Negative experience: Do not book any prepaid appointments here; without finding about their scheduling. You can not view schedule and are expected to pay up front. SCAM I would not even rate this a one star.

Fantastic experience: I went to Life Force for Soft Wave therapy on my knee. I wish I had done this years ago! My knee feels almost normal now and the pain I was feeling behind the knee is gone! Fantastic experience: I have had chronic pain in my back, neck, shoulders, hips & knees for a very long time. Standard medical treatment gave me no options outside of medication which didn’t resolve the problem & only offered minimal relief. I came across Dr. Robin’s introductory ad on Facebook and booked my consultation. I never knew the nervous system was so complex or how its function controls how the entire body feels. Fantastic experience: After years of near debilitating nerve pain in my back and neck from multiple car accidents and work injuries, I felt like I’d tried everything — physio, traditional chiro, meds, workouts — with no lasting relief. A few months ago, I saw an ad for a Nervous System Scan and Postural Assessment with Dr. Randhawa and thought, “why not?”, but when I found out she uses an Activator tool I was honestly skeptical. It seemed way too gentle to make a real difference. To my surprise, within days I noticed big changes in my pain and mobility, and within a couple of months I was even tapering off medications I’d relied on for years. I couldn’t believe how much better I felt — it’s like I’m finally getting my life back! Healing isn’t always linear and not every treatment works for everyone, but I can genuinely say this clinic and Dr. Randhawa’s approach has made a world of difference for me. Negative experience: I went in for treatment hoping to address some issues. The chiropractor’s explanation was actually very good, but the treatment itself was disappointing. The whole session lasted about 3 minutes and cost $72. She used a small tool and gave me just a few quick taps on my back- that was it. I went there for another session and was the same thing. It honestly felt more like a quick check than a proper treatment. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.

Positive experience: I am so happy to have found Dr. Randawa! After years of working in Vancouver where almost all of my health practitioners were therefore located, I wanted to find someone closer to home. It is pure magic that I found "Dr Robin". She is very professional, as is her clinic environment, very thorough in intake assessment and clearly on top of current chiropractic diagnostic tools and treatment methods. She also told me something about my spine that I'd been told long ago and completely forgotten. The extra special thing is that she and her staff are very welcoming and kind. I'll definitely review her practice again when I have had more experience of a full course of treatment related to my problems!
