Fantastic experience: I found this office through google. I watched Dr. Mark Bonitatibus on YouTube. I was very nervous going to see a Chiropractor ( as I have heard many unpleasant stories about peoples experiences with Chiropractors in general ). I was pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome from Diane at the front desk. No pretences at this office. Dr. Mark was very informative and put me at ease. He understood that I was hesitant, but explained everything in a way that I could understand. You can tell that he is a compassionate and caring individual and has a passion for his profession. He genuinely wants to help you get better. We talked and discussed the treatment. He did not rush me ( sometimes you feel doctors can't be bothered and are on the clock and want you in and out ) this was not the case with this doctor. Once I felt comfortable, he was able to take me through my first assessment. I was informed and felt like I was part of my treatment plan. He also is very friendly and extremely professional. I left feeling happy with my decision to choose this office. I have already booked my next appointments! Fantastic experience: I took my special needs daughter in to get treatment for a pinched nerve in her neck/neck pain. She has never been to a chiropractor before. Dr. Mark was extremely good with her. He explained everything very clearly step by step and really put us both at ease. He was able to immediately relieve her acute pain, and work on other problem areas on her back. He was kind, patient, with a wonderful demeanor. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Bonitatibus two years ago (2020). It was a very experience and benefited a lot from his techniques. I had a paralysing pain because of my lower back condition. Dr. Bonitatibus is very friendly and professional and so is the nice lady at the counter, Diana.

I came in for neck pain, but he was able to recognize past injuries and include treatment for those in his initial treatment. Highly recommend. In one session he relieved a tremendous amount of neck pain and a headache that had plagued me for weeks. He's a fantastic healer!

His treatment has been very good and I am now doing really well. Dr. B's manner is very positive and his explanation of treatment puts you at ease.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Mark for over a year now and am very happy with his work. He is very professional and always in a good mood. He genuinely cares about his patients. He listens to my questions and concerns as I was apprehensive about "cracking" of my bones. He won't do what you are not comfortable with. He has been a God send with dealing with my chronic migraines. After regular treatments I have found my migraines to be less severe and less frequent. As someone who had them at least twice a week for many many years, to now rarely, his treatments really work! His secretary is very pleasant and always helpful in fitting me in if I call for a last minute appointment also.

I started going on a recommendation so I gave it a try I was a little nervous at first not knowing much about chiropractors. I had lower back issues and shoulder issues. Fantastic experience: I have Dr. "Mark" to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to maintain an active life style. I had knee replacement surgery recently and this caused a repositioning of my joint in the hip socket, which caused the Bursa to become inflamed. His treatment and exercise suggestions have been most helpful in increasing movement and reducing discomfort. At the same time he has helped with a shoulder issue and we continue to work and progress in this area.

Fantastic experience: I came here with major lower back problem's caused by a high impact life, and a poor previous chiropractor. Dr. Mark was very thorough with his assessment and thru his persistance and skill I was back at my gym boxing in no time. No contorting and twisting and awkward positions. Very low impact adjustments with lowering panels on his table while his hands adjust. I recommend him to everyone i run into who has any troubles.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for Back help for a long time. Tried many Doctors but always felt they were guessing. I had given up all hope and stopped trying. Well my back became worse and worse and worse. I was so bad I had to find emergency help and NOW!!!!! They took me in right away and I was almost crawling when I started treatment. First thing the Doctor did was x-ray me. I will be honest I was shocked and surprised! Really I was happy as now I know we would not guess. Well my pictures looked like I was 25 years older then I was. Was told to start coming in 3 times a week for at least a year. Thought O great up sell here we go. But I had to do something as I was crying in pain. So I tried and followed instructions. After a few months we did x-rays again for up date. Was shocked at the improvement. After the next cycle we checked again. Could not believe the improvement. Now we joke about me rolling off the table and jumping up! I'm not going to BS on a review so to make it easy ask to see my x-rays. I have no problem letter people see good Qualified work. I give permission to see my results. You just have to ask the Doctor.

Fantastic experience: Where to start? Well I guess with the fact that, I am not social media savvy at all and have only written one other online review in my entire life; I feel like I’m that guy standing on stage repeatedly tapping the microphone and saying “Is this thing working?” But I wanted to write this review as I’ve always felt that people are far more likely to complain than compliment (you just have to work 15 nano-seconds in the food service industry to know that is a fact), so, here goes my review hoping that this “thing” is in fact “working”. Personally I’ve been seeing Dr. Mark from when he began practicing in Brantford and I get results; I had chronic recurring back pain that I no longer have to endure and since then we have been tackling other minor annoyances and my health and general well-being is continually moving forward, fantastic! Total Chiropractic is a family affair. They have always been great with my kids. My youngest started chiropractic care at 13 (she’s a dancer) and has gone happily ever since. And anyone who has ever tried to convince a teenage girl that she should do something, or anything at all for that matter, “for her own good “ knows that Total Chiropractic has got to be doing something right promoting a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. A big reason for this wonderful atmosphere is Diana, infinitely patient and accommodating. I know this to be true as I’m sure I’ve put her patience to the test far too many times, calling at the last minute to rearrange appointment times and the like. Whenever I mention Diana around my kids at least one of them say "oh, she's so nice". Okay, so, Dr. Mark Bonitatibus? Well first of all he gets results. But more importantly, in my mind, is how he gets those results and I believe he does that by really listening to his patients and hearing what they have to say. Also, he takes a unique approach with each client, adjusting his treatment approach to the individual. Well there you have it, my second cyber review ever. I hope you find it helpful.
