I find Yusuf gives excellent instructions on what exercises to do at home , very attentive and patient to explain how each exercise works to build up the strength of the muscles and show different types of work out including using the equipment and weights. Mei has done a great job in massage therapy as well. My balance and strength have improved a lot, same as walking and sleeping better at night. Thanks for their professional and good work.
