Expérience négative: Very incompetent and disrespectful receptionist at the front desk. in Addition to that, the Owner/Physiotherapist Blair, a nice and simple guy, whom i have received treatment from over months prior, had sadly overlooked my concern over the incompetent receptionist and seemed to be easily manipulated by her. Last thing i told Blair before I left is, " you would choose to side with a rude staff member over a fine right-minded patient". , i hope this fair rating serves them all well :)

Expérience fantastique: I was treated for Plantar Fasciitis and Tendinitis in my left foot and Achilles tendon. Rizelle Manzano did a terrific job of diagnosing and treating the inflammation. She also provided me with exercises and stretches to rehab at home after the treatments were concluded. I would certainly go back to Nose Creek Physiotherapy again if injured.

Blair Schachterle (Physio) has extreme knowledge, has brilliant interaction skills and tremendous integrity of patient care. Sam (new physio at the clinic) has great knowledge as well and walked me thru my Xcise routine (where I’m restarting at square one again) and also assisted with the interferential machine. This team is stellar and they truly want the best for patients. It is a bustling clinic which speaks volumes as well. Also as a side, the clinic is easy to find, get to in the plaza amd there’s tons of parking. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY (yes x3 ) recommend Nose Creek. DONT waste your time, energy and resources at VIVO Panther. I’m so frustrated to have wasted my health and recovery time there, because of proximity to my home. It had to be said.

The treatment included manual therapy, which is my preference when seeking physio therapy, I am not a fan of just having machines and hydro therapy used, with some homework assigned. I felt heard, and cared for, with an intent to really help!! Foot pain be gone! Thanks Sam! Highly recommend

Expérience fantastique: I started to see Nose Creek in 2024. My back pain & balance as well as vision was horrible, especially since I had a concussion. All from a motor vehicle accident. They took me under their wing and it took a bit, but I started to see success! This actually gave me hope and I knew I was in the right place. Blair and his team are great and work as a well oiled machine. They were very supportive when I had my bad days, and boy sometimes they were plenty at the beginning. Expérience fantastique: My massage(s) with Katie have been great. At least 12 massages in the last year and no complaints, only kudos. My last massage in January 2025 is an excellent example of the professional, with client history, service Katie provides. She noticed I was walking with a slight limp and asked if I had changed my routine. I had just switched jobs to one with a lot of walking on concrete. The result was a slight change from a maintenance massage to primarily leg work.

Throughout the years, they have successfully treated me for back pain, sprained knee, sciatica, and sprained thumb. Every time they solved my problem, took away my pain and educated me on how to prevent more injuries. Blair is very skilled in establishing a diagnosis (if you do not have one already) based on his exam, and creating a recovery plan for you. The homework exercises he gave me were excellent and by sticking with the program, I was able to return to all my favourite activities like biking, hiking, skiing, swimming, dancing. I strongly recommend them for any aches and pains you may have, they will get you back on track!

He is a very good listener and takes the time to explain all the details of my injury, treatment and plans with patience. The exercises he gave definitely had helped me. I am always impressed by how hard she works flattening out the muscles in my lower back . i run heavy equipment and my back muscles become very painful she is amazing at relaxing my muscles and relieving my pain.

The atmosphere in the clinic is great overall. Anna is my theraphist and she is very knowledgable and very attentive to patient’s needs. Katie provided a comprehensive massage treatment. My recovery progressed very quickly, and I have had no recurring issues since then.

Katie was my massage therapist, she did a thorough check and then went to work to relieve my pain. I could feel the improvement soon after. Expérience fantastique: I spent over a year recovering from a serious quadriceps tear with Physiotherapist Radek Wiechecki. Radek was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my recovery to date. I have used the services of Nose Creek Physiotherapy several times in the past unfortunately for me due to various injuries (torn Achillies, back pain, tendonitis in my wrist and this recent quad tear) and have always had great experiences with the physiotherapists there. Radek was great and if I have any more mishaps and require a physiotherapist, I will definitely see Radek again.

He has a gift to motivate and encourage his clients to do the excercises required to heal. After our sessions were completed he then went over and beyond the call of duty referring us to a rehabilitation centre to further our goal which was to walk.

Kris is a very knowledgeable therapist, he uses a wide variety of tools to see how your range of motion and muscle strength is improving with each session. He gives exercises that helpes to strengthen whatever area is causing you grief. He talks with you each week and remembers the conversation making you feel like you're a person and not just a client. Very personable and easy to talk with. The front counter staff are on the ball, they are quick and have all your paperwork there and completed so at the end of the appointment you are done in a very timely manner.

He not only helped me with my initial injury visit but has also helped me with past injuries that were never properly treated. He is the best at what he does. Would highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I've been going to Nose Creek Physiotherapy for several years now. Initially I went for physio for a knee injury which has since healed. I now go frequently for massages for weak neck and whiplash. Katie is by far the best massage therapist I have EVER had. She knows what to work on without me telling her anything. She'll take one look at me and know what needs doing. She always works things in a way that leave me feeling leaps and bounds better the next day. I've tried other massage therapists all over and they don't compare. She's also got such a pleasant manner and knows when to chat and when I just want to be quiet. Katie gets 5 stars out of 5. However the review is 4 out of 5 because prices at the clinic are high. I can go get a massage at other spas for less, or get access to things like hydro therapy. Prices have increased significantly since I started going there making it harder to afford to go as often even with benefits. I used to go once a month, now I find myself only going every few months.

Expérience fantastique: Just getting ready for the golf season and thanks to RADEK at Nose Creek who worked so hard to get me in shape at 81 years of age I continue to hike, cycle and of course play golf. Thanks to Radek I hiked Hadrians Wall in the Uk last August, 100 kilometre IN 6 Days. I have great faith in the treatment that Nose Creek has provided me in the past and I'm sure in the future.

But my physiotherapist William has been a great source of encouragement on my journey of recovery, and has been excellent at identifying how the injury has impaired my knee function and giving me exercises to return it to a normal range of function.

After 2 visits my knee pain was resolved and over the course of 3 more visits I was given a tool kit of exercises to build strength. Thank you to my physiotherapist Chris and the rest of the team. Expérience fantastique: Nose Creek Physiotherapy is a great clinic, I have been a patient there for many years and they never disapoint. Radek is a great physiotherapist that will work with you and listen to your needs and get you better. All the staff is great, you always feel welcomed.

Expérience négative: My first visit to Nose Creek was for a consultation, which I later learned cost $60 after insurance coverage. This was surprising as the prices weren't listed online. While I have 100% insurance coverage, there's a cap on the amount that can be charged per session. The recommended treatment plan was quite intensive and exhausted my insurance coverage in just 3 weeks. Additionally, I had to pay $30 out of pocket for each session, totaling $60 a week, which was financially challenging. After speaking with friends and family, I realized there are other physiotherapy services available at much lower rates, fully covered by my insurance, eliminating out-of-pocket expenses. The first two sessions were primarily discussions with little to no treatment, which was frustrating as they consumed a significant portion of my annual insurance coverage. It wasn't until the last session that I began to see some progress, but I felt the relief gained did not justify the amount spent. I was disappointed that there was no initial discussion about my budget or a tailored plan that could maximize my insurance benefits. This lack of financial transparency and personalized planning was a major drawback. While the staff are professional, and I did start to see some improvement, the overall experience was overshadowed by the financial burden and the slow start to actual treatment. I would advise future clients who are using benefits from work to use another clinic.

Expérience fantastique: I had persistent pain, and limited mobility in my shoulder that was really frustrating. Originally I was at another clinic, but after months of treatment the pain just kept coming back. Someone referred me to Nose Creek where I was treated by Mous. A treatment plan was developed, and after a few sessions I really started to feel the difference in my shoulder. To this day it's still the best it's been in almost a year! Thank you to Mous and everyone else at the clinic for getting me back to normal!

Expérience fantastique: My family doctor recommended physio for my lower back, I have been in constant pain for 2 and a half years now. I was skeptical about it but hey I decided to give it a try. I do not regret it!!! I had great service from the front desk girls . My physiotherapist was Moustafa, after the second appointment I could say I felt a huge difference. Expérience fantastique: Visited Nose Creek Sport Physical Therapy for Nerve Impingement a few months ago and I got Kristopher Radke physiotherapist to help me, from day he took time to listen to me, explained his treatment plan, gave me exercises that where adequate and not painful to do and easy to accomplish, with great results. I highly recommend Kristopher! He was very professional and committed to getting me back into my normal routine. The front staff was polite and remembered my name and always had my invoice ready.

From Amal, Crystal, and Krystiana greeting me upon my arrival, to Dr. Eileen's acupuncture treatments, to Kris' shockwave therapy and exercise regimen, I am always fully supported and cared for with professionalism. Grace is a professional in every way, which was depicted in her physical process and verbal communication(her smile, verbal tone and patience). Expérience fantastique: Katie is an amazing massage therapist. I hadn't been in for massage for a few years, but she worked out all the knots and I had such an amazing experience. She's very intuitive and even told me about an injury I had forgotten about - didn't realize my muscles were still sore from it! I would highly recommend her for massage. She was so lovely and friendly, making the whole experience very relaxing. I have been to this clinic in the past for physio and have always had a positive experience! Update: It's now 2022 and I still only go to this location because of Katie. If she wasn't there I would not go as they charge way too much. However for Katie's expert massages, I'm happy to pay. She's amazing! I had my sister, brother, mother all go to see her for a massage and everyone loved her professional demeanor and expert massage techniques! Update 2023 Katie is still amazing! She is able to find every little sore spot. Her personality and friendliness is what I truly admire. I never feel uncomfortable around her. She makes me feel like a valued customer, and I truly appreciate that all these years in, I can still go back to her and be treated with respect and kindness each time. I do accupuncture and physio at this facility too because of Katie's recommendations. To be honest, Katie is the reason I have referred my whole family to this clinic, and she is the reason we keep coming back!

Expérience fantastique: Truly fantastic. I didn’t have much faith in acupuncture when I started but I am now a total believer. Dr Wei honestly cared more about me healing than even I did. She was patient, and took time to go into great detail as to how we would approach treatment. The results followed her timeline to the day. She warned about ups and downs and was spot on. In the end, I was healed in 6 weeks. I had been on drugs and medical care for 3 months prior with no relief. Dr. Wei is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend. Thank you so so much.
