Fantastic experience: Derek helped with tennis elbow and tight Achilles / a bit of plantar fasciitis and previously with a bit of a sore hip. Immediately felt better and haven't had the hip soreness since. Was skeptical before my appointment but impressed at the educational rigour and knowledge.
