Expérience fantastique: I went to see Dr. Dylan after I kinked my neck, waiting at least a week in the hopes it just went away on its own. It definitely didn’t, and got to the point I couldn’t turn my head fully, so I booked in for a treatment. After 4 sessions over a week I was back to 100%. Dr. Dylan is great, really knowledgeable and explains what’s going on, easy to talk to and approachable, and makes it comfortable for you to ask any questions you may have. Highly highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I am a regular patient of Dr. Dylan Kosmachuk. I already had 20 treatment sessions with him, but I can definitely imagine that I’ll book a lot more treatments. Dylan is highly professional, attentive, patient-centered, and friendly. I work in a warehouse; as a result, my upper body often feels sore after work, and I have chronic neck pain. I didn't actually expect a lot when I first visited Dylan’s clinic. After a couple of treatments, my neck pain just disappeared. Now my whole body feels a lot better and my work efficiency has improved. Dylan is easy to talk to and cares about every individual patient. He pays a lot of attention to the progress that my body makes. He also gives me some advice on how to weightlift in the warehouse so that I can minimize the potential damage to my body. I can't wait for my next treatment.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Dylan Kosmachuk was the ONLY chiropractor who was able to diagnose my Lower Back problem and fix me up. I owe him this review and 10 x more because of how he impacted my quality of life. I have been to six chiropractors over the last 6 years due to Lower back problems that were constantly bugging me at work and while playing sports. The pain was pretty rough. Even at nights trying to sleep was a problem. I was pretty frustrated because I was doing all the exercises, doing the stretches, wearing the right shoes, going for my regular treatments, spending a ton of money, going only to amazing highly ranked chiropractors around Richmond Hill and Toronto area. I heard from friends that He works magic and wanted to take one more stab at this whole "chiro" thing. to be honest I went in a bit skeptical due to my previous experience with chiropractors and lack of results. Dr. Kosmachuk Sent me in for x-rays and diagnose my issue within 2 days. A diagnosis that none of my other highly experienced chiropractors gave me. After 3 weeks of working with him I was already feeling 50% better. For the first time in 6 years my back was improving in a noticeable way. 2-3 months later and my back was absolutely 100%... it has now been a year that I am free of back pain and I'm not even doing the exercises anymore.(I know I probably should lol) It took six years to find someone who can actually diagnose my problem and Dylan put in the time to research my problem and figure out a plan to fix it. So I owe this review to anyone who has felt the back pain that I did and is looking for a solution. I hope you can use this review and skip past all my 6 years + money that I wasted looking for an amazing chiropractor.

Dylan is extremely professional and has easy to understand explanations for exactly what he's adjusting and how it will help. 4. Dylan's Chiropractic office set up is quite efficient and impressive. Each of my three sessions I was in & out in with no paperwork or clerical issue or errors, there is no wait time, at 5:30pm the room is ready & Dylan follows in moments afterwards. 5. I had multiple different adjustments done in my neck & had a minor injury from years prior, Dylan fixed it in 2 sessions & I now have even more rotation to complete my golf swing. Overall a real 5 stars, I'm usually a tough critic.

I messed up my back heavy lifting in an awkward way, heard a crunch and crack and was on the ground for an hour, barely able to walk and in a lot of pain. Within one 30-40 minute treatment, my pain went from an 8/10 to a 3/10 and I was back on my feet again. Still blown away. Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I want to let the community know how happy I am with the treatment I Received with Dr. Mark and Dr. Dylan. They are both very professional and now I feel great. I had a finger and thumb that was very stiff and could not move. I decided not to get a steroid needle as a treatment. The team at Spruce chiropractic gave me shock wave treatment. It works. My thumb and finger are no longer stiff. I avoided hand surgery. I just wanted to let people know that one must have patience with the treatment. It works, however, it took me 6 months of weekly treatment to achieve the results I have. You will be happy.

No one else was ever able to come close to the pain relief from Dr Mark! But the doctor here is amazing, he guided me through the whole treatment and was honest and friendly throughout the experience. Very down to earth and extremely humble. I had my second appointment with him but the first one almost totally fixed my plantar fasciitis. Expérience fantastique: I have known Mark shrott for about 30 years now. I was referred to him buy a gym buddy after I suffered a serious lower back injury because of squatting. I went to the doctor who just prescribed painkillers and muscle relaxants. After rest and relaxation I went back to the gym in the same problem persisted over and over again. I even took a year off. Nothing seems to help. I went to see Mark and he asked me to roll up my pants and walk down the hall. Because I had pulled the muscle so severely from my lower back I was walking incorrectly which was causing the issue to happen over and over again. After four visits the problem went away and it has never been an issue since. I also see Mark for a neck problem that I have had ever since I was 15 which is roughly 41 years ago Chiropractor's where never really prominent then. I lived with the pain. Mark has been helping me with that issue and as long as I maintain regular visits of a couple of times a month I am completely fine. I grew up in Richmond Hill but when I moved to Newmarket I still made the drive to see Mark. Since then I have moved to Pickering and North Oshawa. I'm not going to lie I did try to find other chiropractors that were closer to home but no one and I mean no one has been able to offer me the relief that Mark Shrott has been able to do consistently over the years. I still make the drive a couple of times a month and it's so worth it. I remember a couple of times I was in severe pain and he met with me on a Sunday and a statutory holiday. No one would ever do that. That kind of service goes above and beyond and I am truly grateful for Mark. I will never go anywhere else
