I came in with neck and hip tension and noticed real improvement after just one visit. She takes time to massage the muscles and tendons of the body that may be affecting your pain and explain what’s happening and give practical exercises that actually work. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally. Highly recommend!

Expérience positive: Very nice and quiet place in general, friendly staff, very deep approach to studying the visitor/client, with filling out forms and questions, careful handling during the procedure. I would have given it 5 because it is truly a very good place, but there are two things that made me give it 4: (1) I had lower back pain (caught a cold at night) and the procedure that I received helped only to relieve the pain a little, I wanted to sign up again, but they did not answer during working hours and I left an audio message to which I did not receive an answer. Almost a week ago. (2) And I was even glad that they did not answer me, because friends recommended a massage therapist who works more deeply, because this is exactly what I needed in the end. Not a careful "safe" attitude, but a deep, thorough massage that helped a lot from the first time.

Expérience fantastique: I had very bad back and shoulder pain, likely from a combination of factors; poor posture, lifting, breastfeeding and trauma from previous surgery. Massages were not giving me the relief l needed and decided to visit a chiropractor instead. I went to Basinview on the recommendations from a new moms group. I was assigned to a temporary relief, Michaela and my initial session was great and left feeling optimistic! My second session was a week later but shorter than l had expected and was convinced l wasn’t going back, but somehow, that second 30min session was enough. My back pain is gone and l have relief from all the aches and sharp pains have been bothering me for months! I am so grateful, thank you for your amazing service. Will definitely be back again! ❤️

Expérience fantastique: I came to see Dr. Madison Tompkins after my hip tightness after having babies. She fixed it up enough to allow me to stretch and improve it on my own. She also was able to help with unalignment down right side from carrying kids on hip. After 4-6 weeks of treatment I am now able to maintain on my own with daily stretching and light exercise without pricey visits.

I reached out for their help due to debilitating back pain and had never seen a chiropractor or had a massage prior. Dr. Kristin made my time despite being in back pain - enjoyable. She is kind, knowledgeable, friendly and when I am in her care I feel like I am chatting with a friend about life while they simultaneously work miracles on my body. She is comforting and provides extended exercises to apply and support your ‘problem’ areas. Every time she adjusts my neck - I immediately say thank you. Her presence is warm and thoughtful and I am so lucky and happy to have her as a chiropractor. Hannah is my RMT and she is beyond friendly. She is easy to speak to and so accommodating. As a plus size person I have never felt uncomfortable or worried while in her care. She is extremely good at what she does. She is knowledgeable and takes her time. Her space is calming and allows for relaxation to happen easily. I cannot say enough good things about Basin View Chiropractic - the entire staff is incredibly kind, so friendly and welcoming. Incorporating massage and chiro into my life was one of the best things I ever did for myself, choosing Basin View Chiropractic was the second!
