Negative experience: Really bad service at the front desk. They find any possible way to charge you no matter what even if you did canceled the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dunbar physio for over 20 years. I have seen many different physios over that time frame and every one of them has been incredibly competent and caring. The front office team is also excellent.

He is able to take a view whole view of your issue. Does not just treat the symptoms but uncovers the underlying musclo-skeletal problem causing your problem. Was instrumental in guiding my recovery from a total hip replacement.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Nick Britnell regularly for several years. Nick has an excellent knowledge of anatomy! He is able to correctly diagnose my problems effectively. The staff at reception especially Nancy the manager are very helpful!

Positive experience: I love seeing my physiotherapist at Dunbar Physio, but I don’t want to say his name because I can only ever get on a waitlist as he has so many patients. That is the only reason I haven’t given it a five out of five rating

Fantastic experience: I managed to get an appointment for my teenage son for his sports injury on the same day I called in. The scheduling of an appointment was easy and straightforward. Staff in the office were friendly and helpful. My son felt comfortable during the exam and treatment. The physiotherapist was knowledgeable and approachable. She patiently answered our questions and explained further recommendations for my son’s injury treatment and potential future injury prevention. On the first day, most information was collected and confirmed with me. Then we started the exercises. Winnie guided me in very details to ensure I am doing the exercises right. I did some exercises given to me at home too. Combining everything, my back recovered enough to consider going back to work. I am so grateful to Winnie and Dunbar Physio, without whom I would still be in back pain.

Positive experience: Excellent service and experience. Have worked with Winnie and Renata. Received reliable assessment and given advice and exercises, complete with print out in case I need reminder. Front desk lady is really nice and quick with billing. Facility is clean. Word of caution: I was booked a 20 minute session and found out after it cost $90. About 50% higher than the going rate.

Ironically, it was recommended to me by someone who drives a great distance to go there. Nancy, the office manager is lovely and will go out of her way to help you. I’ve seen two different physiotherapists there who have helped me recover completely from tennis elbow and from injuries sustained after a car accident. It’s a great clinic. I don’t know what I’d do without it.
