and pains tend to stick around. While most degenerative issues are irreversible, there are things one can do to manage the aches and that is where Dr. Kim excels. She gives practical exercise activities and movement that one can do at home, or anywhere. The front office has long-tenured staff and is very well-run; a by-product of a great working environment.

Expérience fantastique: After trying other procedures including acupuncture and nerve cauterization with limited results on disc deterioration in my neck I have been using spinal decompression with Dr. Pierre. Pierre has explained the MRI taken earlier and how the spinal decompression procedure will help. It has greatly reduced the pain levels and increased the mobility in the neck. I,m happy with the results so far and have recommended Dr. Pierre and this procedure to some friends who have similar collapsed discs issues
