Fantastic experience: March 2023: I wish I had met Dr. Fryer four decades ago. Within a few sessions, the severe carpal tunnel/pinched nerves in the neck and back causing me pain most of my life were resolved. I am in my sunset years and see him when I have an issue. His consultation is invaluable, as he always figures out what happened and what needs to be done. He educates with visuals (models, x-rays, diagrams) and literally investigates to put the picture together. This education not only provides needed info of expectations and knowledge of how to avoid negative outcomes in future, it allays fears of what else could be going wrong. His adjustments are always strategic and invaluable. And, he is a really nice guy who explains in lay terms. He turned my life around, and I am sure he will do the same for you! Previous Post: Dr. Fryer's expertise, professionalism, and effectiveness cannot be rated high enough. I thank Dr. Fryer for tremendous improvement in my range of neck motion and release from the pain and discomfort of pinched nerves in the neck and carpal tunnel syndrome (severe in both arms). I just wish I had started with Dr. Fryer before I had the carpal tunnel operation in one wrist, as his work on my back and neck resolved the problems I had lived with for decades (and that operation didn't!). I continue to see Dr. Fryer to maintain my health and prevent relapse. Dr. Fryer is committed to educating others and his own life-long learning; he is extremely accomplished and incredibly humble. I cannot thank him enough for his help. Years later, I have the same to say, and I am as appreciative as ever. Today, Dr. Fryer put my shoulder back in place - had I come in sooner, I would have avoided weeks of pain. Last time I saw him, he had to put my thumb and wrist bones back in place. Fantastic experience: Thank you for this wonderful video from Dr. Jerome Fryer, chiropractor in Nanaimo. Who doesn't want to know how to shovel snow properly without injuring your back. I am a very curious person and want to know how things work. Dr. Fryer could see my interest and took the time to thoroughly describe with models how this spine of mine works. Having taken a fall on my butt, I had compressed the nerve(s). With his miraculous table and expertise, he was able to free up the channel for the nerve to move freely. I could barely walk a 1/4 of a block and I am now walking without thinking about it in a few short months. My right leg would freeze up into a tight knot as well. This is amazing and his miraculous table and working with his hands to decompress the spine is something new to me. I started a little group called Nanaimo Newbies to help new comers to Nanaimo find the services they otherwise may not find on their own. I got some great tips on exercises I could do and great natural ways to help. Now, 18 months later, I feel great and haven't had any back pain since.
