She was an excellent listener, and solved both of our immediate needs. Shout out to Joanna. We also had a small misunderstanding around the invoice, which was responded to within minutes. Highly recommended.

Expérience fantastique: We had in-home acupuncture therapy for my dad, who was in a lot of back pain. After just the first session, we saw a big improvement. His pain was much less, and he started feeling much better right away. Joseph was very professional, kind, and made my dad feel comfortable during the session. We are very happy with the results and truly grateful for the care. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I highly recommend Joseph to anyone dealing with pain and looking for effective treatment.

The professionalism, kindness, and expertise shown throughout the recovery process were truly outstanding. Expérience négative: Anton, the business owner, can be quite aggressive, though the staff I worked with is absolutely superb. While I was overseas, I experienced some temporary payment issues. I explained this to Anton, but he still preferred to have my card on file and called me multiple times about it. Personally, I’m not comfortable keeping my card on file with businesses, so I’d recommend paying as you go.

Expérience fantastique: Set this up for my mother she is so happy with the service and the fact that they come right to her home. Most of the cost is covered by her insurance with a very small amount she paid which we have put on her credit card just makes things easier. The therapist has been wonderful and so far is helping. There was an error with charging her card which was promptly corrected when I send an email out letting them know.

I injured my back and could not stand or sit and decided to see if there was anybody that did in home acupuncture. I called Anton at 9:30am on a Sunday and he was able to get someone to see me that very day. Crazy!! He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable and provided beyond excellent customer service. Seok Kwon (my acupuncturist) was amazing as well!! I am able to move a little more the day after my treatment and am so happy to have found In Your Home Therapy in my time of need. Expérience fantastique: I had a stress factor that needed physio treatment. I was quite pleased with the physiotherapist that "In Your Home therapy" had recommended. The physio was explanatory when she introduced the treatment and also thorough when she went through the exercise program that was required so I could heal quickly. If you're in need of treatment at your home this would be the company to be associated with. Highly reputable and Highly recommended.

Expérience négative: Very rude bunch of staff. You can clearly see from other reviews and the responses to it that Anton is full off himself. Customer service is one of the last things on his mind. He loves proving customers wrong and is extremely rude when doing so. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere then use a service that DOES NOT care about its customers.

Expérience fantastique: Love love love! I wish I can give this service a 100 stars. As a mother of two little ones the in your home convenience has made it possible for me to pursue some level of "self care" that I would have otherwise had to put off due to simply not having the time to physically make it to the appointment. Not to mention the prompt email support and follow up with pain management stretches and exercises to continue the care in between sessions. Most services I have contacted had impossible and inflated costs but in your home therapy keeps their costs affordable for the average income. My request for a female therapist was honored and I can't be more happy and satisfied with crystal's work, professionalism and kind nature. She's takes her time to explain and walks you through the treatment. Most services I've tried in the past tried to play up my symptoms to rope me into additional sessions. With crystal I was practically pain free three sessions in, and unprompted she mentioned I can switch to being seen on a need basis since I seemed to be improving. I can't express how grateful I am for this amazing service and the amazing team and staff at in your home therapy. Thank you so much for helping us heal. We appreciate your hard work ❤️

Expérience positive: Read the reviews and complaints about Anton.. I just called to see if they had someone who specializes in manual lymphatic drainage - and while unfortunately they don’t in my area, I found Anton to be quite friendly and even explained the different between regular and specialized manual lymphatic drainage… even in our two min exchange - I will call again for other needs. Sometimes even if you are disappointed or put out - it’s easy to take it out on someone who really has no control over the situation. Be kind to administrators!

Expérience fantastique: I have been using this service off and on for almost 8 years. The sheer CONVENIENCE of having a therapist come to my own home is the greatest! I have never had any problems booking appointments. Anton is wonderful. All the therapists that have come to my home were also top notch. Are my massages calming and spa like? Umm no. Definitely not with kids and family running around but they are definitely functional. A service like this is essential for the busy parent who lacks child care and is in desperate need of physio, massage or any other treatments. Give your kid a snack and turn on a movie while you get your treatments done!

Paul is a great acupuncturist and Shenese is an amazing massage therapist. They both arrive early with plenty of time to allow for accessing my condo building, setting up the equipment and making sure everything is done properly following protocols. Anton makes it convenient to (re)book appointments, complete covid pre-screening and responds promptly, working around my busy schedule. These services have been life changing and I'm thankful for the reputable team at this company.

I have had 3 back surgeries and because of my limitations I find that Anton will go out of his way to get someone to look after me who understands my issues and treats me and my needs with a high level of efficiency and care. She found me Joseph Wilson, an RMT and Physiotherapist who takes super care of me and also assists me with exercises that greatly help me with my daily aches and back issues. He is gentle and thorough getting to the areas I need the most help. He is greatly knowledgeable and experienced if it weren’t for help and Anton I do not know how I would daily cope and function. Anton makes it easy for me cause In Your Home Therapy is mobile and comes right to more door. Talk about taking care of your personal needs!! The absolute best therapy you could ever ask for!! Expérience négative: I recently used this service for the first time. My experience with the massage therapist Thomas was great. My husband were very happy with his professionalism and care. I had a physiotherapy assessment with one person and then had care from another. Unfortunately I was unsatisfied with my physio care. It appeared as though the assessor and the second physio had different opinions which caused me to be a little confused. I decided to switch providers all together, which I think is best for my needs. When I let the administrator know that I was switching care, I wasn’t asked for any reasoning behind it. I sent another email with some reasoning, and my response was. Ok I understand thank you. I’m glad you understand But it doesn’t seem like the best customer care in my opinion. Perhaps, I’m sorry you had a bad experience, if you like I can look into another treatment provider? Anyways. I think it’s important to give a reasoning to a decision being made, and for the opposite side to listen and respond.

Expérience négative: Have used their service with ups and down with the administrative side. Very unorganized and lacking client care. Had a new massage therapist scheduled and clear directions were given to the office, as with other therapists in the past, on where to park underground and how to enter the condo building. This therapist, Heidi, called on arrival (10 minutes past the session start time), noting access wasn't acceptable, she wasn't happy to have to pay for underground parking (I offered to come down and pay), needed to know where the elevator stopped (still not sure what her concern was, it stops on my floor), and every offer of assistance, to her every concern, was met with "that's not going to work for me". We live in a brand new condo, in a great neighbourhood, with underground parking directly across from the elevator, that leads straight to my unit, that no other therapist has ever questioned or had issue with. Heidi made the engagement so uncomfortable through the telephone exchange, I told her not to even worry about the appointment, since it seemed she was not wanting to bring the table up and she was now unacceptably late even getting started. I advised the office Administrator, Anton, of the issue and cancellation of the appointment, and like Heidi, he lacked complete customer care and shrugged off the concern BUT was quick to bill my insurance company. An easy payday for both of them. Will never use this company again, and will be sure to share my experience with others.
