Expérience fantastique: I've been a dance instructor for 20 years. Dancing is fun but over time also causes pain literally from feet to shoulders. As a newcomer to Barrie a friend recommended Dr. Frank because he is also a ART practitioner. Practitioner is actually a total understatement because to me he is rather a magician by letting pain disappear with his magic hands. He always puzzles me by his skills to find, as I call it, "ground zero" where the pain actually originates, which is more often than not a different spot than where I feel the pain. He saved me from knee surgery when I could hardly walk by suggesting gentle stretches and supplements. I can honestly say that I would have had to close my studio a long time ago without his skills and the massaging magic of his wife and outstanding massage therapist Kerri. As Dr. Frank and Kerri, the entire staff is very kind and friendly and welcoming. My physical health is literally in GOOD HANDS

Expérience fantastique: Having had bad experiences with chiropractors I was skeptical but Dr. Grant was highly recommended to me. I have been thoroughly impressed with his treatment of my recurring back ache. He gave me a complete assessment, explained his diagnosis and started treatment through structural and muscular manipulation. I started to feel better after three sessions and his prescribed exercise program (he even has a YouTube channel showing how to correctly perform a large number of exercises). He is very professional and understanding and does not push more treatments as others have done in the past. I fully recommend him.

Expérience fantastique: I have been seeing Dr Frank for years, and I continue to believe that he is truly gifted at helping people recover from physical ailments, while also being an honest and caring person. I recently had a few treatments with a different chiropractor, who I discovered on YouTube. This practitioner has a huge following on social media, but I was disappointed in the experience. The appointments were really short (only 5 minutes long) I was told that my condition was really serious, I was charged for x-rays I probably didn't need, I was told I should buy a large package of sessions up front, I was sold overpriced rehab equipment, I received lots of emails with more videos which became annoying....it was basically a lot of marketing, and I really didn't feel any better after my appointments. I went back to Dr Frank, who told me right away that my condition wasn't that serious, that I could start to feel better with some simple exercises, and that he didn't intend for me to become dependent on having to get an adjustment to feel better. Dr Frank is all about helping you feel better without selling you services, etc, that you don't need. I tell all of my family and friends about him, and they all feel the same.

Most of my mobility has been improving with physiotherapy but I was not making any progress in improving my wrist mobility which is essential for my work. Dr Astri, using Active Release therapy, was able to significantly increase my wrist mobility after my first treatment. I'm very pleased with the care I'm receiving at the Chiropractic Clinic.

He practices Active Relief Therapy which gives quick results that last. Nothing turns me off more than a chiropractor who sees a patient as a cash cow and keeps milking him/her for cash. Dr Astri fixes what ails you and doesn’t insist on ongoing needless appointments.
