Expérience fantastique: I began my PT experience through the AHS 5 paid sessions after my March hip replacement. I began with Pranita then moved to Sharan B because of scheduling. Both ladies were professional and thorough in the baseline assessment of my abilities and then developing a program over 10 weeks. They were both very good listeners and observers ensuring that I understood the reason why and then that I was performing my prescribed exercises correctly. Thank you!

Expérience positive: Got T-Bone in February and this place was recommended by my insurance company. Amazing service, friendly staff, very accommodating.

Expérience fantastique: I have been comming here for almost 1 year due to a car accident and the staff have been amazing. My only complaint is other patients who just can't wait a few min when the machine finishes they start yelling out that its done.

Expérience négative: I came to this physio clinic because I had intense shooting pain down my right leg after I had a suffered a low back injury. The man I saw did a very brief physical assessment on me and asked me minimal questions before diagnosing me incorrectly. My correct diagnosis was a herniated disc which was causing sciatic/radicular pain due to a pinched nerve. This physio told me the pain was due to tight hamstrings and proceeded to stretch out my hamstrings. Doing this sort of stretch on someone who has a nerve injury is excruciating and caused a terrible flare up. I do not recommend going here if you want thorough and productive care.

Expérience fantastique: I had spent about 3 months attending here 2 times a week after being hit by a car. I was able to fully recover. The people that work here truly care and are extremely helpful.

Expérience fantastique: I suffered a lower back injury Thursday night and woke up Friday morning in agonizing pain. Pranita took me in on her day off and started her treatment. I felt relief right away and was able to function enough to work that day. We’re now 2 weeks later and my back feels great! I intend on returning to the gym tomorrow to work out. I highly recommend Pranita at Lifemark Physiotherapy Nose Hill Park if you’re suffering from physical pain and are seeking a solution. I would also like to commend the receptionist for being very receptive and assisting me in getting help promptly. Give them a call and get your health back!

Expérience fantastique: Lifemark physio helped me immensely. I broke my kneecap and the doctors told me it would be about 6 months to a year before I would be able to get back into training or any physical activity. Through the help of Sajad I am now back to training and living a normal active life after not even 3 months. I really appreciate all of Sajads help in my rehabilitation and his ability to get me back training asap. Definitely recommend!

Expérience fantastique: Pranita was amazing in helping me recover from a foot surgery I had, as well as a broken ankle. After about five sessions I was back to my normal activities and I have improved significantly. The office staff is helpful and friendly as well.

Expérience fantastique: I was very impressed with this clinic! I had a lower back strain which was confirmed after some physical testing for mobility and strength. Pranita and her assistant provided me with various treatments during my visit and gave me strength and mobility homework which was also emailed to me. I was feeling much better after 2 visits and 95% today which will be my final visit for this issue. I highly recommend this location and Pranita. Also, front end staff very friendly and efficient! Thanks!

Expérience fantastique: Pranita is absolutely the best. She has help me out tremendously with my shoulder injury so I can get back to swimming. I would very highly recommend her. Don’t wait, go see her. I also adore the receptionists, they are so darn friendly and very helpful.

She takes the time to show me how to do things correctly and why it’s necessary. Although I no longer need regular appointments, i will continue to visit her, to ensure my exercise program is working to my benefit.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been coming to Pranita for over 3 Months now. Pranita is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She really helped with my back and neck issues due to a car accident. Pranita is a lifesaver. She has helped me with low back spasms, neck cramping, and a severe tennis elbow. I would not be able to recover without her treatment. She is knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend her very professional services and felt very safe with her.

Expérience fantastique: Went to physio for sacral, lumbar and hip pain after a hip flexor injury. It took 2 months to recover from the injury enough to do physio. I could barely walk and was in so much pain I had trouble sleeping. My pain was constant and in any position. After one session with Pranita, I could walk again! I had 80% mobility and zero pain in my hip. The pain never returned and a week and a half later I went for a second session -yesterday - where she worked on my sacral area. It has been less than twelve hours since the second treatment and today, I now have about 95% mobility, and went for a little jog for the first time in three months! 12/10 would recommend.

One of the physiotherapists Pranita, takes the time to understand and care for each and every one of her patients carefully based on their personal needs. Her professional skill sets, knowledge, and interpersonal skills make such a positive difference. This was not only apparent in my personal experiences with her at the clinic, but it was also obvious in her interactions with many others. Her and the entire team at Nose Hill Lifemark truly create a comfortable, excepting environment for all. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Expérience fantastique: Mahveen is fantastic! After breaking my foot for the second time I was frustrated and in pain. Mahveen is kind and considerate and made me feel safe. After 4 treatments there has been a huge improvement. I know the exercises will help me in the future. I am very glad I finally called and booked my appointment.

Expérience négative: I had the worst experience at this location. The receptionist was rude, scheduled me in just to turn me back out. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Expérience négative: TERRIBLE & UNETHICAL OFFICE !….. I spoke with the secretary and specialist to inform them that I’m in real pain and confirmed they take in patients with Alberta Care and that they take new patients in on the weekends. They asked me for my provincial coverage, an online intake & consent and asked me to come in at 1:30pm. They called me back to confirm my schedule and after Anthony or someone screening me, they confirmed my schedule this afternoon. It took an hour and a half of limping with agony to get to their office and then they decided to apologize and asked me to try back on Monday and showed me out. I’m not sure if they were racially biased or motivated, because after seeing me in person they decided not to treat or help me in anyway. I would never recommend anyone who requires immediate care to this office. This place is a joke!

Expérience fantastique: The staff are incredible. After suffering for much longer then i care to recall, and spending nearly a year and a half receiving treatments from four different chiropractors and RMTs, all it took was two visits here and my neck is noticeably better. I'd expect another couple treatments and I'll be right as rain! My RMT actively listened to my needs and concerns and offered stretches to supplement my treatments. When i came back for my second treatment he remembered me, my history and was noticeably invested in helping me meet my treatment goals. Could not be more impressed and grateful.

The home exercises he gave me to do, which I'am still doing are working so well to alleviate the issues that I'am experiencing that I have no need to book anymore appointments. Great Job! Expérience fantastique: I had my first massage in about 6 years today from Cory at Nose Hill. He is an excellent therapist and really addressed the issues I had in my back from sitting a desk during the day, and carting around 2 young children after work. He balanced the massage very well between trigger point/therapeutic massage, and relaxation, and gave me some take home stretches at the end as well. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating for the appointment time that I required and the location was convenient to get to. Will definitely be coming back here again!
