Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience training with Cole. I’ve worked with a few other trainers over the years and have never seen as much progress as I have with him. I’ve been training with him for over a year now, and he consistently keeps sessions effective, challenging, and tailored to my goals. Cole creates a really comfortable, easygoing environment and is easy to talk to, which makes a big difference. The overall vibe is welcoming, and it’s clear he cares about his clients and their progress. He’s helped me a lot—highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Jasmine was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my physiotherapy treatments. I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain, tailbone pain, and posterior tibial tendonitis, and she truly went above and beyond to support my recovery. She created a personalized plan that helped me strengthen my weak areas, always taking my pain levels and tolerance into account. I never felt rushed during our appointments, and I consistently left feeling better and in less pain. She also incorporated shockwave therapy for my PTT which made a huge difference. Outside of the exercises, we’ve also done laser treatments, and cupping. I’ve seen other therapists in the past where treatments felt rushed and generic, but that was never the case with Jasmine. Her approach was thoughtful, customized, and you could tell she genuinely cared. She has continued to follow up with me even after our treatments have concluded. I HIGHLY recommend her!!

Fantastic experience: I have had plenty massages over they years with a few different Massage Therapists and I will say Ryan Sinclair has done more in 3 visits than all the visits from all the others, I highly recommend Apex for the Massage and I think the rest of the Therapists will also be top not as are the staff.

He is amazing, he was able to relieve the pain in my back after several others had failed and surgery was supposed to be my only option. I cannot recommend him enough! Dr. Mercer is a fantastic chiropractor, he addresses your issues as they present, he doesn't just do the same treatment everytime, listened to my concerns and issues and addressed them, everytime I leave I'm in better shape then when I went in. Lindsay is fantastic massage therapist, she gets in there and relieves muscle pains works out the issues and is just a joy to deal with, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TEAM ENOUGH!!!

Fantastic experience: I go to APEX for personal training with Coach Lance. This is one of the best experiences I've had with a coach. Coach Lance is extremely knowledgeable about health, fitness, and training. He takes care to adapt training for my injuries/complexities. He cares about his clients health and wellness and not just their progress. He also encourages healthy habits rather than just results, which is something I really appreciate. I highly HIGHLY recommend training with coach!!!

She has a precise understanding of where tension builds and how to release it, and explains the causes to help me avoid the same issues in the future when they are posture/lifestyle related. Jessica is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better. I always leave with less pain, better mobility, and noticeable improvement that lasts for days after. If you’re looking for a highly skilled RMT who truly knows deep tissue work, I couldn’t recommend Jessica more.

He is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and was able to help me with my messed up rotator cuff. The acupuncture has worked wonders, and the exercises and stretches are helping tremendously as well. The treatment I received today is different from other service providers and brought me relief. As well, all the other team members working there were very friendly and helpful and the facility is beautiful. In a matter of 30 minutes he was able to pin point what ultrasound, MRI and x-rays could not! What to expect? A very thorough assessment, followed by custom-tailored treatment, real solutions through his treatment plus hands-on education to improve your functional movement patterns (conveniently in the gym on location), and sweet relief! Physiotherapy has been something of a continuous journey for me from sport injuries and various day to day wear and tear injuries. For the amount that I go, I like to connect with the therapists helping me. That’s not a problem with Jon. He’s very personable and friendly, and he really cares. I would definitely recommend. I’ve had the chance to work with coach Lance as well and his knowledge has been a huge benefit to my exercise and form. He knows how to push you to get the best out of you for recovery and strengthening. Also, Daniel is always a pleasure at the front desk and soon I look forward to hopefully booking a massage with one of the lovely RMTs. Overall would definitely recommend apex; top ratings; everyone there is great and they have something for everyone at all different levels

He's so knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain everything and really looks into the issue and gives you excersises to do. I've been to other chiropractor's where they just crack you and you leave in 5min and nothing is resolved. I also go to Jessica for my massages there and she's also amazing! It's the best place to go!

Fantastic experience: I’ve waited to leave this review for approx a month to gain an overall experience with Apex performance and Wellness. I’ve spent years searching for somewhere that properly knows and implements deep tissue ART. Having worked with Dr.Mercer and Coach Lance during this time I can honestly say I’ve been able to walk 18 holes the last couple weeks pain free and continue to do so. The level of professionalism, knowledge and personal attention to your own specific needs is incredible. This is not your, heat, thumper see you next week grocery line service like some of the others. Highly recommend trusting your health needs and patient care here. I have finally found a place whose attention to detail is focused on getting “you” back on your feet!!
