He took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and really focused on the areas that needed the most attention. His approach was very treatment-based rather than just a typical relaxation massage, which I really appreciated. Well versed and highly skilled in his craft, I am always impressed with his ability to not only educate myself but apply techniques to strengthen and improve my mobility. I first started going early in my pregnancy to strengthen my pelvic floor and maintain core strength and continued after for postpartum recovery.
