Fantastic experience: I had a work injury and the Doctor and Physiotherapist were extremely professional and got me healed/strengthened back to baseline in only a couple of months. 100% satisfied with them.

Fantastic experience: I am currently going to CBI health & I want to say at first when you walk in,all the ladies at the front desk are very friendly & welcoming, when you return each time for your back to work program they make a point of saying hello knowing your name. Dr Foley is wonderful,he takes the time to explain everything that is going on with you,he's funny,straight forward and so knowledgeable & truely wants to help. Toby is great,smart & so kind. Brendan is my program instructor & he is great also,hes always understanding, caring ,concerned with your progress, The whole team will go above & beyond to help you in your healing journey, My experience is even though they work with WCB, They truely do work for you! The whole team is great! I am truely grateful to them all, I've had some pretty rough days & they are helping me get through them, Still by my side in my bumpy healing journey I am truely grateful! Positive experience: I enjoyed my therapists and thought they were knowledgeable and worked with me to heal me and not over stimulate me. They worked with the insurance company and took that pressure off The front end ladies were always polite and understanding if something came up.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Ina at CBI health for almost 2 years for my injury’s and she gives me acupuncture and it helps 100% you should try it!! She is amazing!! And the staff are amazing!! Always smiling!!

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this business more. the amazing staff and ladies at the front desk are second to none and the work they do will speak for itself. i was told by 2 surgeons and 3 doctors, I would have permanent nerve damage and not be able to function two fingers in my hand properly again. Today I have full range of movement and full strength back in them after working with this team. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Great staff and helpful exercises found here! Although they couldn't 'heal' my tendon tear they did provide me with a regiment of exercises to help me stay as strong as possible and mobile as possible while I wait for surgical consult/intervention.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Tobi at CBI for almost 1 year and I have nothing but the greatest things to say about the business in its entirety. You likely won't find another physiotherapy clinic or staff more professional or caring...and that is EVERYONE front the ladies at the front desk to the physiotherapists. I'd love to give them a 500 star rating if I could. I STRONGLY recommend you visit these folks for your needs. BZ, CBI...keep up the outstanding services...

Fantastic experience: Staff is very accommodating with trying to get you in with your scheduling needs. Toby listens to gauges recovery to what your body can handle for each visit.

Fantastic experience: This has been my best experience in getting better. I have had a full go of work done to me and the work to bring me back to working. I absolutely recommend this place for any injuries

Negative experience: Everyone was friendly enough but the level of care was not what I would have expected. I was hooked up to a machine for 20 minutes of my half an hour appointment, did 2 stretches and went home. I ended up having to go somewhere else for a more hands on approach where I am now getting pain relief.

Negative experience: In 2022 I went here for a lumbar disc tear/herniation. The doctor here said I had piriformis syndrome and seemed to know very little about back injuries.. i had images of my MRI showing the disc injury. Since then I underwent surgery to fix the issue. CBI health is a wcb biased clinic. They are for the employer. Not the patient. The kins are friendly but not very knowledgeable in serious injures and the physical treatment plan made things worse. Tobi, a physio therapist there who did hands on work on my back was the only relief I had there looking back. He was great. As for the rest. Do better.

Fantastic experience: The staff are wonderful. From the ladies at the front desk, physiotherapists, kinesiologists and the doctors on site. I highly recommend anyone to get treatment here. You will be looked after and cared for.

Fantastic experience: I hurt my shoulder in 2021 and through work and WCB, I was referred to CBI. Tobi was the best medicine to heal my shoulder. He used, heat, acupuncture, massage and stretching exercises to heal my shoulder. They were very accommodating, friendly and the appointments always went by so dastardly because the conversation was great. I highly recommend CBI Health and Tobi for your Physical Therapy needs.

Negative experience: Won't accommodate my disability. I have environmental sensitivities and they won't provide a quiet environment so that I can use their poorly designed open concept space and not get bombarded by painful noise. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I injured my shoulder and was at severe risk of frozen shoulder, the pain was intense and my movement was severely limited. Tobi at CBI was wonderful - his physio plan regained my movement, strength and endurance, I'm almost 100% back to normal. With the home based exercises and stretches he's provided me I know I can complete the final steps for my recovery. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if that’s an option. I went here for 3-6 months of daily stretching on the floor in their office following their routines, getting hooked up to a tens machine once a week. They did absolutely NOTHING for me. I never got anywhere with them. I finally fought my way to Ab physio and actually saw and felt a difference. Within the first month. Get away from CBI AS FAST AS YoU CAN!!
