Negative experience: I went in with pain and saw Dr. Jasleen. Instead of addressing the actual problem, she ordered unnecessary spinal X-rays and did nothing for the issue I came in for. She then recommended I come back the next day for an adjustment, which felt like the main intention rather than helping me that day. I felt the spinal X-rays were not needed, so I would recommend others take caution.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Vince because I had a nagging back pain in 2022. We did xrays and saw the problem. I was going 2x a week and was having amazing results but then I broke my shoulder. I have had 3 operations on the shoulder and everytime in between the operations I came for relief of my neck and back. I even went 3 days after breaking my shoulder because my leg and back locked up and they got me in at 7:30am without any notice and Dr. Jaz adjusted me with great care and the locking was gone the next day. After the 3rd operation, my shoulder is now fixed, I was stiff and having neck and back pain, I am in physio, also doing massage but Dr. Vince has been a big help in all of it. My shoulder was pushing forward and was pushing my upper back to round out and it was painful and stiff and he is aligning it. My body is slowly going back into a good flow, bones are finally moving and he is helping with the moving out of inflammation every time I go! I'm so grateful that he is understanding, knows what to do when I tell him what's happening in my body that week. Keeps me accountable by asking if I did my workouts. I know I have a bit more ways to go to finally feel like my old self but the treatments are helping so much! After all this 'i want to be strong, like bull' and Dr. Vince is one of the special people helping me achieve this goal.

Fantastic experience: Professional and thorough. The doctors take their time to explain everything and encourage you to ask any questions you may have. Massage services are also offered here. I had my initial session with Kelly and it was an excellent experience. She knows how to create a relaxing and comfortable environment.

Fantastic experience: Treat you the right way! Only been once so far, but the fact that I was there with a coupon and they still provided excellent customer service, tells you how good they are. Most places, when you have a coupon, only give you the bare minimum and don't care as much. Not Elkin! The team there was great and made me feel welcome despite a discount on the service. Very thorough and made sure I saw and understood everything they see and described how everything connects and impacts my well-being. I'm definitely recommending Elkin to any friends and co-workers in the area. (I don't have family nearby, hence why I didn't include them) Thanks Elkin team!

I and my family are so grateful and thankful that God directed us to Elkin Natural health. Dr Colin is expert on adjusting our spine . Been having adjustment for 3 months, thank God, before I can not stand too long for more than 30 min. Now I am surprised I am able to stand 4 to 6 hours no problem. I highly recommend it now, so you won't neglect and say I wish I have known it earlier.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lianne Coombe is just incredible. I have not had great chiro experiences in the past, but the "whole body approach" at Elkin interested me. After going for my initial consultation, x-ray, and having the chance to learn about the clinic and it's approach, I was beyond impressed. I have been a patient for just over 8 weeks, so very early in the process, and I am even MORE impressed now! Not only have I already experienced noticeable improvements (and not just with what you would expect, like less back pain etc. but overall energy, sleep, & general well being), I am in awe at how professional and caring every aspect of this treatment as a whole really is. Even with my busy schedule, I find I look forward to going in for my treatments. The efficiency of the office is also amazing, it's fast & easy to commit to. To actually be able to see the true condition of my neck & spine in an x-ray, and not be having to rely on someone going by only "feel" and telling me what my spine & overall health as a result, is so re-assuring. Plus at a later date being able to see the results of the treatment in another x-ray will be very gratifying, plus feeling SO much better!! I would recommend Dr. Lianne to anyone who cares about their health and longevity, but don't do what I did and "wait" to have back or neck pain, get in there early and you will be thankful you did. The pain is sign that things are more than just beginning to go wrong with your health, they are already happening!
