Expérience fantastique: I met Dr. Norm at a Health Fair in the spring 2024. I tried out his mini demo energy work and decided to try out his offering. I like working with chiropractors and my last one left town. I am happy that I found a holistic “NetworkSpinal” practitioner. I needed emotional energy work, and physical help big time. As time went by, I clearly needed mental healing as well. I was having panic attacks while driving and I had a major elbow injury. I was amazed at how fast we overcame my emotional trauma and quit having panic attacks. My poster adjusted really fast, and now we are creating miracles in my arm mobility. I didn’t even expect the progress we have made. And now I want more! His video on how to walk was a game changer for me! I had pain and discomfort issues with my right leg and knee. Those have been overcome. There is homework for breathing and tuning into your body. We do this work together. Check out his video library. When you are ready to try out the techniques, he is there for you and works them with you. Read the books he recommends. This helps to have the right mind set for success. Expérience fantastique: I originally went to the Lifehouse because of my plantar fasciitis. I’d spent maybe 5 years dealing with it, off and on, and a good year getting needling done. But I kept thinking that I didn’t just want the symptoms to go away, I wanted to understand what I was doing that was causing it…to take a more holistic approach. Expérience fantastique: My initial visit a few years ago was due to intense back muscle spasms (trapped energy??) that prevented me from lying down or having to sleep semi-prone. It was so bad I could not lie down on Dr Norms’ adjusting table, but after 2 sessions of about 20 minutes each that 1st day, I could actually walk and sleep semi-normally!! Expérience fantastique: What brought me to see Dr Norm for the first time eight years ago was chronically putting out my lower back to the point I could hardly stand for four days. I also had sore spots along my spine and tightness in my neck that would come and go, sometimes making it difficult to do shoulder checks while driving. Overall I was totally out of alignment. Little did I know that Dr Norm would become my exclusive “go to” during these eight years whenever I was in need of care and maintenance. From car accidents, to an accidental fall, to chronic headaches after a stressful dental experience, to simply feeling “out” in my neck area on many occasions and in need of realignment, to needing an overall “tune up” not only physically, but emotionally (as its all connected). Where I am today compared to then is a different person. Dr Norm is very intuitive and listens to what your problems or success have been for the week and works with you. Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Dr. Norm Detillieux for 1 year. The very first visit was very thorough.. I was in a bad depression, not wanting to do much at all... sleeping 11 or 12 hours a day. I had no motivation, was eating fast food and drinking too much alcohol. I was in chronic pain from being hit by a car when I was a child and was taking pain meds. It was time to make some changes. I honestly thought it was very strange to have 4 people in the adjustment room at the same time, but now I love it and understand why... we are all connected - energy is everywhere. Dr. Norm has taught me how to allow the energy to flow. I can actually feel it move around in my body and can control it now. I can even release my pain by meeting it and asking it what it is trying to tell me - it's mostly telling me to MOVE and release negative thoughts and release emotions. For 20 weeks the lifehouse sends you a video each week to help guide you through this journey. I am actually watching them again.. as I didn't really understand it all the first time and its making much more sense now. Dr. Norm has even created a very detailed calendar to help plan your success in life. I have just started using it and it is absolutely amazing. I have now learned to make healthier choices for my body, I have lost weight, I am way more flexible and I am no longer taking anti-depressants. My body has changed immensely.. I can now sit cross-legged which I have never been able to do since the accident. So cool! Im only sleeping 7-8 hours a day now... so much more time to do things I love! I very rarely take any medication for pain anymore... I can often just release it myself! - still working on this. I was very unhappy with my job. Dr. Norm has helped me to tap into my own energy and the energy in the field... in the past month... i have now quit my old job and actually started my dream business of doing ladies retreats and creating a women's community for wellness and fun. Dr. Norm even did a 2 hour workshop at my last retreat which the ladies loved so much! I can't thank Dr. Norm and his wife, Heather-Lynne enough for how they have helped me to change my life. Expérience négative: I found my initial visit to Dr Norm to be fine. Discussed my body and its problems. (Though why you require a spouse to attend an hour visit was not apparent - other than to solicit their business as well?). What I wish to highlight is the followup visits. These visits consist of about a 15 minute period where you are in a room with 4 other clients. Dr. Norm moves from table to table talking and attending to each of the 4. If you do the math you will see that you will be attended to for a maximum of 5 minutes per sessions ($60). My last visit I was attended to twice - about 1.5 minutes each. I was shocked when he told me we were done. He did not engage with the area I told him was painful, nor even acknowledge it. I attended about 7 sessions, and could not get over the vast numbers of people being churned through his clinic. Certainly a money maker, and perhaps he does help some. When I asked the neighbouring table how they were finding the sessions - they said they loved them. They had been coming for 17 years. Dr Norm attempts to tie in spirituality to his "chiropractic". To me it comes across as forced, rather than holistic. If you want to use Dr Norm you will have to be a believer. I don't know what he is preaching, but if you are not on his wavelength it won't work for you.

The environment is safe and encouraging. I highly reccomend the Lifehouse to anyone looking to heal thier mind, body and soul. Expérience fantastique: Dr. Norm and Heather Lynne came into my life at the time I was ready to heal. I spent the next nearly 10 months with them, gestating, building new connections in my body. For me the most fascinating aspect of Network Spinal Chiropractic care is that through a gentle touch, my body would then release itself, sometimes with an audible cracking sound. Expérience fantastique: I started my journey here in March of 2023, working in the construction industry my whole life work related stress and injuries have occurred over my time. riddled with neck and back pain I started to see a rmt. which was great for temporary relief by the next day my pain would return. I happened across norm at a wellness expo, am I ever glad I talked to him and got a consultation. after a few adjustments there was a noticeable difference in the quality of life I've been experiencing less pain, more energy and better sleeps. most recently I had an accident while out qauding and rolled it, I had some whiplash, very sore neck. with one appointment afterwards the stiffness and soreness basically disappeared. two days afterwards I'm feeling 100%. Expérience fantastique: After serving in the Armed Forces for close to 30 years and sustaining several catastrophic injuries over the course of my life time, I found myself in constant pain. Since I retired, I’ve had back, knee and shoulder surgeries but still used the services of chiropractors and massage therapists regularly in an effort to stay reasonably active for the past twenty two years. The chiropractic treatments consisted of either, dropping the center of the table down and jumping on my back or a mechanical gun to move the spine. These would offer some temporary relief but the disabling pain always returned. Then I was diagnosed with early onset of COPD. Realizing I needed to make a complete lifestyle change, I sold or gave away everything I owned and in September moved to BC for a better climate. One of the first things I did was to search out a chiropractor and was lucky enough to find the “Life House” Clinic run by Heather and Norman. During the intake with Heather I listed all my injuries and ailments and said that my usual treatments were based on frequent adjustments to realign the locations where there was mechanical damage. When Norman came in he was also interested in the types of stress that I had been under for most of my life. When I said that what I needed was adjustments, he told me that he is certainly qualified to do that. Then said” but what if I told you that I could show you an alternative, would be willing to try it?” I replied that I was willing to try anything since I planned on making a life style change anyway. In a nutshell, Normans method is a more holistic approach consisting of “low force adjustment” and reducing the stressors in your life. Learning breathing and relaxation techniques to deal with the ones you have no control over, and leading a healthier life style in general. Norman has tought me that your mind and body have the ability to heal itself. He’ll teach you strength and flexibility exercises combined with the breathing techniques to enable you to heal your own body by super charging it with oxygen. I will admit I was skeptical in the beginning; but, as time went on and I practiced what he showed me during my appointments, I soon realized that I haven’t needed any adjustments. I have had one back event since I began seeing Dr. Norman, but the duration of the incapacitation was reduced from a matter of weeks to a few days. However; what really shocked me was that through the breathing exercises my pulse oxygen level has shot up from 93% to 98%!I can exercise again and the swelling in my hands have reduced to the extent that I can (after a very long hiatus) play my guitar again. At this point I have lost 21 lbs, I find I’m far more relaxed and focused during the day and I’m sleeping much better. My energy level has increased dramatically and I am starting to put muscle on again. I will continue to visit the “Life House” in the future as both a thankful client and a friend.

I was looking for a chiropractor to make sure to continue my care while away, so I could be in tip top shape. I contacted Heather-Lynne and she helped me to book my appointments over email and connected to my own chiropractor to get my stats. Expérience fantastique: I’m Himanshu Khatana, a patient of Dr. Norm and I’m a believer in his work. Before I met Dr. Norm my body was in pain for nearly a year and so. To be specific, back pain was the main issue. Since I am a university student, long sitting hours in classes and on laptop desk does not make my pain any easier. Because of such long sitting hours, my body adapted wrong/poor posture. For my back pain I took various medications, tried various exercises and did a lot of google search in order to get the best solution but nothing worked well. The Back pain was eating my time, my energy and also my studies were greatly affected. After starting chiropractic care with Dr. Norm things started turning well, in the beginning, I was little uncertain how the low force touch can eliminate my pain and help me gain my right posture back. But to my surprise, I started gaining energy and with the help of breathing exercise (SRI), I felt more open and improved. During my mid progress visit, I was amazed to see the difference in the thermal scans, my posture was improved to almost 95% with almost no stress on the neck area and back area. I have no experience of pains in my back since then. My pain percentage is less than 10 percent.
