Expérience fantastique: I did my post ACL/meniscus reconstruction physio here at Prospect. That facilities are beautiful and well maintained and they have all of the newest technology and equipment. All the staff are wonderful. My main physiotherapist was Mike, he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and very thorough when making up and working through my treatment plan. Each visit would start was an assessment of how I was doing that day and then each session would be tailored accordingly to my specific needs. Mike was always able to answer all my questions and offer solutions to any issues I was experiencing. He helped me manage my pain and got me to where I wanted to be. Everyone here was so kind and I would absolutely return should I have any further physio needs.

Expérience fantastique: A friend referred us to Prospect Physiotherapy a few months ago after my teenage son injured his shoulder. We had spent several months attempting to treat his injury through massage therapy and went to all of the tests that his doctor sent him to, but to no avail. When we finally decided for him to try physiotherapy, we weren't sure whether we would experience any success - his condition seemed elusive, no tear, no fracture and as far as the doctors were concerned, not really a concern at all, but my son was in chronic pain and something had to be done. Prospect Physiotherapy has several excellent professionals working for them - my son was assigned to Kayla Teeter and we couldn't be any happier. She was able to immediately identify his injury (his rotator cuff) and come up with a strategic plan to help rebuild my son's strength and relieve his pain. Kayla was patient, informative and extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond by putting together work out schedules that my son, not only enjoyed, but looked forward to doing on a regular basis. We can't say enough about Kayla and the team at Prospect Physiotherapy - thank you for helping my son!

They are incredibly knowledgeable and listen to every concern you bring up, all while being kind and thorough. I have gone through injury rehabilitation with both Jess and Taylor at different times and can easily say they are the best physiotherapists I have worked with. Not only for their skill, attentiveness, and thorough quality of care, but for their attitudes about injury and their amazing company at appointments. The entire team is welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, caring and compassionate. I have been treated by both Taylor and Kayla. Taylor has gone out of her way to create a whole body program for me following my recent diagnosis of osteoporosis. The program not only focuses on weight-bearing and muscle strengthening exercises, but she designed it to offload my spine and focus on balance, posture as well as proper muscle recruitment. Kayla, the newest member of the team, has been such an asset to the clinic. She is friendly and thorough, and her knowledge and professionalism made me feel well cared for. The clinic is bright and spacious, clean, provides easy parking, and makes online booking and payment a breeze. Without a doubt, I would recommend any member of this team! I specifically sought her out for her work with horseback riders but she helps just as much for my regular work issues I constantly have. Taylor provides me structured exercises for homework and constantly reassess to help me improve. And the extra steps she takes with her riding clientele is greatly appreciate. The office is bright, inviting and relaxing. I don’t think I can recommend Prospect enough!

Micheal Lenart was the therapist that we saw upon the recommendation of a friend, and he was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He diagnosed the issue and treated my son over a 3 week period to get him ready for an important basketball tournament. The results were impressive. Jessica is knowledgeable and kind; a consummate professional in her field. Jess listens to my issues and together we come up with exercises and treatments that keep me healthy. I came for a lower back treatment to support myself for the next golf season and the facility could not be higher quality, everything you need to improve your game or keep it going….. He also is a golfer so describing my pains he was easily able to identify my issues. Super easy to get too locally or even off the 404 if you are heading North or South. Appreciated the time.
