Above all, I really enjoy coming to this place because everyone are very welcoming, and most importantly, my physiotherapist Aishwarya, is knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She's been helping me work on my core stability post partum with exercises that are tailored to my needs and ability. I love that she also encourages but not too pushy. Thank u!

Expérience fantastique: Ash is fantastic! I’ve been doing clinical Pilates with her for a few months and the results are amazing. It’s way more than just Pilates, it has helped me immensely with my posture, stability, and breathing.

Expérience fantastique: I took a reformer pilates class 1:1 and it was amazing. The staff was really helpful and friendly, the Studio was nice and clean, high-quality equipment. On the top of that, they have a coffee bar and I tried the banana-matcha and was delicious. Definitely need to go back.

Expérience fantastique: I did the 10:30am Pilates class this morning with Subin and it was amazing! I’ve never done a reformers class before, and I am so glad I did it with this studio. Inside it was so clean and the 1:3 ratio between instructor and student made the class feel very personalized. I love how Subin adjusted the difficulty based on how we perform and progress over the class. I would definitely come back to the studio again!

Expérience fantastique: I went to see Dr. Amy Petz about my low back and shoulder pain and she helped me so much with it! She really took the time to look at how I function as a whole which I’ve never had any other chiropractor do! She figured out my back pain was mainly coming from instability in my foot which was affecting so many other parts of my body. She gave me some home exercises to do and after seeing her a few times and doing my exercises my pain is completely gone and I feel stronger than ever! You can tell she really cares about her patients and helping them get better! She is the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! I can’t recommend her enough!

The instructor Subin was knowledgeable, encouraging, and took the time to explain each movement clearly while offering modifications for different levels. The class felt challenging but accessible, and I left feeling strong, stretched, and energized rather than exhausted. The studio itself was clean, calm, and well organized, which made it easy to settle in and focus on the workout. I also appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, it didn’t feel intimidating at all. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this class to anyone looking to build strength and improve mobility.

Expérience fantastique: I can honestly say that Leka is one of the best Pilates instructors I’ve ever had. I’ve tried Pilates classes before, but I never really felt the exercises working and often thought it wasn’t worth my time. That completely changed with Leka. For the first time, I truly felt every movement the way you’re supposed to. She has such a calm and patient teaching style, which makes the class feel comfortable and welcoming, but she’s also really funny and personable. She knows exactly how much to push you—just enough to challenge you while still making you feel supported and motivated to keep going. One of the things I appreciated most was the small class size. It makes such a difference because Leka is able to give each person individual attention, guide you through the exercises properly, and actually connect with you. You don’t feel like just another person in the room. The clinic itself is also beautifully set up. It has a very calming, clean, and peaceful atmosphere, which adds to the overall experience and makes you actually look forward to being there. Another thing I absolutely loved is that there’s a coffee shop connected to the studio. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the coffee and it smells incredible. The café is set up so beautifully as well—it has such a cozy, inviting vibe and is the perfect place to relax before or after class. It really makes the whole experience feel like a treat rather than just a workout. I drove about an hour to get to this class, and it was absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Leka to anyone—whether you’re new to Pilates or have experience.

Expérience négative: I came here to relax, but it was a total waste of money. The massage rooms have open ceilings, so you hear everything. There is zero sound privacy. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly loud, talking constantly throughout my session about intense, stressful, and non-professional topics. It is impossible to find 'zen' when you're forced to overhear loud debates right outside your door. If you want a quiet, professional environment, look elsewhere.
