Fantastic experience: So, when you get rearended by a 2-ton cube truck, you’re going to have issues. That’s when you see the team at Full Range Physiotherapy. They’ve got your back and your neck literally. This is a full service venue. They will make you sweat, they’ll make you crack, they’ll stretch you out and even stick you with needles if that’s what you need. In my case I needed cracking, sweating and releasing. Dr Jake Hanna is kind and gentle. Adjusting my neck and spine. He also employs ART and the drool inducing shock wave. He is super athletic and seriously educated, also has a degree in Kinesiology. Sydney Colford…..What can I say about this pint sized powerhouse. She may have trouble counting reps, but I think that is her sneaky way of getting more in. Always smiling….especially when you’re sweating. She’s your go to for targeted exercises and form. I have improved more seeing her twice a week for 45 min sessions than being at the gym for an hour and half three times a week. You will sweat a lot and enjoy every minute because her positive energy is absolutely infectious. Now after all of this you know some massage is required to ease all those muscle that Sydney worked out and Jake manipulated. This is where Billy Drisdelle comes in. He is compassionate and funny. He will absolutely tailor his pressure to your needs. I like an absurd amount of pressure and he’s one of the few that have been up to the challenge. Every time I leave I have those creases all over my face, you know the ones you get when you sleep hard. I cannot forget to mention the front of house: Shannon, Charlize and Lori. This dream team are absolute organizational wizards. They can handle all your booking co-ordinating between your therapists so that you don’t have to make multiple appointments or have extended waits in between therapies. Always happy to help with a smile, even if its dealing with multiple insurance companies (definitely not a fun task). The energy of this team is positive and uplifting. Every time you walk in you will feel seen and heard. I cannot recommend Full Range enough. They have been my salvation to recovery.

Fantastic experience: Full Range is the best place in White Rock for Physio & RMT. It’s a great location and a clean and beautiful modern facility. Above all, the service is exemplary, lead by Shannon at the front desk, whose kind demeanour immediately makes you feel welcome. She will go above and beyond to ensure scheduling appointments with them seamless and works within your schedule. Should you require RMT services, I would highly recommend Adrienne Carriere. Her incredible knowledge, skill and charisma makes her the best masseuse in White Rock. Five stars for Full Range-keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I fractured my heel in August and was in a boot for 6 weeks. The fracture healed fine, but I still had pain in my heel when walking after the boot came off. I met with Elliot who assessed my history and current pain and he determined quickly that the issue was due to a tight calf! He worked on releasing the muscles with IMS, Massage, and a Massage gun for two sessions and recommended that I roll out the muscle twice a day with a foam roller. 2 weeks later and the pain was completely resolved! Thanks so much for the incredible assessment, recommendation, and education.

Fantastic experience: One of the best things that happened to me in 2025 was having my chronic back issue correctly diagnosed and treated. If you are looking for a physiotherapist I highly recommend Elliot Heard. After suffering for 15 years (and working with at least 5 different physiotherapists), he's the one who figured out the root cause and effectively corrected the issue rather than just treating the symptoms. I no longer worry about having my back seize up and am looking forward to getting back to exercising on a regular basis.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Full Range. Each visit made me feel like I've known them for a long time. During my initial visit, I missed the correct path to their location, but Lori was kind enough to come outside and guide me in. Eventually, Full Range was picked up while searching for solutions to my worsening chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. However, I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated when, after just two visits, Elliot could significantly alleviate my symptoms with his unwonted expertise. Fantastic experience: If you’ve ever visited Dr. Kim, you’ve experienced she always begins with an assessment. If it’s your first time, she will want to see X-Rays, CT scans, medications you are on along with a thorough assessment of her patients, which includes hands-on diagnostic exam and questions about how you’re feeling. After all, the more information she has, the better! The assessment is an opportunity for Dr. Kim to decide for your care. She’ll be clear about techniques and treatments she’s using to help you feel better and what makes them effective. If you question, ask! She’s always happy to explain what she’s doing so you really understand what’s happening. She prioritizes how you are feeling. Letting patients know how they might feel in response to certain therapies and treatment is a priority to her. This kind of communication is key to me, and you should always feel comfortable expressing how you’re feeling during your care. Dr. Kim is a great communicator. I have learnt there is no “one size fits all” approach to chiropractic care. Nutrition, exercise, posture, stretching, ice and heat therapies are all in my ‘tool Box”, Dr. Kim offers a well-rounded approach to your care and that includes things you can do at home. My sessions have always been with clear direction and explanation with Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim is truly invested in her patients and that is something you can not fake. Mental and spiritual health can impact us physically and a truly holistic approach to care inevitably means inquiring into how people are feeling. Fantastic experience: I recently had a pectoral muscle injury that lingered on & on far too long, as I kept reinjuring it just doing simple tasks. He spent as much time as necessary to explain the details of my injury so I would understand what was needed for recovery. He got to the root of the problem and explained to me all the muscles that were causing my shoulder to be so sore. He provided me some exercises and stretches I was able to complete at home as well. Negative experience: As a patient of Dr. Dev, I recently contacted Full Range Physio in an effort to book a follow up appointment as I was extremely please with his exceptional service. To my surprise, the company refused to share any information or even assist in reconnecting with the individual. It’s a shame that a company would withhold such basic information such as location where they moved to and refuse to help an injured customer, especially when the request was made in good faith. If anyone is looking for Dr. Dev, he is working at Genuine Athletics at Windsor Square!

Fantastic experience: I have had several treatments at Full Range, from Physio, Acupuncture and massage. The practitioners are excellent in their field and I feel I will have a very successful rehabilitation with this team. The reception staff are very knowledgeable and navigated through the paperwork with ICBC promptly. Highly recommend this full service clinic.

Negative experience: I am a patient of Dr. Jaswinder Dev. I was disappointed to learn that he is no longer with Full Range. I was even further disappointed when the staff would not tell me a forwarding phone no for Dr. Dev. I find this to be extremely unprofessional on the part of the Management for Full Range. If you are looking for Dr. Dev, he is now working out of Genuine Athletics located on 152nd Street near 19 Ave.

Fantastic experience: One stop service! I've been having issues with my back and hip flexors for many years. I've seen many RMTs over the years and had some Chriopractic work done as well but my issues never resolved. It was my MD who suggested I try physio since she noticed that i was experiencing pain but seemed to have good range of motion. I met with Elliot (Physio) and he gave a thorough assessment and treatment plan which included working with him, Acupuncturist and Chriopractor. When I started treatment I could not keep a straight posture, my shoulders pulled forward and i had very tight back and hips, but not anymore....my shoulders are where they should be and I have excellent posture. My hips which were out of place, are now in place, and Dr. Dev is continuing to loosen up my back muscles with shock wave therapy. He will also be addressing parts of my spine which have very little to no movement. I already feel 100% better and expect to be in excellent form very soon. Highly recommend. Very happy with results! Dr. Dev incredibly helped my hip situation where no other professional had been able to do so. I feel like a new person physically and am looking forward to the results once treatment plan is fully completed. Great staff! Kind and professional healing space.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Full Range has been exceptional! I’ve never received such comprehensive, thorough, and attentive care as I have at this clinic. Courtney, Elliot, Dr. Dev, Sunny, MC, and Shaan have been indispensable in my recovery and are all such wonderful people. The ladies at the front desk are also the absolute best and foster such a warm and welcoming environment. I am so grateful for this team and all they’ve done for my health. Highly, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am seeing Dr Dev for my plantar fasciitis. He's been amazing so far. He does make sure that he takes care of my overall health, not only my feet. He's very knowledgeable and attentive to details. Definitely recommending Dr Dev and the clinic in general. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Physiotherapist Elliott is very attentive to details and knowledgeable. He makes my visits more comfortable by explaining everything he does or everything that should be done, as well as giving further advice. I appreciate that he looks into different ways of treating my health issues and tries to see what works best. Overall, I am very happy with Full Range.

Fantastic experience: 5 star clinic in all aspects. From the modern building, and professional and friendly staff. I have had ongoing pain. I had multiple sessions with Sunny who was extremely kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Elliot is an expert in his field and provides long term solutions. I had Ims treatment with stimulation which worked really well. Dr. Dev gave thorough explanations and used multi modality chiropractic treatments. The fact that this clinic works as an interprofessional team is a great way to get clients to feel their best and heal.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dev is beyond amazing! I’m so glad I found him. I have been dealing with chronic car accident injuries and he has given me hope to a better future and healing. Fantastic experience: Friendly compassionate staff! Started physiotherapy to help me deal with chronic pain in my lower back and hip, due to astroarthrius. In just a few sessions with Sunny Gill, my mobility improved and the pain has eased. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic experience: My experience at full range with Gurpreet rai (rmt) was really great. She went deep into different aspects of my muscles and helped me with my pain. I feel so relaxed and pain free after the massage. So I will definitely recommend her for RMT.

Fantastic experience: I really had a great experience with Shaan Dhaliwal and his knowledge about active recovery. I recovered a lot, and now I have more muscle mobility and strength. He also provided different exercises to help me strengthen my muscles. So, I will definitely recommend him for active recovery.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Full Range has been excellent. My physiotherapist, Sunny is knowledgeable and he has set me on a program to attain my goals. I feel like he really listens to me and helps me solve problems. I came to him seeking a second opinion and it has been very worthwhile. I also appreciate that I am receiving care in private room, unlike some centres where you are in a group setting to do your exercises . The receptionist is really warm and friendly which sets the tone for the office. Great place!

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen both Sunny and Elliot for physiotherapy appointments. Both of them are incredible! I was suffering many painful episodes at the gym and on runs, but since following their exercise plans and receiving the dry needling (I believe that’s what it is called), my pain is at least 80% reduced, and I’ve only been a few sessions. Highly recommended.
