Expérience fantastique: Can not share enough praise and thanks for Melissa, a PT at On the Ball Orleans. My seven month old son has been working with her for about two months and there has been so much progress. Melissa always has a smile on her face and is so good with my son. She gives us stretches and exercises for home that are doable and achieve our goals for him. Would recommend ADDITIONAL NOTE: My twins were born at 33 weeks. After a nicu stay, one of the boys was diagnosed with torticollis and plageocephaly. We started working with Melissa at 4 months old. The other twin joined Melissa later to develop his oral motor muscles as he was having some issues. Melissa also worked with both of them on their gross motor function as they grew. A short 14 months later, today, we had our final visit. The boys have graduated from Melissa’s care. I shed a few tears on the way home, reflecting on how far the boys have come, and also a bit of sadness to no longer have appointments with Melissa. Melissa (I hope you see this) is an incredibly patient and positive human being. The boys always enjoyed their visits, and I took so much from being taught how to properly help them at home. Thank you for doing what you do so well. I would recommend Melissa to anyone, any day.

The front desk staff is always friendly and have a smile, very efficient and the staff we have dealt with elsewhere are fantastic. We have been seeing Amélie for years now and she is amazing with my daughter who’s total care, non verbal, non mobile etc she is imperative to this clinic and I’m sure the rest of the therapy staff are also!

Expérience fantastique: We had our first visit today with Melissa and she went above and beyond our expectations. My 3 year old was nervous and shy at the beginning of the appointment and Melissa (and her student) were patient with her, trying multiple approaches to get her comfortable and to participate, never pressuring her, moving at her own pace. In the car on the way home, my daughter kept saying "I miss her, I want to go back". She explained her findings and next steps clearly to us parents, and kept the focus and attention on having fun and "playing games" while assessing our daughter.

Expérience fantastique: Mon fils et moi avons rencontré Amélie Fecteau à deux reprises afin de soulager une douleur au pied. Amélie est très bonne afin d’obtenir ce qu’elle désire des enfants. Elle n’hésite pas à faire les mouvements au sol afin de bien expliquer à l’enfant comment il doit faire. Elle parle français alors c’était certainement un soulagement de ne pas devoir tout traduire pour mon garçon. J’espère ne plus avoir besoin de ses services mais si c’est le cas, je n’hésiterai pas à y retourner.

We were so lucky to be assigned to Patricia Nguyen who in addition to being an OT expert, is one of the kindest, most caring, and compassionate people we've ever had the great fortune of knowing. My child squealed with delight every time they saw Patricia come down the hall to get us for an OT appointment. We have seen such amazing progress in our child thanks to the help of Patricia. She's lifted such a weight of my shoulders. I can't recommend Patricia and On the Ball enough!

Finding your clinic was a relief during a very difficult and uncertain time in our family. Within 3 sessions we noticed a dramatic difference in our son. Amongst other things, he was able to clearly describe how he feels during different emotions (ex: anger, anxiety, happiness). It was AMAZING! I have never been to a place so well designed for kids where the clinicians are so knowledgeable & engaged, and enjoying their interactions w the kids. My son left feeling like a superstar, and I’m so happy Patricia the OT saw that he really is an awesome kid! Rates were reasonable, payment was easy, and receipts provided promptly for insurance. Worth the long form you have to fill out!

My 10 year old daughter felt very comfortable at the appointment and Laura explained everything very clearly and answered all of our questions. It was my daughter’s first experience with physiotherapy and she enjoyed learning what was happening with her arm injury and how to help it heal. From the very first phone call to schedule an appointment, I could tell that my child would be welcomed and feel comfortable here. My child has had occupational therapy with Nicole and Jordan, and physiotherapy with Liane, and it has made a significant, positive difference for my child. They are all so good with my child, and so great at their jobs. The receptionist, Gail, is also so kind and welcoming. We really feel so comfortable and so supported here. I can’t recommend them enough.
