Fantastic experience: One is aware of Jacob’s quiet expertise and holistic perspective upon first visit. While I sought massage for years-long chronic knee and shoulder pain and stiffness, assumed by me to be an incurable consequence of aging, I was shocked to experience noticeable easing after the first treatment and within a month near total remedy thanks to his varied skills with massage, acupuncture and energy protocols. Full recovery is now a reasonable expectation.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I have been treated by Jacob Lamour for pain from hitting a large pothole on the freeway. It totally disrupted the area around the steel in my back from three major spinal decompressions. The acupuncture has been incredible, in helping me begin to heal from this injury. I had never tried acupuncture before, and I am amazed at how Jacob has the ability to help to releave the pain I have been suffering from this incident. Jacob has a great talent in knowing, and understanding how to place the needles, in order to release the pain that I am suffering from. He is also teaching me how to deal with pain in between sessions through Chinese medicine. Jacob has been a blessing in my life, through his knowledge of this true art of releasing chronic pain. He is patient, and kind, and teaches me as we work together on this serious issue, which helps me to learn how to help myself in gentle ways.

Fantastic experience: I see Kitti Ami for massage therapy, and each session is a joy, a challenge and a revelation. Kitti has been releasing many years of tension and strain in my shoulders and neck, so not all the work she does feels pleasant, but it does feel as if she is rebuilding my body with new, much more flexible and pain-free parts. She has taught me a lot about how to release tension between appointments as well.

Negative experience: I was a big fan of Dr Nanopolous and liked this clinic for more than the proximity to my home. But I was injured in a slip and fall at work and they "don't do" work safe claims. So now I'm in pain and about to be out a whole lot more money on a whole new chiropractor assessment. Not helpful. Way to put your clients first. I won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Anny Kyun is a great Acupuncturist and I would highly recommend her. I have been seeing her since 2014 and each treatment has been a great experience. I've previously been scared of needles and have found acupuncture to be a painful experience. This is no longer the case with Anny. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The location of the clinic is very central, easily accessible by transit or car. I’ve found that parking can be an issue, so leave extra time to find parking. Overall – GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Fantastic experience: Due to chronic back pain from my job of constantly sitting in front of a computer, I needed to explore my options to get better. Acupuncture was recommended alongside massage therapy. There's probably no one more terrified of needles than I am and I was really scared and reluctant. Anny was able to explain in detail the procedure and benefits. She started off with just 5 needles which was the most I could endure at that time. Over time, I can now do 40 needles! I'm so relaxed that I sleep through the treatment and the benefits are amazing. She concentrates on points that relate to my back problems, while tackling other health issues such as stress and blood flow. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Anny at this clinic for acupuncture for a few months now for a hip injury. I spent about 4 months going to physio therapy twice a week, and saw no improvement before deciding to try acupuncture. Anny was absolutely fantastic! Within 3 sessions I saw remarkable improvement, and now (a few months later) the injury doesn't bother me at all. Anny is very professional, incredibly knowledgeable and always able to answer my questions (Chinese Medicine is Fascinating!). I will continue to seek treatment from Anny for overall health, energy and hormone balancing and would happily recommend her to anyone. Anny is not the type of practitioner to expect you to come back every few days or every week until finally you decide you just can't afford it anymore. Her goal is to be completely genuine and to honestly heal your body. She even responds to inquires and questions via email outside of your appointment times! Plus, she's hilarious and her personality is awesome!
