Expérience fantastique: For years, I walked around in pain every time I had to do any physical activity and I tried regular chiropractic, exercises, stretching and nothing helped. I seen this office on my Facebook and thought it probably a waste a time but I will give it a try. Well I’m here to tell you within a couple sessions I haven’t felt this good in years. I found DivineSpine on Facebook, so I filled out the form that was posted.. within minutes charlaine replied and I was booked for an appointment. My first visit with Dr. Shann was to review my past and current symptoms and condition. Today is my fourth visit, I cannot believe how my body has responded the Bed/table… Prior to this treatment I was taking Tylenol and Advil every day along with heat and ice, nothing helped! As of today my pain has subsided by at least 75-80%, it’s been years since my pain level is this manageable. I look forward to my 10th visit, and beyond, hopefully I’ll be able enjoy the many activities that have evaded me for far too long!! I have been with Dr Shaan for about 34 treatments now and while not perfect I am without the constant pain and it seems things are improving week to week, the team here make it a pleasure rather than a chore which it has been almost everywhere else and with the improvement I feel wallet every penny! But after visiting Dr. Shaan at Divine Spine I changed my mind. He took X-rays and explained to me why my back & neck were a problem, in a simple manner I could understand. Adjustments are gentle and effective. I have much more ease of movement & the initial pain has gone. I never feel rushed or ignored. Dr. Shaan is the best and Charlene at the front desk is such a lovely person. The office is clean & bright and I would recommend it.

I was in so much pain when I had my initial visit and Dr Shaan explained thoroughly what was going on and his proposed treatment plan. I had been through several physio sessions with not much luck. After the first few treatments with Dr Shaan the pain subsided and am still feeling really good. I was amazed at how quickly things started to resolve with these treatments. Expérience négative: This was my worst experience I have ever had at a clinic. They use the $27 to get you in the door for an “assessment” and the make you rebook for a follow up that is $73. In the assessment they did x-rays and tell you that it takes 24 hours for them to come back even though the Dr told me he did see some issues with my back right away (not sure how he saw that even though it takes time to get the results? I go in the next day for my results and he went over them and then told me now we need to DISCUSS a treatment plan and pricing and put a PRICING PAMPHLET in front of me with their payment plans and pricing and a sheet that says I need to see him 3X a week for 10 weeks. (Come on that’s insane). I have been an elite athlete my whole life and have been to so many chiropractors and never been pushed so HARD. They said they need a $1000 deposit that’s only good for in store credit if I don’t use it all if I want to get the “best pricing”. After he went over that he did an adjustment on my back (I didn’t feel anything at all). Once he was done he walked me to the front for me to rebook. I said it’s hard for me because of my work schedule so I will have to call in. He was saying they would stay late to help me out (this was a selling the package tactic. I will never go back or recommend this place. I have never had such pressure for me to get a package.
