I came in for ongoing pain and swelling in my left ankle after a sprain during a hike in July 2023. Despite a few previous physiotherapy sessions elsewhere, the issue persisted. Their physiotherapist accurately diagnosed it as a subluxation and began treatment right away. After almost two years of discomfort, I finally feel real relief. I also had a few other concerns treated and I’m very satisfied with the care I received. Highly recommend!

I booked a massage appointment for Sunday at 1 pm at this center with a specific time and changed my weekend plans for this time, but the day before that, a woman named Bita called me in a very nasty and insulting tone and said that the plans had changed and that we only have an appointment for you at 10 am and if you don't want it, we don't have another time for you. When I said that I can't come at this time and I'll make an appointment somewhere else, she said in a very nasty tone that we would be happy. I feel sorry for the person who hired this woman Bita for this position at this center. Unfortunately, she doesn't know how to communicate with customers at all and ruined my day and week. I am really upset with this center and with Ms. Bita. Those who want to get a massage or other appointment at this center should know that Ms. Bita may change the appointment at any time. I would not recommend this center to anyone at all. I would not recommend this center to anyone at all.
