Expérience fantastique: I want to preface this review with a caveat that the service at this location is great from the employees, but the building itself does not have an accessible entrance without going halfway around the building to a ramp that connects to a locked door after parking at a very uneven parking lot. Thankfully the staff was able to assist me by bringing out a chair for me to rest in while I was recovering from a broken leg, but it is crazy that a place you are likely to go to for mobility issues is so difficult to visit. I've been told the building management refuses to allow for changes to the entrance to support people with limited mobility because of the technicality of the side entrance with the ramp, but it's pretty ridiculous to expect that trek from folks who can barely walk. EDIT: I have recently seen that the parking lot has been re-paved and that a ramp was installed at the front entrance, so I am updating my score!

Excellent coordination with front desk staff, efficiently booking my twice weekly needs, and following up consistently with reminder emails. Now enter Sushmita Chatterjee. LIFEBOAT. Respect. Gratitude. Appreciation. Words that don't do enough to describe how thankful that I am to have such a professional physiotherapist, and caring, considerate person, guiding me through this experience. Expérience fantastique: I attended an appointment for physio with Christina. Her service was outstanding. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did they prescribe treatment to get and keep me mobile, they patiently and professionally answered all of my questions in a manner easy for me to understand. I would certainly recommend them and have booked future appointments for myself.

Expérience négative: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I went here for the first time today and left quite disappointed. My appointment started 7 minutes late but still ended within 53 minutes. It was supposed to be a first-day assessment—which they normally charge extra for—but they told me they couldn’t provide the ultrasound because “time was up.” Excuse me, if you’re charging extra for an assessment, the time should be managed accordingly. I arrived on time, and it’s not fair to cut my physio short. I’ve booked 3 more sessions, but honestly, I don’t feel good about going back. When I lived in Lower Sackville, I went to Empowerment Rehab, and they did a much better job at a lower price. I expected more from this place, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience

They all have chips on their shoulders and make you feel like an idiot for even attempting to reach out for help. Went twice and was dissatisfied each time. Expérience fantastique: I started working with Amanda Grant since the end of May/first of June. I started my weight loss Journey in January 30,2023. Not know the Science behind it I winged it enough to get myself Mobile and to be able to work with Professionals. I already had my Personal trainer locked down. But I wanted a Dietitian/Nutritionist to make sure what I was doing was healthy and sustainable. What I didn’t know was what else she brings to the table. She’s the Total Package. Smart, Friendly, Compassionate and willing to go the extra mile for you to Achieve your Goals. It wasn’t until I started working with Amanda that I notice real changes begin to happen. From the proper Vitamins/ Supplements to help aide with my healing of my Legs to proper Nutrition and Macronutrients goals to make my weight loss healthy and sustainable. I started me Journey at 600Lbs and as of Today September 28th 2023 I’m 151Lbs down, Currently 449 Lbs. I’m in a great Hands, and you can be too.

Expérience fantastique: I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Recovering from an injury can be stressful and overwhelming at times. In my case, I'm recovering from 2 minor surgeries - I've basically become a piece of furniture over there but, without them, my recovery wouldn't have gone as smoothly as it has, so thank you! I find that having a good group of healing humans makes all the difference! From their positive attitudes to their extensive knowledge of the body, rest assured you're in good hands! Expérience fantastique: I fell down a flight of 12 stairs on Dec. 10/22. The Xrays said nothing was fractured or broken, but for the longest time I had excruciating pain down the left side of my back, and in the middle. I didn't attend physio until January, since I could hardly move. I walked into Lifemark, and everyone there was so kind and sweet. Kristen (KP), the sweet lady on the front desk, is such an amazing person, and has so much empathy for others. Also, my physiotherapist, Tyler Kent, is also an awesome person, as well. He worked wonders on getting me back to myself again. I am now walking without a cane or walker, and even did the twist at a dance I attended. It was hard to stay positive while being in pain, but he was great with me, and just talking to him helped me feel uplifted. There was a time when I didn't think I would ever walk again. I would also like to thank, Josh, too. It seems everyone here at Lifemark are passionate about what they do. Josh is a kinesiologist, and he's very sweet and kind, as well. Tyler gave me exercises to do at home, and I've been doing them religiously, and wow, he knew just the right ones to assign to me, and made them so they were a mixture, and not boring. I want to thank each and every one of them for all their help, and wonderful kindness I received. I would not even think of scoring below 5 out of 5. I highly recommend this place, and my Doctor was happy I chose this place too. Thanks again and God Bless you all. I can now walk again on my own, and thanks to you all. Debbie

The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming and made booking and keeping track of all my appointments a breeze. 100% would recommend.

When I sought treatment, I had a lot of discomfort just performing day to day lifting. Lindsay, has my back pain free after just 2 sessions. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you Lindsay
