Fantastic experience: I've been treated by a number of chiropractors over the last 30 years, and Dr. Murdoch is easily one of the top 3. She was very, very thorough and caring with her assessment (me being a new patient in town short term) and incredibly effective with her treatment. Very light touch, but, again, very effective. If I lived in Nanaimo I would switch to her clinic in a heartbeat. Props to Derek on the front desk for dealing with my ridiculous insurance coverage, too!!

Fantastic experience: Upon reviewing my initial appointment with Tracy Leigh, I found her both professional, and Very competent; I was taking aback, for I am used to being tortured, in order to get any results. I was pleasantly surprised when Tracy Lee kept asking me if the pressure was fine with me, and I continued to respond. Yes, for actually, I could hardly feel it; despite the fact, I was also pleasantly surprised to see that I felt much better after my visit. I have quite a complex back, for I suffer from arthritis in my back my L4 and L5 transitional vertebrae have grown extra long, which means they’re constantly touching the sacrum,which means that they are literally and figuratively touching my sacrum, which is literallya pain in the derrière, furthermore, I have degenerative disc disease and slight arthritis in my back, combined with the fact that I have Multiple Sclerosis. To further complicate matters for the last two months, I have been experience seeing extreme tendinitis, dr.Helmkay has been both treating my back and my tendinitis during this time, and he mentioned to me that he can do nothing more for it and I now have to see one of the massage therapist, which I have now done. So on top of all this, Tracy Lee was not only working on my lower back, she also was working on my tendinitis,when I left the office, I felt much better in every aspect of my body. Tracy Leigh, even commented that my tendinitis was quite difficult to treat!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Helmkay for many years years, And obviously quite impressed with his treatment. I can now say that I am equally impressed with Tracy Lee’s treatment of both my back and my tendinitis.!!!
