Fantastic experience: Completely random encounter! A teammate and I met Dr. Murgic at a soccer tournament, and he noticed that we had some discomfort. He spent no more than 10 minutes with the both of us, and not only did he ease the pain (took us through a few exercises to see what muscles are weak), but he gave us exercises to do to help us with the pain we were feeling. Very simple and straightforward. We appreciated the time he gave us because he was there watching with his son, and didn’t have to help us. We are grateful for meeting Dr. Murgic and will definitely visit the care center in the future!

Fantastic experience: The best

Negative experience: Was a great place, had all my issues taken away and more, would have rated 5 stars, until after my last appointment I watch the doctor move my jacket and things, as if he was checking my pockets thinking I had stolen something well laying in the bed on the opposite side of the room. So for that reason I'm only putting 1 star, and won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: Both chiropractors are very good at what they are trained to do and knowledgeable. No nonsense and focused on your treatment/concerns/health. The office is small, a very relaxed environment and laid back. The receptionists are incredibly skilled at dealing with the patients and concerns. They are good with kids and tolerated my little ones. The office is kid friendly and they have toys to keep them entertained. The doors are opened while you're getting treated, but there's little difference between this and those who goes to get physio done, where you don't even have any walls or curtains. It's open spaces. Here at least, you get a room where there's equipment and TENS machines available for treatment use. They also have products that are sold at their office. Theres plenty of parking out back and a bathroom for use. If you're insured for coverage then check out your benefits and you can get your questions answered through your provider or the receptionist here. I was late for an appointment and they were ok with it. Probably not something that happens often, but they were extremely kind about it. I'm very thankful for their understanding. As for treatments, it's individual based and according to your tolerance. If you are new and considering giving this place a try, please do. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I don't think my body has ever felt so relaxed! Dr. Elizabeth Paul is a miracle worker. Front staff are also very nice and accommodating. I just wish I went here sooner. I've been to other chiro before but never really pursued because I wanted to save my benefits for massage instead but visiting Dr. Paul definitely changed my view on things. I highly recommend visiting this clinic.

Negative experience: I came to see this chiropractor after I saw all the high reviews on Google. Turns out the negative reviews are actually the ones from people giving an honest review of this place. It's unfortunate that they bribe people to give high reviews. My experience here was horrific. First of all, if you care about your privacy, stay FAR away from this place. They treat all their patients with the doors wide open to their waiting room, where everyone can see and hear everything that is going on. They do this while shouting conversations across the the clinic to other patients while they're supposed to be treating you, lol. I only saw the female doctor that worked there once, but my experience with her was much better than Dr. Murgic. She was at least friendly. Dr. Murgic was offensively rude. It was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor, and I could tell he was getting annoyed with me because I didn't know the proper way to position myself for his adjustments. He would bark commands at me and then snap at me if I moved even slightly the wrong way. I left there feeling worse than when I went in, because not only did the whole experience make me mentally/emotionally uncomfortable, but physically as well. I left in agony because he continued to use the activator on me despite me having tears in my eyes and communicating that it was physically causing me excruciating pain. If you like the sound of hearing your back crack, there are several ASMR YouTube channels dedicated to exactly that. You don't need to subject yourself to humiliation and pain from a Dr. that clearly only cares about lining his pockets.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mike attended to a dull neck and shoulder ache that's being bothering me for the past 6 months. I saw immediate positive results after my first visit and feel very optimistic about my treatment going forward. The office staff is pleasant and efficient and I enjoy the on line scheduling and Covid screening processes. I highly recommend Dr Mike for your aches and pains. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Went in with aching hip pain and about 100 self diagnosed possibilities! I Dealt with the pain for atleast 6-8 months trying to self remedy! Within 10 mins of evaluation, Dr. Mike had the issue figured out immediately! Little Bend here, little lift there and a 1,2,3 snap had my hip pain gone!! Moral of the story as every person varies - don’t google your problem!!! Go See Dr. Mike and his staff!! He’ll get you right and have a good story to put a smile on your face!!

Aside from routine adjustments, over the past 19 years I have been treated for TMJ (after having braces as an adult), issues regarding my sacroiliac joint and pre/post-natal chiro. Fantastic experience: I've always been skeptical of chiropractors as the thought of someone cracking my bones didn't seem appealing......I was wrong and VERY uneducated. Mike not only does what he feels is necessary but also educates you along the way. Only been to a couple sessions but I'm already a fan and now feel comfortable with him cracking my bones lol. Can't forget about the ladies in receptionist holding it down. Super friendly and great to talk to. I definitely suggest this place

They always take the time to listen to your concerns, and are upfront, yet compassionate about what lifestyle changes you need to make. After the consultation, they assess why you feel a certain way, what can be done and how you go about fixing it all while adjusting you. The office & rooms are very clean and sanitary. I would recommend them to anyone looking for chiropractic care. They are also very informative about nutrition and frequently send out emails with little tips on how to be healthier.

Fantastic experience: My family has been coming to see Dr. Mike for about 5 years. I came to see him for pain from running (hip, knee, lower back) but we see him every 2 weeks just to maintain good health. Dr. Mike does a thorough assessment every time and is very patient with young kids.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Windsor Neck and Back for 2 years now for shoulder pain and my achilles injury rehab. Elizabeth has a magic touch fixing my shoulder pain.I go regularly once a month for maintenance. Since going I have not been sick. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly making my visit enjoyable.They also offer nutritional service to get your body healthy. I feel awesome since using that service 3 months ago. you get more then just adjusted Elizabeth truly cares for her clients I feel like family. Thank you

Negative experience: Very unfortunate experiences with this clinic. I have been thrown through the ringer too many times without real help for my issues. They are incredibly unprofessional.

Negative experience: If you actually need help, this is not the Chiropractor for you.

Negative experience: The only reason they have 5 stars is because they hold holiday contests when they give you ballot entries for reviews. Honestly, they might be smart here but they are smart enough to keep clients, not heal complex problems. There has been a progressively worsening structural issue in my shoulder that keeps getting completely ignored, and when i have asked if it will get better, they say nothing. My muscles have completely compensated to the scapular structure that has been so out of place for over a year. They have the nerve to tell me that since my muscle tests are fine, that I'm good to go. I don't even reach the door to leave before it's very clear they they did not treat me correctly, nor even care about making sure I'm actually fine. This is a clinic to go to if you have 0 problems, and just want to hear your back crack. Other than that all I did was learn that there is more to my body than they are willing to heal, or admit of their competency. Oh and thier electrolysis technology or whatever it's called is so out dated that I get a skin surface burn from them every time they're used. They don't stick correctly, send haphazard electrical current through an odd number of pads once one slips off. The girl is way nicer, but they are still SALES PEOPLE that went to chiropractic college. They just want to make a profit at this stage in thier business, even if they used to be more trustworthy.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client of Dr. Elizabeth’s for ~ a year and a half. I came to her with multiple ‘systems’ in need of repair, and cannot express how much I have come to both appreciate and respect her. I consider myself fortunate to have found her, as no other practitioner I tried could make could make a dent in my problems such as she has, with her applied kinesiology. Negative experience: terrible practice ! I went here for a sore neck issue and was rendered unconscious by thier electrolysis machine that i feel was improperly used on my body. Dr. Elizabeth and the rest of the staff had a scared look on thier face and had absolutely no clue what to do. Not only did they pretend nothing happened but i received no follow up call to even see if i was ok. I had to take the day off of work. Dr mike is your standard crack'em pack'em and stack'em chiropractor. He will have a 3 way conversation with two other patients while adjusting your neck with no issues whatsoever and even have other patients talk with him in your room while you are trying to get healed. very unprofessional. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: I only started working with Mike and Elizabeth three weeks ago, but I’ve noticed a huge difference in my jaw pain. They have showed me how my pain can be coming from multiple other areas/issues in my body and posture. They always educate me through the session, are very knowledgeable, and you can tell they are invested in what they do. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the beginning!! Look forward to my weekly visits.

Fantastic experience: The Windsor Neck and Back Care Centre are amazing!! Very accommodating with my busy work schedule and the chiropractors and office staff always have a smile on their face when I walk through their door! Mike and Elisabeth are incredible at their job! I showed up at their door a few months ago wondering how long I would be able to continue working since my pain was so bad. Since then, not only have I started a new career and able to work full time but I have just dropped my medication for Fibromyalgia by 50%! Thank you so much Elisabeth and Mike!!

Negative experience: Terrible. They do not care about your issue whatsoever, just crack you and let you leave. My husband was a client for a year and saw no improvements. Often he left the appointment feeling worse than he did going in! Waste of money, and they continue to take your money even though you are not receiving any benefits from their work.

Fantastic experience: Amazing!! I would give 10 Stars. I am so grateful a coworker recommended WN&B. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The staff informed me first off what my Health Insurance covered. Not just $$ but braces, orthodics, tens machine... THEY actually called FOR ME & I immediately knew. Dr Mike & Dr Elizabeth give a thorough exam. They are highly knowledgeable and intuitive about what is wrong. I went for my shoulder and they actually helped my back, hip & knees. And informed me of internal problems & nutients I was lacking. I wasn't just 'cracked' & out the door. I was able to get to work. WN&B are wonderfully friendly AND proficient.

Negative experience: Decided to go here to fix hip issue. After spending hundreds of dollars and no improvement I decided to go to physiotherapist and seen results right away. However this is not the worst part. I needed a prescription from family doctor or chiropractor for a heel splint so when I asked for a prescription from them after I was just there two days previous they decided to charge me $15 for the prescription. Omfg are you kidding me! Friendly yes but did they fix my issue with body NO and to charge 15 for a prescription (a frickin piece of paper from an existing client) is very greedy. I will never be back so when you read this (all staff) please lose my phone number. Enough is enough!

I went to Windsor Neck and Back, barely able to walk and was treated by Mike Murgic for the first time. His spinal adjustments were done in a very compassionate and professional manner. His course of treatments were very successful. Recently I have also gone to his wife, Elizabeth for the treatment of bladder issues which she has cured me of. Fantastic experience: I am challenged with several chronic conditions, one of which impacts my ANS which regulates my internal organs and some muscles. My daily life is riddled with chronic pain and difficulty with everything from breathing, digesting, or simply standing without passing out! I would not have even thought to seek chiropractic care for such ailments but a cherished friend asked me to try it out. Since my condition has no cure, I had nothing to lose. I was instantly put at ease by the warm and welcoming staff and "family" atmosphere at Windsor Neck & Back Care Centre. I also felt less like a patient and more like someone who was genuinely cared for with interest and concern by Dr. Paul. To a patient with " invisible illness " this reception was as highly valued as the treatment itself. I confess, I went in skeptical, but am amazed as I have begun to see bed bound weeks reduced to days. My strength is increasing and I plummet to meet the floor on a less regular basis! All of which helps to restore the most cherished gift- quality of life! I eagerly anticipate the long term care that I am confident will continue to raise that quality of life. If you struggle with chronic conditions like POTS or fibromyalgia, I would encourage you to visit Dr.Paul to see if this care might be an option for you to regain the quality of YOUR life! Minimal drugs are required because of my weekly visits to Dr.Mike and Dr.Elizabeth since 2007.

Fantastic experience: I starting going to Dr.Mike when I sprained my ankle just nine days before my wedding. Dr.Mike had me walking down the aisle without a walking boot or crutches. I have continued to go there ever since. Dr.Elizabeth treated me all throughout my pregnancy and it really made a difference in my everyday life. Fantastic experience: They went above and beyond what i expected for my pain. I have chronic pain in my lower back from and accident i was in when i was a kid and they were able to help me. They also help with my daughters pigeons toe. With in a couple of months her feet are straighter and she isn't having pain anymore. They have helped in so many more ways then just getting rid of mine and her pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul and Dr. Murgic are fantastic; they truly care about their patient's well being. Their treatment style is by far the best my family has ever experienced; its goes far beyond a typical adjustment such as muscle testing. We love their chiropractic knowledge especially when dealing with sports injuries. We have two young athletes at home and I feel confident with the care my children receive.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Murgic and Doctor Paul really know what they are doing. If you want to become pain free quickly, they will take good care of you. I had back pain so bad that I was passing out and after one visit I was 80% better. After my second visit, the pain was completely gone. I have been coming for 14 years.
