A Warm and Professional Physiotherapy Environment

Established in 1993 and located in the charming neighborhood of Buckingham, Physio Outaouais has built a reputation for providing high-quality care to the Gatineau community. The clinic, managed on-site by co-owner Michael Novikov, serves private clients as well as those covered by CNESST, SAAQ, and WSIB. Patients consistently describe the atmosphere as welcoming and human, often comparing the experience to visiting family. The team prioritizes making every individual feel heard, supported, and respected from the moment they walk in.

Expertise and Personalized Care

The clinic is distinguished by its highly qualified physiotherapists, including Maxime Hurtubise, Amélie, and Nicolas. Patients frequently highlight their ability to listen closely and tailor treatments to specific needs. Whether dealing with chronic pain, post-injury recovery, or sports-related issues, the therapists are praised for their analytical approach and effectiveness. For instance, patients have noted significant improvements in complex cases, such as chronic foot conditions or knee injuries, where previous attempts at relief had been unsuccessful. The care is personalized, with exercises and treatments adjusted based on the patient's progress.

A Dedicated and Friendly Team

Front-desk staff, particularly Jessica, receive frequent praise for their warmth, efficiency, and positive energy. They ensure that appointments are scheduled promptly and that patients feel comfortable during every visit. The professional rapport extends beyond the therapy room; the entire staff is noted for being courteous, smiling, and available to answer questions. This collaborative environment helps reduce anxiety and builds trust, making the rehabilitation process more pleasant.
