I was looking for a new chiropractor that was in close proximity and decided on Watson Family Chiropractic becuase of the level of detail they said they do during the new client assessment. What I didn't expect is that the number of different tests that were conducted and the level of depth of each of them. When it came time to do the adjustment, rather that just doing the standard chiro treatment, a lot of time was taken to address each individual area of concern. It was not a quick adjustment. Rather, it was very throrough and makes me question the very quick, basic and standard adjustments that I have been getting from other chriopractors over the last 30 years. I will only go to see Dr. Kevin and his team from now on. This changes how I view and approach going to a chiropractor and how Dr. Kevin and his team do their magic. I would absolutely recommend that you try going to this clinic, becuase it will be from your personal experience that you will be able to see and feel first hand the difference of this level of professional chiropractic care. Expérience fantastique: I was in pretty bad state from a pinched nerve/back pain and they fixed me up really quickly. I don't always (if ever) get chiropractic but I'd recommend them. They're friendly, fast and able to accommodate you if you have an urgent need. I got hurt on a Wednesday and they were able to see me the next day. Thanks again for getting back to normal!

Expérience fantastique: I had my first appointment with Dr. O June 30. I am happy to find a Chiropractor who realigned my neck. The relief was immediate and today I am a bit sore but the pain is gone and range or motion has increased. In addition, he gave me easy exercises to assist in stretching the areas that were tight. I highly recommend Dr. O and am glad I have found a new Chiropractor since my previous Chiro retired. Reception was welcoming and very helpful.

I asked for an appoitment at 4pm due to work schedules and they said they do not take new clients at that time. There was no flexability or even trying to help find another solution.

Expérience fantastique: I was referred to Dr. Kevin by my brother. He bragged at how Dr. Kevin could fix many problems from your toes to the top of your head and everything in between. I thought a chiropractor could maybe help your back and that’s about it. Having had a car accident and badly breaking my knee, my whole body was out of alignment and I needed help on the regular with my back. At first I only went when I was in pain. For years now, Kevin has worked to get my body back in alignment as this accident happen over 15 years ago and I was unable to find relief with other professionals. His skills, methods and knowledge have greatly improved my quality of life. If you are in pain or have injuries that keep you from doing the things you love then Watson family chiropractic is the place to go.

Expérience fantastique: After 3 years of having frozen shoulder, Dr.Kevin did one OTZ adjustment on my neck and I have had full range of my shoulder since. I have been to multiple chiropractics, RMTs, specialist, etc and none gave me full range of my shoulder back without extreme pain but it never lasted more than a couple weeks. Highly recommend Dr. Kevin if you have frozen shoulder for sure.

Expérience fantastique: My family has been seeing Dr. Kevin and Marcia Watson for over a dozen years. We have come in for a range of issues from general tune ups to sports and other injuries and have always left feeling better and seeing a lasting improvement in symptoms inside of 1-2 treatments. Most recently, my 5 year old daughter who has never had any potty training issues suddenly started having multiple accidents a day. She was always surprised when she had to go pee and it seemed sincere that she suddenly couldn’t feel when she needed to go. We talked to the doctor and they just said it is normal for regressions to happen but multiple times a day didn’t make sense. Desperate, we ended up asking Dr. Watson if chiropractic can help accidents. He explained that sometimes kids have accidents because they have a pinched nerve that causes them to lose the ability to feel the need to go. After 2 adjustments, we noticed a huge difference in her accidents and after 4, the issue was entirely gone. I realized later on that my daughters accidents started after her first season skiing and she likely had a few falls that may have caused the pinched nerve. I’m so grateful to Dr. Watson for helping my daughter. If you’re dealing with a similar issue, I highly recommend you give chiropractic a try! Dr. Kevin and Marcia are also great working with kids!

Expérience fantastique: It surely is no fun when you end up in a situation in life that you have to go to Chiropractor to get yourself fixed. But when I ended up in one such a situation, I got a reference for Watson Family Chiropractor and happened to see Dr. Marcia (must say a professional) who was kind enough to explain me whole procedure was required to put in place to fix my back rib cage spasm. After 2 painful days where at some point I was not able to take deep breaths at all. Just a few appointments and I felt like nothing has ever happened to my back. Dr. Brittany also helped me one day when Dr. Marcia wasn't available. Attention to detail was awesome. The staff did some scans on the very first day when I visited and took some picture and later on Dr. Marcia had walked me over all the scans and pictures taken. That clearly explained everything about the cause or other factors for me which resulted in ending up for my condition. I strongly recommend them if you are looking for a Chiropractor. Not to forget folks, even the whole staff is great. Also, at some medical clinics I have noticed sometimes you kind of struggle to find parking slot close by to facility itself. I was impressed the very first day when I saw dedicated slots for patients.

He has treated a few injuries such as tennis elbow, sciatica symptoms from lower back and SI joint issues have been treated (plus regular maintenance). Yes, you might wait longer than expected some days. And some days there are no wait times at all. Knowing you’re seeing some of the best chiropractors is worth it to me! Dr Kevin always has a friendly disposition, provides clarity and next steps in the treatment plan. Reception staff have all been helpful - Patti is always great too!

After one visit with Henry, I really noticed the improvement. The following sessions were excellent as well. I will be going back for sure!

Expérience fantastique: Ive seen a ton of chiropractors, and I was blown away with Dr. Kevins practice! Most places give you a 30 second diagnosis, crack you, charge you and show you the door. Here they did foot and body scans and showed me digitally exactly where I was compensating. Then when he actually cracked me, he used techniques I've never seen; again Ive seen a ton of chiros. I don't want this place to be so busy I can't get in, but I gotta call a spade a spade, this place is top notch. Kudos!

Expérience négative: Very unimpressed with the service here. My boyfriend called in the morning to get an appointment for that afternoon, and they said they could get him in near the end of the day. He arrived early for his appointment, and after waiting over 20 minutes after his scheduled appointment time, he asked how much longer it would be and was told that FIVE MORE people still needed to be seen in front of him. What is the point of booking appointments if the doctors aren't able to maintain their schedule and are going to make people wait hours to be seen? Very very disappointed.

Expérience fantastique: I've been going to Dr. Kevin for about a year now and the results have been amazing. I was in a car accident and had lower back problems for 7 years, I was in constant pain and just thought this is how life would be. Last November I became immobile as my lower back went into such excruciating pain that I could no longer walk, as a young man at the age of 24 this was absolutely devastating. Dr. Kevin came up with a plan and told me to come in every other day for two weeks, his tables pivot to loosen your muscles and the first few weeks i couldn't handle then but after coming in every other day for two weeks the pain in my lower back had disappeared. I came in routinely for the first two months and now I have ZERO pain. For the first time in those 7 years I walked tall and without pain. I can't recommend these guys enough they've given me my life back.

Expérience négative: My expirance with this business was very very bad. I went there looking for a chiropractor as I have had benefits in the past. Got there inital tests were done than was put on a table. Waited for the doctor which was very nice and said she had a plan. Went to leave talked and pretty sure paid for the service. In the end I chose a different chiropractor as this place puts you on a table that moves your legs up and down. Which is kind of uncomfortable when you are to big (tall)for the table and your head bounces everywhere. Over 100 days later received a letter / bill saying you owe 100$. I know it's 100 days later as per the bill also handwritten on the bill states that if not paid it will be put to a collections agency. Pretty sure they wouldn't have let me leave without paying and I do have coverage. Not receiving anything for 100 days not even a phone call to say something isn't right.... I would say this is a very poorly run front end of the buisness. The day I got the letter I took it in and paid it and spoke to the front end staff who also said that something seemed wrong. These people didn't really seem to care about finding out what went wrong just took my payment. In the end I am glad I picked a different buisness to go to as this buisness just sees you as a number and not as a person. Even when you bring them a problem and they agree there is a problem they don't investigate they just take your money and send you on your way. I'm sure the Dr's will not be happy to hear this but I'm sure none of the people they hire up front even brought this to their attention. They maybe great chiropractors but the headaches from the front desk will reverse any good they do for you.

Expérience fantastique: I am 86 years old and have sought chiropractic treatment for about 60 years with total success. My very first injury was job related and covered by Workers' Compensation and when the best medical specialists at the University of Alberta Hospital were at a total loss on how to correct my lower back injury I was taken home on a stretcher after having spent over one month on my back in the hospital. My family located a chiropractor whose treatments were not approved by Workers' Compensation at the time, and after a few treatments I recovered completely and was able to go back to work and enjoy life to the fullest. Over the years I have had numerous very successful treatments. So on New Years Day this year when I strained my back doing exercises I didn't hesitate to locate the Watson Chiropractic website and within two hours after I called for an appointment I had my first treatment and am recovering and dancing again. After about 3 weeks of treatments something "amazing" occurred that many people do not realize may be their problem. For the past 13 or 14 years I have been finding it more and more difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep. I kept changing my position throughout the night to be able to get some sleep and usually found myself with a sore back and pain in my hips. Even though I had a very good quality mattress, about 3 years ago I replaced it with one the best I could located with little improvement in comfort. I even tried memory foam, which made it even worse because it was more difficult to change positions. Now in total disbelief after only 3 weeks of treatments by Dr. Kevin Watson, I find myself being able to sleep in total comfort and not pain in any position for as long as I choose and feel 10 years younger.
