Expérience fantastique: Dr. Tim Lahn is an amazing chiropractor. I didn't believe in chiropractors (had nothing but bad experiences in the past) until I met him. I'm still leery of adjustments and he respects that, so uses other methods and tools to help me. I like that he involves me in the healing process by giving me exercises to do at home to help relieve pain and work towards the healing.

I love many things about my visits here but the thing I’m impressed with the most about working with the team here for pain relief and prevention, is that they truly work together for the patients benefit. Expérience fantastique: My first visit to have an assessment and treatment. I am fairly new to chiropractic practices and was a bit anxious going into this appointment. I am new to Barrie and have onbly been seeing a chiropractor in Dryden Ontario until today. Dr. Robert was very thorough and asked me a number of questions to get a complete picture of what I am experiencing. He did a few different things - and I have no idea as to their labels - but the entire first meeting was amazing. I was definitely sore when I left but over the course of the next hour I felt much better than I had when I first went there. I am keen now on attending as regularly as he thinks I need to to try to "fix" my pain issue and see if I can get back to what was normal before the early fall last year. The relief i have had today has been palpable. I spent the rest of my day feeling no pain until I started lugging some heavy items down the stairs to my apartment upon my return home this evening. It remains to be seen if this will do what I hope it will and I will feel no pain or at least very little pain every morning like I have been for months now. I have not been consistent in my visits to my chiropractor so that is something I need to work on. That is no fault of the chiropractor I have seen on and off since last fall. That lack of consistency is on me. I would recommend Dr. Robert Bilow as a great chiropractor who is kind and knowledgable and asks questions to see what the patient is feeling in order to do as much as possible to help. 5/5 stars do not seem like enough! Thank you Dr. Rob!

He was very attentive with my past health issues and concerns. It was very easy to communicate with the staff. And it was very helpful that they had a Direct Billing for Insurance. The cleanliness of the clinic really impressed me. Will be back for followups and will bring my family members.

Expérience fantastique: I wrecked my back one week before a very active holiday in Switzerland, and I credit Dr. Bilow for the virtually pain-free holiday I enjoyed with lots of hiking, biking and even paragliding :) He was very helpful both in-office and with the stretches he gave me to complete at home. This was my first experience with a chiropractor as well and he made it very easy. Further, although I didn't receive care from Dr. Lahn, I know him to be kind and friendly (to say the least). I'm certain he would be an excellent choice for care as well.

Expérience fantastique: This is a long overdue review. I’ve been going to the team at Complete Care for years. Every individual who works in that office is a helpful, delightful professional. Chad provides excellent post- massage advice for continued rehab. Kathy brings decades of massage therapy experience at her fingertips (literally) and always works out the knots. Tim and Rob are smart, caring, funny people who provide a considerable deal more service than other chiropractors I have seen in Barrie. I haven’t had the pleasure of working with Dincy, but I am sure she provides the same level of customer service as the rest of the Complete Care team which puts are miles ahead in my book. I always feel better after I leave with a plan in my pocket on how to address my issues at home, and a hope that my back pains will continue to get better. Rob even left me a voicemail the other weekend to follow up on how I was doing after he helped me with a particularly bad back strain recently. Tim provides the same level of attention, so it appears to be the standard MO at Complete Care. They are my health care providers, and they feel like friends. 5/5. 100% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. Never switching.

Today he helped my son with an ankle sprain doing ultrasound, soft tissue work and taping and myself with assessing some knee pain and an overall spinal adjustment.

I didnt have much wrong with me other than a sore neck sometimes. He found a few spots that hurt that I didn't know had issues and fixed them. Definitely recommend this place!

Expérience fantastique: Was always skeptical about going to a Chiropractor but I had been in pain and couldn't get a good sleep for about a month. So figured I have to try it, so glad I did. Felt a lot better after and that night I finally was able to get a better sleep. Wish I had of went a lot sooner! He made me at ease about the whole thing and explained everything along with he would not do anything I did not feel comfortable with. Told me there's other ways we can try to fix the issue. Next time I will not hesitate to go at all!

Went for my first appointment today and was very impressed with the thoroughness of the assessment as well as the techniques used for the treatment. These guys don’t just crack your back. They listen and find the problem areas. They treat the problem areas through a series of stretches as well as adjustments. Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I've been having neck pain for at least 2 years, often felt the pain and tension whenever I look up. This was my first visit to Chiro. Dr. Tim was phenomenal, the neck adjustment he gave was an instant relief on my neck. I'm able to turn my head a lot easier and the grinding sound has disappeared by at least 60%.

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Tim Lahn for over 4 years now for a variety of issues including chronic back pain and postpartum back/shoulder issues. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and thorough in his practice. He cares about his patients and his work - he has taken the time to get to know us as patients and has been very effective in treating our pain and helping us to maintain our physical health. As a mom to two under two, he was very accommodating in letting me bring my baby in her car seat when I did not have anyone to watch her during the appointment. Expérience fantastique: I started seeing Dr. Lahn a couple years after the effects of radiation and chemotherapy had begun to take a toll on my head and neck. (Cancer, of course.) Neck muscles were involuntarily spasming and the pain caused me to have to turn my head and neck rather abruptly to either accommodate or offset the "spasm of the moment" at almost daily intervals after awhile. Dr. Lahn was careful and complete in assessing all the details, and over the months as things progressed, he adapted the treatments to adjust to my improving condition. Almost two years later now, I'm 99% free of symptoms, and the occasional twitch of a muscle contraction in my neck is often not only predictable (based on what I'm doing at the moment, like exercising), but the event lasts usually only moments now and there are a couple countermoves I can do that end the issue in seconds. All of which is not bad, considering it a small price to pay for a cancer that I would have been long dead from by now if not having suffered through radio-chemo. His help & therapy has gone a long way to make life a lot more comfortable now. And, just as importantly, he brings a great, but subtle, sense of humour to his interactions if you're the type that sees the lighter side of life, too. (I have one doctor I see occasionally who is a rather staid, humorless, serious sort, rarely reacting to any lighthearted comments. Dr. Lahn is a welcome antidote to the "over-serious" medical stereotypes.)

Online booking makes it really easy - he has late hours and also availability on Saturday mornings. And whenever he has been away, Dr Mike has also been really helpful in squeezing me in!
