I have been greatly helped with my neck problem, body aches and other occasional problems that have come up along the way. I have found Dr. Zeni to be a very professional, kind and caring person who inspires a friendly family atmosphere in his office. Expérience négative: Disappointing Experience — Please Do Your Research First I came across this clinic through a Facebook ad while experiencing lower back pain. The ad promoted a comprehensive assessment that included spinal X-rays and a review of the findings, which initially seemed promising. After receiving the results, the clinic contacted me for a follow-up discussion with Dr. John. Unfortunately, that’s where things took a turn. Dr. John presented me with two long-term treatment options: one spanning a year and another over two years. Due to the high cost of the first option, I chose the two-year plan, which involved multiple sessions — starting with two per week — at $55 per session. After just four sessions, I began to feel something wasn’t right. Each visit lasted only about five minutes, yet I was being charged $55 per session — by far the most expensive and least comprehensive treatment I’ve ever experienced. When I raised concerns, Dr. John explained that spinal adjustments take time and he didn’t want to rush the process. Still, I found it unreasonable to be charged so much for such brief appointments. For comparison, I’ve seen other chiropractors who spent 30 minutes or more per session for the same price. Concerned, I consulted my trusted family doctor, who reviewed my condition and ordered a new set of X-rays, as he didn’t trust the ones provided by the clinic. After reviewing them, he told me that I didn’t need chiropractic care at all — I simply needed physiotherapy. I’m grateful I sought a second opinion before continuing with what felt like a misleading and overpriced treatment plan. My honest advice: consult your family doctor first before committing to any treatment plan at this clinic. Make sure you fully understand your condition and treatment options before investing time and money.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. John and Sally have been awesome to work with and have significantly helped my back issues, especially with my upper back with sitting a desk for a better part of the day. I have gone from forward extension of my neck of 3.5 inches to just under 0.5 inches, which has taken a lot of strain off my upper back as it doesn't have to work as hard to keep my neck up :). Like anything, it's a process and it worked for me and now I'm on the maintenance side of things. Thanks to both Dr. John and Sally as you have been great to work with an appreciate all the accommodations with my changing schedule. I would highly recommend anyone with back related issues to at least get an initial assessment with Dr. John and he will be able to walk you through the issues and recommend the best course of action. Expérience fantastique: Dr. John treated my hip imbalance and a subluxation in the neck. My body responded very nicely to his treatment and WHOOP started logging an increase in my HRV sustainably with his adjustments starting the end of June. Dr. John is very friendly and takes personal interest in his patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Johns treatment.

I decided to have chiropractic treatment because I was having trouble with my hips doing gardening and driving. I have never had any trouble in these areas since going to this office. Dr. John helped keep me tip top shape to be able to keep going with the tough workouts. I have been most impressed with the services provided for my baby Charlotte though! Initially I attended in order to correct the alignment in my neck which had a level 2 forward lean degradation. Within a year it was back in line and I have been going ever since mainly for preventative maintenance. I am very pleased with the results. What I notice the most is more flexibility and less niggling lower back pains, especially when I am golfing. Would highly recommend the weekly treatment, even if you don't think you have any issues. Best to prevent them than try to fix them.

Additionally, I had challenges meeting the costs of chiropractic care as full-time student in university. Dr. John and the team helped me figure out a plan that worked for me, at prices I could afford, and for that I am forever grateful. My only complaint is that appointments are brief, especially on busy days, without a lot of time for discussion, Q&A, and more thorough adjustments you might expect from chiropractors that dedicate 15-30 minutes per patient. Despite this, and considering the highlights above, I definitely recommend In-Line Family Chiropractic to anyone interested in addressing scoliosis and related issues.

Sally is amazing, professional and super friendly she makes the appointments very flexible for you. Expérience négative: It's shocking and suspicious this place has such stellar reviews and high rating. I was treated here after they gave me a dire diagnosis, which turned out to be exaggerated. My instincts said to leave, but was desperate for relief and they promised to help. I believed in them and was crushed by overwhelming disappointment. They kept saying I was improving, but I was still in agony. The open concept, assembly line set up should've been a red flag. The treatment itself was criminal, I get more out of my massager at home!! The automatic payment withdrawal and rigid treatment plan were more red flags. It felt like a scam and I stopped going. I strongly recommend you seek help elsewhere.

Expérience négative: I was reluctant to post this negative review because there are so many positives but after I reread them I realized that many are people who have had to go to this clinic for years and spend thousands of dollars to get relief. In the last 30 years I have been to a great variety of chiropractors and these fellows gave me the least amount of relief for the time I was in regular treatments. The first thing they did was show me x-rays of my spine to completely psych me out and create fear /anxiety over my condition. There was great exaggeration of the negatives which my family doctor and my physiotherapist did not concur with. After their two minute sessions three times a week I felt no relief at all and I think the whole operation is a sham. There is an assembly line feel to the procedures albeit accompanied by friendly banter. The experience I had at this clinic completely destroyed my faith and trust in chiropractors until I met the next one. I read a terrific book called Healing Back Pain. Dr. John Sarno. NYT bestseller. I went online and found a chiropractor that was highly recommended in my neighborhood. Her analysis of my condition downplayed the seriousness and allayed my fears which are a big part of the problem. after a few appointments and she told me that I could cut back to once a week and subsequently once a month. I also got the wonderful advice to try an inversion table which has worked wonders for me and saved me thousands of dollars. so I would say if these guys to help you more power to you but if you’re having second thoughts do find someone to give you a second opinion. * A few weeks have passed and I just have to say this inversion table has changed my life. I could barely walk a couple months ago, shooting pains ran through my hamstrings. Now that's all gone. I went hiking for miles over hilly terrain and had no pain at all. To think I got this device for $100 when I'd been spending $310/month at clinics. Healing yourself can be the best medicine.

Expérience fantastique: 12 years ago I met Dr. Zeni and his staff at a wellness festival. I had been searching for a chiropractor to treat a constant nagging ache in my left shoulder blade. The constant ache drained me of my energy, at times, to the point of tears. In addition, I could visually notice a curving of the cervical section of my spine. Within a short period of treatment the ache had disappeared and we continued to work on correcting the spinal curve. Dr Zeni's positive energy is complimented by a very organized supportive staff who always greet you with a smile. The office has also been very flexible with supporting me in my sometimes erratic schedule. The x-rays and follow up exams are a good checkpoint to remind me of how much I have improved (as I age)! I highly recommend In-Line Family Chiropractic.

Expérience fantastique: Was suffering from Sciatic Pain shooting down my left leg. It was so bad I could barely put my socks on. Co workers would come ask me why I couldn't walk straight and it was difficult getting in and out of the car. I went to a sport clinic originally and the DR. didn't take any X-rays and just started with Acupuncture and Stretches. After a few appointments with no results I decided to give Dr. John at In-Line a try. From the first time I met him he was very professional and explained the process very well. There is also an orientation where he explained exactly what might be going on. Followed by X-Rays which exactly showed where the mis- alignment was and a plan to correct it. Even the payment options are very flexible and no hassle ways to get out if its not working (which made me feel very comfortable). I've been seeing him since January and I can honestly say my pain is completely gone. My quality of life has improved, I'm back at the gym, sleeping better and best of all I don't walk around like an old man anymore :) I've since introduced my wife and young daughter and we all go for treatment now. I highly recommend In-Line! Also need to add that the staff is very professional always greeting with a smile and very accommodating when "life" happens and you need to reschedule an appt.
