Fantastic experience: I got the Shockwave therapy today and it absolutely helped me so much! I've tried countless things for my tailbone and nothing has helped so far and this seems to really help a lot! I really look forward to my next appointment! Would highly recommend Kinetic Centre to everyone who is looking for something that they offer, they are so kind and helpful!!

Fantastic experience: I was blown away by my first visit with Dr. Comeau! Friendly staff! A calming lounge with a fireplace to wait instead of a crowded waiting room and a physical barrier to separate you from the staff. Thanks for being the first psychiatrist I've had who LISTENS first and doesn't just pump more meds blindly. He put me at ease from his first words! I look forward to working with him and balancing myself back out again! A much needed asset to this city!

Fantastic experience: I have had a few visits to the Hill location and I cannot believe the difference in how I feel and can move, my posture feels a lot better as well. I have had a hard time climbing and descending flights of stairs for the last four years, thanks to Dr. Claypool I can now run up and downstairs without any pain or feeling that my knees will give out on me. I took a hard fall at another business location the other day slipping on an ice patch, I called the office and they took me in right away to help alleviate some of the swelling and pain. Well Dr Claypool didn’t disappoint and I’m feeling better! Tomorrow will be my next visit and I hope to get one more in before I head back home to Ontario, however when I return to the Hat I would definitely visit this location again. Also the reception staff are also friendly and welcoming!!

Negative experience: This review is specific to the massage section of this business. I had a few exceptional massages from one of the therapists, but a recent experience exposed that they prioritize policies and money over people. The morning of my last appointment, I woke at 5 AM with excruciating, unbearable tooth and head pain. My dentist saw me right away that morning and said I needed an emergency root canal, and they could squeeze me in that afternoon but unfortunately at a time that conflicted with my massage appointment. I called the Kinetic Centre before 9 AM to explain and cancel, and was told they would mark me as a no-show and try to fill the appointment but I still had to pay for it. The receptionist at first implied it would probably be easy to fill the spot because they had a waitlist of 16 people or more and this was 5.5 hours before the appointment. When I asked if I wouldn't have to pay for it if she filled the spot, she said no and that it might not be that easy to fill after all. I was told I should have canceled 24 hours before, which I would have if I had foreseen my dental issue. That's the nature of an emergency; you don't get warning. So I said since I'm still paying, I will keep the appointment and try to find someone else to take it. She was quite insistent that I let her know if I managed to find someone to take it vs. just paying for it and no one showing up. She was waiting to try filling it from their list. Make of that what you will. My conversations with the receptionist made an already horrible, stressful day even worse. Of course I would rather be getting a massage than at the dentist for emergency pain management! And I'm sure some people cancel, claiming an emergency that isn't actually one. I was willing to provide a note from the dentist if necessary. There also seemed to be no empathy or compassion from the therapist with whom she was communicating; I never got to talk to her. I get it. I'm in the service industry too and when we're not working we're not making money, but I use discretion when this happens to me. Sometimes emergencies happen and I'm not going to charge for something that's out of a person's control. I'm disappointed that consideration wasn't extended to me and I won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Dr James is so kind and knowledgeable. I went for a sore knee and after just a few visits I left with no pain.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Les for helping me out with my plantars faciatis. The shock wave therapy seems to be helping ease the pain.

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience at this clinic. I'm not one to really say no to people, especially if they are supposed to know better or are in a position of experience. I had lower back pain at the end of April and booked a chiropractic appointment. I went in and started filling out paperwork for acupuncture, massage, cupping, etc, etc. I asked why all these were necessary and was reassured that I would be seen for chiropractic treatment then, and the others may be used in future appointments. So I signed away thinking my issue would be resolved. It was a bad experience. There's was minimal actual chiropracty done to me. I may have consented in the moment to other treatments, but I felt pressured to do so as they 'knew better'. Well, it's been a week and I'm still in pain in the exact area I originally complained about. Their "homework" did nothing but agitate the area. I will not be returning to this business.

Fantastic experience: To start, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming. I have had persistent neck and upper shoulder pain for years and I felt an instant difference after the first treatment with Marley. I have continued treatments and she has helped me in parts of my body that I didn't even know I needed help with. Very knowledgeable and very personable, I highly recomend.

Fantastic experience: Meghan has been amazing. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable and has such positive energy. She sets realistic goals, truly listens to her patients and knows all the right questions to ask to understand her patients conditions and what is causing pain and what exercises are needed. The front desk staff is also great. They are professional, happy, welcoming and knowledgeable. The facility is nice, clean and welcoming.

Positive experience: Can you please seriously consider being open at least one day on weekends. For Most people who live paycheck to paycheck we need every hour of income at work Monday to Friday. So we cannot afford to take time off work during the week and also pay out of pocket for much needed healthcare not covered by Alberta Health Services. If you're not open on weekends then we can't get help. Being open even 4 hours on the weekend would be a lifesaver! Thank you :)

Fantastic experience: Amazingly friendly staff, no matter the mood you go in with; they'll treat you in a warm and satisfactory manor. Took my pain away in two appointments and have made exercise sheets to help promote my better health 100/10 would recommend and they are affordable.

Fantastic experience: Have been going since it’s opened. As a Mom of 3 competitive athletes they help tremendously with recovery time. Recently have gone to Dr. Kieran for rolled ankle, shoulder injury and running injury. Very thorough and always goes above beyond! Takes his time, gives suggestions on a good treatment plan and even exercises to help long term! I swear by Kinetic and all its chiropractors!!! Thank you

The center has an incredible variety of services I've experienced everything during my sessions from Shockwave therapy, acupuncture and cupping to physio and deep tissue massage. Dr. Comeau really wants the best for each of his clients he has your best interest always. It's nice to feel like a friend while you are there. Les is beyond knowledgeable, I was blown away by how much he taught me while he was treating me and how he made something I was super nervous about be completely comfortable. Meghan is so attentive and encouraging, she listens to your concerns and works with what you are comfortable with. She gave me the best ideas that are functional for my lifestyle and will still accomplish the goals we have set. I always look forward to seeing the friendly smiling faces of the front desk ladies when I come in it's nice to catch up with them while I'm there. Thank you for always taking the best care of me and my family we truly appreciate the whole staff.

Fantastic experience: They now have TAP capabilities on their debit machines!!! Yay! But more importantly the receptionists are always super friendly and Marcia and James are absolute dynamite chiropractors. Not only are they good at their jobs on a professional level, but the small talk always makes a person feel like they care as genuine human beings. I have been to several places around the Hat and this is my favorite and the only one I can't recommend enough. They offer many different options including shockwave therapy. 11/10

Fantastic experience: The most friendly staff I’ve ever experienced at an office, and I have never had the immediate relief after a set like I did with Dr. Comeau! These genius’ know what they’re doing! I will recommend to all my friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't hardly feel my legs and even had trouble breathing from the pain caused from my herniated disk I didn't think I'd be able to go to work . But with the help of Dr Brenan my pain level went from a 9 to a 6 in just 2 visits. Even after the first appointment I was able to go to work and make it through the day . Dr Brenan was outstanding in his service and truly cares about his patient even sent me home with a list of supplements and excises to do to speed up the healing process. Never have I been more impressed with the how much this doctor actually genuinely cares.

Fantastic experience: Came to James, the chiropractor, to get my body adjusted as I was having a severe neck pain. Pain went away after 2 days of seeing him. I also seen Kiana, the massage therapist after. Both were amazing and made me feel very relaxed! Hate dealing with the blonde receptionist. She’s rude, seems like she does not enjoy her job- should not be working at the front.

Positive experience: The doctors and therapists are amazing! However, they lose a star because of a few reasons. Their policy when an MVA client that has done past the main treatment protocol (21 sessions) and requires additional therapy requires the client to pay first, then have the client resubmit to the insurance company even when the insurance company allows for a continued direct billing. This can be devastating as work has been limited, therefore the financial burden of payment and waiting is to refund is lacking support on the ability to pay other bills promptly. Forcing either individual to obtain loans out to continue therapy or move therapy elsewhere where they will be more accomodating with their direct billing policy. The second is in regards to one of the receptionists' attitudes and demeanours. She's cold in her directness, never smiles and comes off with a bad attitude when talking with clients. I think I've never seen her smile anytime I have been there. I dislike having to deal with her. Now, the brunet lady has always been happy and cheerful when dealing with clients, and she's and ways upbeat and smiling. I have tried sending feedback on their website contact form, and nothing but errors in trying to send. - very frustrating. If you're ever dealing with an MVA with a Concussion, definitely see Dr. Kos! I hope they see the value in modifying their out-of-scope prepayment policy.

Fantastic experience: I was blown away by how inviting and accepting the staff was. Everyone was happy and absolutely wonderful to engage with. Dr. Comeau is a magician at what he does, and I feel much better, even just a few hours later. I’m so impressed!

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more stars. Dr. Comeau is as quality of a chiropractor as he is a human. I have never been to a better chiro. He listens, he truly cares and he does everything he can to fix the problem. I leave feeling better every single time. Medicine Hat is so lucky to have him!

Fantastic experience: Kinetic Centre has great flexible hours to accomodate your schedule. The Doctors and Massage Therapists are so caring and really helped me with the back and neck issues. Highly recommend to book an appointment with anyone there.

Negative experience: One of the two chiropractors cracked my neck but instead of tilting my head before doing so he cracked my head right to the side, relieving little to no pain (probably causing more pain then anything) Spent probably a total of five minutes getting an adjustment after having waiting 30 minutes to in the waiting room. (I arrived on time) Doesn't feel like they really care about their patients, just want to get as many patients in as possible for more money. Wont be returning.

Fantastic experience: The ambitious team of Professionals at the Kinetic Centre have helped our family immensely. From the front office girls, physio, massage, and the great chiro team. I highly recommend this team. They know their stuff!! Our little town is very lucky to have them here.

Fantastic experience: I have had major shoulder issues for 15 years. Went to several other local places that I'm sure we have all gone to. No luck and not even close to the technology Ryan uses in his clinic. I've even had 3 MRIs and no one could fix me up. 5 sessions with ryan and I had 90% less pain which was my main concern but what I wasn't expecting was the return of my flexibility and range of motion. That and we get to trash talk each other about hockey..... thanks Dr comeau!

Fantastic experience: I have had Ryan work on my shoulder that I separated in hockey back in the day, that has been a nagging injury. He used multiple chiropractic techniques, my shoulder has felt great after a few sessions. Also loved the modern looking office.

Fantastic experience: Ryan is an incredible human and amazing chiropractor. Have seen him for acute lower back and hip issues over the years. I have never left that office other than feeling better after a session. Kristen does massage therapy on me for a purpose of healing and recovery. Amazing skill and talent that serves its purpose. FYI Dr. Comeau really listens has a great deal of compassion, is highly educated and trained. His shockwave therapy sessions really made a positive difference on my SI joints. The staff as a whole are friendly and accommodating can’t say enough.
