Expérience fantastique: I am a regular in this clinic. Believe it or not, I have the entire team looking after me like a family member of Phases. From chiropractor, physiotherapy, massage therapy, personal training, osteopathy, and acupuncture. I even subconsciously have my own uniform; whenever I come here. By now, everyone could probably spot me by my Jack & Jones, same design clothes, just different colors. That's how comfortable I am here, to work on my weaknesses. My health has improved so much, then when I first came here 2 months ago. I'm even back doing what I love, mixed martial arts! No doubt, within 6 months of consistent treatments. I should be back in my baseline of physical performance.

Expérience fantastique: I've been seeing Robert DiCenso for acupuncture treatment regularly these past few weeks. He has been great to work with, and is extremely knowledgeable at what he does. I have never experienced Traditional Chinese Acupuncture before and he made it an easy and comfortable experience, as trying something new can feel a bit daunting when you're not as familiar with the treatment or have knowledge in that area. Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Phases Executive Fitness and Wellness Studio for over 3 years. The owners Garick Nelson and Cathy Nielson have worked wonders on me . Not only am I fit and healthy now I am pain free. After suffering for many years with back pain due to compression fractures Cathy (osteopath) used her magic hands to reduce any pain I was suffering with. Then Garick (personal trainer) has been working with me twice a week to strengthen my core and get me into the "healthy and strong state" I am now in . With his guidance and expertise I have taken up running and completed 3 half marathons in one year. If you are needing an Osteopath or personal trainer who knows exactly how to deal with each clients needs , then Phases Executive Fitness is the place . The massage therapist Victoria is absolutely fantastic as well. She is very knowledgeable with injuries and knows how to treat them. The venue is very clean and professionally run with private wash rooms and towell service.
