I picked Dr. Marc from all the chiros in the neighbourhood based on the letter he posted on the door when he first opened telling his story and his journey to becoming a chiropractor. Who I found was kind and caring practitioner (with a great sense of humour) who listens to his patients and offers a warm and inviting office. I first went in with nagging rotator cuff issues and through regular visits saw great improvement within the 3 mos we talked about when we set up my wellness plan. I continue to see Dr. Marc pretty much weekly ever since for maintenance and rarely get flare ups in my shoulder and we nip any other emerging issues before they become bigger issues. Expérience fantastique: I’ll start this review out strong with “I wouldn’t be where I am right now - mentally or physically without the chiropractic care of Dr. Marc from Ivy West Chiropractic over the past 6 months.” Long story short, I met Dr. Marc 60+ adjustments ago in a very dark place - post surgery with little to no hope that I would return to racing, let alone moving pain-free in the foreseeable future. Sceptical of chiropractors in general, Dr. Marc was different; welcoming with a non-pressure approach which made me feel nothing but confident under his care. His positive outlook, knowledge and relatability (having experienced a similar breakthrough as a professional athlete himself) is what makes his practice unique. Thanks to my support team - including Dr. Marc - I am now traveling to Spain to compete in a Sprint Triathlon for Canada at Worlds!
